"Jimin, come on, you can't be serious," Taehyung sighed, rolling his eyes as he looked over at his friend in exasperation. "You still haven't broke up with Jungkook? How long has it been? I don't even necessarily like the guy, but I sort of feel bad for him."
Jimin shifted uncomfortably in his seat. The two friends were currently hanging out in a cafe, Jimin once again avoiding Jungkook because he didn't want to end things since he knew it would hurt Jungkook. But so would cheating on him.
It wasn't that Jimin was cheating on his boyfriend, but he knew he wasn't in love with Jungkook, at least not anymore, and had fallen for someone else.
"Tae, you know I don't want to hurt him, he thinks we're going to be together forever and he's really sweet and I just...He doesn't deserve this, Tae. There's no good reason for us to break up, what if he thinks he's not good enough? He deserves better..." Jimin mumbled, resting his chin on his hand. He thought the situation was complicated, his best friend, however, thought otherwise.
"Jimin, I doubt he's even in love with you either, wouldn't he have talked to you about how you're avoiding him and spending more time with your new friend? It's suspicious that he doesn't seem to care that you guys are growing apart. Besides, he's probably already seeing someone else behind your back, like the sneaky little asshole he is."
Jimin hit Taehyung, frowning at his friend for saying such things about Jungkook, but he also did consider the other things Taehyung had said.
He did have a point that Jungkook didn't seem to care about how little time they were spending together. (Little did they know it was because Jungkook had a secret of his own he was trying to keep- one that was literally killing him).
It is probably about time he ended things- even if it hurt Jungkook- because it would be better to tell him now than have him find out and feel even more betrayed. Jimin felt terrible for doing this, but he knew he had to. He did not want to cheat on Jungkook, and he knew how he felt about his new friend and he knew they both wanted more than friendship. He couldn't stay with Jungkook, not when he loved someone else.
Jungkook didn't deserve this.

"Oh. You're here, Jimin." Jungkook dropped his backpack onto the floor, not even glancing at it as he looked over at Jimin. He looked tired, his hair was a little messy and there were dark circles under his eyes if one looked close enough, and he looked...different. But Jimin couldn't place how.
He almost looked...sickly, but that couldn't be. Jimin knew how healthy Jungkook was. And whenever the younger had gotten sick, it was a small thing he didn't have to fret about (but he had anyway).
Seeing Jungkook like this finally broke something inside Jimin. It made the guilt increase by tenfold until he felt like he was choking on it.
"I'm guessing you're not going to be coming back, right?" Jungkook finally spoke again, gesturing at the bags Jimin was packing after probably figuring out that Jimin wasn't going to reply.
Jimin first looked at the bags, already half full with his things before looking back to his boyfriend. Jimin's mouth opened to answer, but no sound escaped, and when Jungkook turned to leave, he finally leapt to his feet from where he was crouching from the floor, fumbling to grab at Jungkook. Tears were already filling up his eyes because, even if it didn't show very well on Jungkook's face, Jimin knew how hurt Jungkook was.
"Kookie, I'm so, so sorry," Jimin sobbed, holding onto Jungkook's arm a little too tightly. He wasn’t sure whether he wanted to let go. He still wanted to be friends with Jungkook, but maybe that wasn't possible. "You understand, right?" His voice was a little desperate, but he hated the words as soon as they left his mouth, realizing that maybe that wasn't the best way to phrase what he was trying to convey.
Jungkook kept a straight face, seeming like a stone statue under Jimin's touch. Jimin couldn't figure out how the younger felt, too distressed to sort out his own emotions, let alone another's.
After a short while, Jungkook smiled, pulling away from Jimin's hold and patting him once on the head. Jimin felt his heart lift from the pits of his stomach, hope fluttering in his chest at the development. He was still praying they could end things on a good note, and become just friends again.
"Of course, Jiminie," Jungkook said. "I feel the same, we should just end our relationship. I found someone else, too. I think we're happier with them than with each other."
Jimin was blindsided because he wanted to believe that Jungkook had truly found someone he could be happy with, someone who could make him happy now that he couldn't- at least not in the way their relationship demanded. So he clasped his hands together, smiling because now he could be together with the man he loves and still be friends with Jungkook (or so he hoped, it seemed like Jungkook would be okay with the idea at least).
