Summary
Lee Jihoon is a veterinarian. He owns and operates Woo’s Veterinary Hospital, a small clinic that consists of Jihoon, his vet assistant, Jeonghan, and his receptionist, Mingyu. Yes, Jihoon was once the superhero known as Ruby, but it’s been eight years since he put aside his (metaphorical) cape. He has absolutely no business providing off the books medical care for any of Sebong Metropolitan City’s numerous superheroes and supervillains.
Black Carbon, the newest member of the notorious supervillain group, the Elemental Liars, clearly didn’t get that memo.

Summary
When Jihoon witnesses a hit-and-run, he chases after the car because it’s the right thing to do. It’s almost two hours past midnight on New Year’s Eve and Jihoon would like to still be in the studio with Hansol, but Jihoon’s favorite idol to work with somehow got it in his mind that Jihoon should be home with friends and family tonight, not at work. Of course, the joke is now on Hansol, because it looks like Jihoon will be spending New Year’s at the emergency room with a stranger.
Then Soonyoung, the stranger who is, apparently, a vampire, tries to rip out Jihoon’s throat.

After the wedding ceremony (which is held at the household of the one leaving their family) and before the mating ceremony (which is held in the household being joined) he sends Chan and his new husband off home. Their company includes Woo Jihoon, Omega Lee’s favorite, illegitimate, alpha sireling.
When a storm assails them while in transit, Jihoon is the one who ends up trapped alone in a cave with Soonyoung.

Summary
The thing is Jihoon, like most of the rest of Seventeen, presented while living away from home. The company provided an attempt at sex-ed that essentially amounted to “while you are our idol, please don’t have sex,” and they livestreamed an invasive portion of their lives, but apparently Pledis drew the line at signing up their trainees for mating runs.
So Jihoon never participated, and thanks to his suppressants, he never really wanted to. Which is why he’s so surprised when Soonyoung asks, now that they’re dating, if Jihoon would like to run together this year.

Joshua’s eyebrows raise when he realizes who it is. He blinks. “Mingyu,” he says. “I thought you were out with Jeonghan. He’s not home yet.”
All reason promptly leaves Mingyu’s mind. He never came up with the best way to put it, anyway. Didn’t figure out how to ask. So, he just lets his body lead.
“I thought about it,” Mingyu says, leaning against the door frame, cheeks hot from his jog, breath uneven. “I think we should have sex.”
(OR: Mingyu gets over a one-sided heartbreak by getting laid. He's a lover, not a fighter.)

Very dramatic, all things considered. Sounds like a whole load of shit, too, but Jeonghan’s not saying that out loud in an empty restaurant.
