Summary
Edward is a homeless con man, conning people out of their money using riddles. Jonathan is a student at Gotham City University, where he's studying to be a psychiatrist that specializes in fear. Jon takes in Edward, and together they become two of the most well-known villains throughout Gotham. However, the Batman, who claims to want to help the rogues, starts terrorizing them.