"I'm so happy you found someone, Kookie," Jimin said cheerily. "I hope we can still be good friends."
"Yeah, I hope so too, Jimin." He replied, watching Jimin pack the rest of his things and then begin to leave the apartment.
"I'll come back for everything else tomorrow, okay Kookie? Then I'll be out of your hair, so good luck with whomever you've found for yourself!"
Jungkook just nodded curtly with a thin smile.
"I wish you well with your love as well."

"Yoongi was acting really weird the other day," Jimin said, twirling the straw of his iced drink as he sat with his friend, Taehyung, at the same cafe they always went to. It was their favorite, after all, and Jimin really liked its atmosphere. Taehyung liked their coffee. "He kept asking me about Jungkook for some reason. He also didn't know we broke up, isn't that a little weird? I thought he and Jungkook were friends, wouldn't Jungkook have told him?"
"Oh," Taehyung said thoughtfully, sipping his coffee casually and seeming somewhat uninvested in what Jimin was saying. "Maybe Jungkook cut everyone he knew when you two were dating out of his life for a complete fresh start? I'm sure he just doesn't want to be bothered, or reminded about you when he has a new lover." He suggested, biting the inside of his cheek as he spoke.
"I guess that makes sense," Jimin conceded, sinking back into his chair while still seeming dissatisfied with that explanation. "But Jungkookie isn't the type of person to do that."
Taehyung shrugged, looking at something on his phone.
"You wouldn't know that." He said, and though he didn't mean it harshly, Jimin took slight offense.
"I have known him for a few years, Tae," he muttered sharply. "I've known him longer than I have known you."
Taehyung just shrugged again, impassive.
"Okay, but that still doesn't mean it's something he wouldn't do, maybe he has changed. People change over time, Jiminie." He countered.
"I suppose," Jimin muttered a little glumly, pouting ever so slightly. "We have not been texting all that much and he does seem to be acting differently."
"How so?"
"He seems...I don't know, colder? More distant? It's weird. He's not typically like this."
Taehyung winced, grimacing a little, but Jimin was too caught up in his own thoughts to notice.
"I can't help you there, Jiminie. He was always distant to me, and there had always been a reason I never liked him."
"You just had a bad impression of him- whatever it was that happened, Tae, and you need to let it go."
"I have, Jiminie, I have." Taehyung insisted, frowning a little.

Taehyung was at a party, which wasn't unusual for him, but he kept spotting an unusual face among the crowd- someone who was known to avoid the craze of parties because he thought they were stupid. And the thing was, Taehyung was curious about this person, especially about why he had finally come to a party. What could have convinced him? Taehyung was dying to know.
He was making his way over to the man when he encountered his first problem. A tall, doe-eyed man spilled alcohol all down the front of his shirt.
"Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry, I was just- I'm really sorry, I'll help you clean it up just-" the man instantly began to apologize, bowing and looking at him apologetically, seeming very nervous and on edge.
"It's fine," he cut the man off coldly, eyes regarding the man skeptically. He thought he had seen the man around, maybe he was a photography major? "You seem like you have somewhere you need to be."
The man paled, bowing again and muttering what was probably several 'thank you's before darting off and disappearing into the crowd of people.
Taehyung decided to forget about the encounter after first taking care of his ruined clothes, since, luckily, he cared around a spare shirt, expecting something like this to happen after going to so many parties. It had happened more times than he could count on one hand.
He had to relocate the man he wanted to approach since he seemed to have moved, but he found him rather easily and was able to approach him without a problem this time.
"Hello." he greeted the man, a suave smile on his lips as he took in the sight of the man from up close.
The other man raised a brow, but answered him with his own curt greeting.
"Hey," he muttered, running a hand through his hair. "Who are you?"
Taehyung extended his hand for the man to shake.
"I'm Taehyung, I believe we're in the same major? But I never caught your name." He introduced himself as the other man shook his hand hesitantly.
"Yoongi," the man said, eyeing him almost warily. "We're not in the same year, are we?"
