"No, why would I?.. I told you it was because all of your work fell out of your bag.." you explained, rubbing at your arm as you made a bit of distance between the two of you. Hitoshi officially felt like an asshole if he hadn't before.
"I-" he took a breath, "I didn't mean that.." he didn't want you to feel bad because of his bad attitude. It truly was too early for any conversation. You smiled up to him, coming closer once more. He felt a little bit of relief at that. All you've been was nice to him, he shouldn't have acted that way