Taehyung quickly shook his head.
"Oh, no, I'm younger, you're my hyung, Yoongi-hyung." He said in reply, quick to respond.
"Ah, okay, I just wanted to check," the older said, humming. "What did you want?"
"Ah, that is-"
"Hyung! Yoongi-hyung!" A somewhat-familiar voice called out, but Taehyung wasn't able to place it until he turned to see the man who had spilled alcohol on him awkwardly stumbling over to them.
Yoongi sighed, rubbing a hand over his face and looking over at Taehyung a little apologetically.
Yoongi then focused his attention on the approaching man.
"What is it, Jungkook?" He asked, as the other man was finally standing only about two or three steps away.
"Hyung, I-" The man, Jungkook apparently, didn't finish, tearing up and looking pitifully at Yoongi.
"I can't do this, hyung." He was now by the older's left side.
"Don't give me that," the older hissed. "You were the one who said you wanted to come."
"Hyung, that was before," the other whined, resting his forehead down on Yoongi's shoulder. "We can go back now."
"No," Yoongi denied firmly, earning a confused look from Jungkook. "We're not doing that. I'm not letting you do this to yourself."
"Hyung! I haven't done anythi-" Jungkook began to protest, face scrunching up with hurt.
"Not yet you haven't, and you won't either. I'm not dealing with this."
"Hyung, I'm not-"
"Jungkook," Yoongi interrupted again. "We can leave later, I'm talking to someone right now. Go wait over by where you were before."
"Hyung, I don't want to do this," Jungkook mumbled, stepping away from Yoongi by a few inches. He looked upset. "I'll see you around."
And then he turned and practically ran off.
Yoongi sighed and looked over at Taehyung with a slight shrug of his shoulders.
"I'm sorry for that, he's usually not this bad." Yoongi apologized, a frown tugging at the corner of his lips.
"What were you guys talking about, if you don't mind me asking?"
Yoongi's face twisted even more, looking irked.
"That's...It's probably just a mood swing, don't mind it too much," Yoongi said, waving a hand dismissively but still looking mildly disturbed. "It's probably just a side effect of...No, never mind. What was it that you wanted?"

"Hey, Taehyung, do you know who sent this letter?" Jimin frowned, picking up the innocuous letter that was on the counter.
"Letter? What are you talki- Oh! Yoongi-hyung sent that, it's to me so just leave it for now, Jiminie. Don't you have somewhere you need to be anyways? You shouldn't keep your boyfriend waiting."
"Ah, you're right! Thanks, Tae, for reminding me! I can't believe I almost got distracted!"
Jimin dropped the letter quickly, only checking to make sure it didn't fall to the floor before running over to where Taehyung was sitting on his couch to grab his jacket that was next to his best friend.
"Make sure you lock the door when you leave, Tae!" Jimin yelled as he quickly put his shoes on and headed towards his front door.
"Got it, have fun, Jiminie!" Taehyung shouted back, sighing when he heard the door close and sinking back into the couch as the tension left his body. That was a close one, he had almost forgotten that he left the letter in Jimin's kitchen.
After a while, he got up from the couch and walked over to the counter, untucking a short note that was with the letter.
'I'm leaving it up to you whether you let Jimin find out. You saw this coming, didn't you? After what happened last time.
-Yoongi'
Taehyung dropped his head down with another sigh, tucking both the letter and the note into his pocket.
"Fucking asshole." He muttered, shaking his head before heading out of Jimin's apartment and locking the door behind him.

"Why do I have to go with you again, hyung," Taehyung whined, following Yoongi as the older briskly walked towards the elevator. "And why are we going to Jungkook's apartment again?"
"Shut up, Tae, we're going because I left something there the last time I went to his apartment and I'm going to get it back," Yoongi answered tersely, not wanting to put up with Taehyung's antics. "And you didn't have to come, you were the one who decided to tag along." He added coldly, on second thought.
Taehyung made a face as the two entered the elevator and Yoongi clicked the button for Jungkook's apartment floor.
"That was before I knew you were going to Jungkook's apartment," he protested, not letting the subject drop like Yoongi wanted. "How was I supposed to know you were going to visit him?"
Yoongi huffed a breath, waiting to hear the ding of the elevator that indicated they were at their floor and for the doors to open before he answered. He stepped out of the elevator, closely followed by the younger of the two, before he turned sharply to look at Taehyung.
"Look, I know you're not necessarily the biggest fan of Jungkook for whatever reason, but you could have left at any time and I swear to god if you say one damn thing to him, then so help me I will never see your face again." He threatened, eyes dark with annoyance and Taehyung knew to back down, biting the inside of his cheek to swallow his retort. He disliked Jungkook, but he wasn't going to let that ruin his relationship with Yoongi.
The two had finally made it to Jungkook's apartment, an unsettling and tense silence crackling between them, and Yoongi knocked on the door, calling out to his younger friend,
"Hey, Jungkook? It's Yoongi, I left something here and I came to get it."
Silence.
"Jungkook?" Yoongi repeated, skin starting to prickle with a nervous dread. The older exchanged a wary look with Taehyung. He knocked again.
"Hey, Jungkook?" He called again, unconsciously holding his breath afterward and straining his ears to see if he could pick out a reply- or just any sounds within the apartment.
"H-hyung...Yoongi-hyung, I-I'm sorry..."
Finally a reply came, but Jungkook sounded anything but okay.
"Jungkook, open the door." Yoongi demanded, knowing full well something was wrong- and that it probably had to do with Jimin. There was a few soft sounds from within the apartment before there was any reply.
"'S unlocked, hyung." Jungkook whispered, voice sounding hoarse.
Yoongi practically threw the door open, eyes immediately scanning the room to locate Jungkook, Taehyung standing back a little, looking around over his shoulder warily.
"Jungkook, where are you?" He demanded to know, coming to the conclusion Jungkook wasn't in the living room.
He heard what sounded like a groan followed by some coughing and his feet instantly flew to follow the sound, his companion trailing behind a little bit more cautiously and uncertainly.
Yoongi found Jungkook curled up on the floor, back against one of the walls of the bathroom with tears in his eyes and flower petals all over the bathroom, on the floor, in the sink, on Jungkook's clothes...
"Jungkook..." Yoongi inhaled sharply, meeting the broken and upset gaze of his younger friend and feeling his heart twinge with pain.
"Hyung, I'm sorry," he sobbed in a whisper. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you."
Jungkook was fully unaware of the other person present, whom was still trying to process what he was seeing. Taehyung just gaped, open mouth, as he had to process that he had been entirely wrong about what was going on on Jungkook's side of the situation. Suddenly, it seemed to make sense why Jungkook had been okay with avoiding Jimin and Jimin avoiding him, if he had started coughing up flowers when Jimin fell in love with someone else.
"Hush, it's okay, Jungkook," Yoongi instantly replied reassuringly, crouching down to place a gentle hand on the younger's shoulder. "Tell me what's going on, okay?"
Jungkook's shoulders were shaking with his sobs, but he nodded and uttered out a weak 'okay'.
"I-It started when we were still dating, hyung," he whispered brokenly. "So I knew from the beginning I was going to lose him but, fuck, I didn't, I didn't..." he trailed off, breaking into sobs as he buried his faces in his hands and tried to make himself even smaller on the floor, occasionally coughing up flowers to add to the already significant amount of petals surrounding Jungkook.
"I didn't want to lose him, hyung..."
Maybe if Taehyung hadn't put that idea in Jimin's head, Jimin would have seen the truth- that Jungkook was in love with Jimin, and only Jimin. Taehyung still didn't like Jungkook, but there was something about seeing him so vulnerable and hurt because of Jimin that made Taehyung empathize with him.

"Yeah, I'll see you tomorrow, I look forward to it- huh? Isn't this...?" Jimin frowned at the paper on his kitchen counter. It had not been there the past few days, so he had been sure Taehyung had remembered to bring it with him when he left after hanging out at Jimin's apartment last week. Yet he couldn't think of anything else it could be.
"What's the matter, baby?"
"Nothing, I just think Tae left his letter at my apartment. I'll text you later, okay?"
"Okay, I'll be waiting. Goodnight, love."
"Goodnight to you as well, I love you."
Jimin hung up, picking up the letter and getting a closer look at it for the first time. The letter was neatly folded into three sections, and on the top section were three words that made Jimin freeze where he was.
To: Park Jimin
His hands began to shake, from what he wasn't sure but he felt confusion tear through him and steal his breath away.
Hadn't Taehyung said Yoongi had sent him the letter? Then why the hell was his name written as the addressee?
He carefully unfolded the letter, unsure what to expect to see when he did so.
'Dear Jimin,'
It was Jungkook's handwriting. Jimin didn't know what to expect, but he already felt on edge.
'I'm sorry, I lied.'
About what? Jimin felt like he couldn't think straight, let alone see straight. Why was Jungkook writing him a letter? Why couldn't he just have texted him or met up with him? Maybe it had to do with the small bloodstains on the paper he was trying to ignore.
'There was no one else, but I figured that would make it easier for you. I didn't want to burden you with my problems, it was already enough that I didn't- couldn't- make you happy.'
"Fuck, what the hell...?" Jimin felt dizzy, clutching the counter with one hand to steady himself and make sure he didn't fall down.
"Fuck, Jungkook, what did you do?"
The unspoken words he didn’t dare to speak were, what the hell did he do to Jungkook?
Whatever it was, Jimin knew that Jungkook didn’t deserve any of it.
'I'm glad you found someone who could, and I hope that the man is smart enough to love you more than I ever could, I hope that he won't ever leave you, I hope that he won't ever let you go- like I did.'
"What the hell..." Jimin's chest felt tight. He couldn't understand this. He needed to call someone, he needed someone to tell him that this was just a sick joke, that this wasn't leading to where he thought it was.
'I also lied to my friend, I told him I had the surgery. I didn't. What surgery, you might be asking?
The surgery to remove these flowers from my lungs- and my feelings for you.'
Jimin's eyes widened and he had to force himself to take in air, feeling light-headed.
Jungkook was sick but Jimin hadn't seen anything, he had ignored him. He knew something was wrong, but he had ignored it, wanting to believe everything was fine.
'I never stopped loving you even when I was no longer the most important person in your life. I'm sorry I couldn't be that person. It's not your fault, so don't feel bad. I could have had the surgery, but I didn't. I couldn't.'
"Shit, Jungkook, how could you say that? Always acting like everything is always your fault...goddamnit..."
'Besides, it was probably already too late by the time I considered it.
I hope you can forget about me, and maybe you already have, but I only brought you bad memories and experiences, didn't I? I'm sorry.'
Jimin looked up at the ceiling, taking a deep breath, that, in the end, didn't really help with anything.
"You know that's not true."
After all, their trip to Japan would always hold a special place in his heart, even if Jungkook wouldn’t.
'I'm sorry, it's not your fault. I love you, my sunshine, now and forever.
-Jeon Jungkook'
Jimin threw out the letter without a second glance. He couldn’t do this right now.
***
"Jungkook, what are you doing?" Jimin asked, walking into the room casually.
Jungkook was sitting at the table, head and arms resting on the surface, eyes closed as he took deep breaths in and out. Within arm's reach were several pill bottles, open and on their sides.
As soon as he heard Jimin's voice, his eyes opened and he smiled, though the older didn't see it because Jungkook's head was facing away from him.
He got up, stretching as he smiled brightly at Jimin.
"Nothing, hyung, just taking a nap." He replied, walking up to Jimin and hugging him.
Jimin didn't need to know about his problems, he needed to leave them in the past. With Jimin, he could finally be happy again.
***
"Hyung, where is Jungkook?" Jimin demanded as soon as Yoongi opened the door.
"Why would I know that? I told you I haven't been able to-"
"Don't give me that bullshit, Yoongi-hyung, I read the fucking letter," Jimin spat. "Where is Jungkook?"
Yoongi blinked, then opened the door wider, silently inviting Jimin inside. Jimin followed as Yoongi stepped further into his apartment, closing and locking the door behind him.
"So you read the letter." Yoongi said, sitting down on the couch.
"Yes, isn't that what I said?"
"I wasn't sure if he would give it to you," Yoongi answered vaguely with a shrug. "I didn't think it was my decision to make, since it wasn't quite my place to get involved and interfere-"
"You weren't sure who was going to give it to me?" Jimin cut in, not having the patience to listen to Yoongi waste his time.
Yoongi sighed, placing a hand over his face.
"Oh, so he didn't tell you," he muttered, probably more to himself than to Jimin. "I sent the letter to Taehyung a while after I found it, I thought he would be able to make a more objective choice about whether you should get to read it or not."
Jimin snapped, frowning.
"You guys were going to hide it from me?" He asked, horrified and indignant.
Yoongi didn't meet his gaze, just shrugged his shoulders impassively.
"I told you, I left it up to Taehyung," Yoongi said. "I personally didn't want to give it to you."
"Why not? Yoongi-hyung!" Jimin demanded, his voice slowly growing louder.
"Jimin," Yoongi said, his tone warning. "Calm down. I'm not going to tell you anything until you're not so emotional."
Jimin took several deep breaths, still seething.
"If you read the letter, then you know he had Hanahaki, right?"
Jimin forced himself to nod, thinking better than to say anything more. He knew he was worked up about this and he didn't want to ruin his relationship with Yoongi over this. He knew perfectly how close Jungkook and Yoongi were, having been introduced to Jungkook by Yoongi a few years ago, when they were still in college.
"And you know he didn't get the surgery to stop it..." Yoongi trailed off, again not looking at Jimin. His voice also became lower, dropping off towards the end, laced with a certain bitterness.
"Hyung, he isn't dead, is he?"
Yoongi didn't say anything, still looking downward at the floor.
"Jungkook isn't dead, is he? Yoongi-hyung!" Jimin stepped closer to the older male, shoulders shaking.
"Jimin, Jungkook died about two weeks ago."
"Don't lie to me! Tell me where he is! Hyung!"
Yoongi sobbed, burying his face in his hands and as soon as he did, Jimin's shoulders fell and he sucked in a deep breath, reality settling down slowly on his chest.
"Hyung, it's not true, right? Jungkook isn't dead, right?" Jimin asked, voice quiet and hoarse, already knowing what the answer was going to be.
"It's true, okay? I couldn't do anything to help him, how do you think I felt seeing him like that? Seeing him suffering all over again? After what happened last time? Do you even know how bad it was before he met you? He was trying to kill himself...But I don't think this is necessarily your fault," Yoongi sighed again, still crying. Jimin was simply speechless, quietly listening and unable to say a word. "Things were already taking a bad turn after he was forced to switch colleges and majors, you guys were already growing distant, so I can't blame you for not noticing anything or not finding it strange. It might have better this way, him getting sick like this rather than..." he trailed off, but Jimin was able to figure out what he meant.
"I'm sorry, hyung, I wish I had found out sooner, then this wouldn't have happened." Jimin whispered.
"No, he didn't want you to find out. He wanted this to be as painless for you as possible, so you could move on with your life and be happy with the person you love," Jimin knew that, the letter made that obvious. Jungkook had even told Jimin to forget about him. Forget about him? That probably wasn't possible. Yoongi continued talking, "He was too selfless for his own good, always putting other's interests before his own. There might have only been two times he'd been selfish. About his major, which he still had been forced to change, and dating you. His aunt and uncle disapproved for the longest time, you know? They only let it go because his aunt saw that he was the happiest she had ever seen him when he was you. They made one exception," now this wasn't something Jimin had ever heard about, and he wasn't sure how he felt about it. He knew Jungkook had a strained relationship with his aunt and uncle, who were raising him in place of his mother, but he hadn't known the extent of it other than when Jungkook switched colleges and majors. "I should have seen things coming. I should have known something was wrong sooner." Yoongi said, shaking his head, which was still hidden behind his hands.
"It's not your fault, hyung, isn't it my fault? I knew something was wrong, but I pretended not to see it. You shouldn't blame yourself."
"And what would you have done had you found out sooner? What could you have done? Unless you found out as soon as it started happening and could fall back in love with Jungkook, there isn't anything you could have done." Yoongi's words carried a certain weight of the reality of the situation, that made Jimin realize knowing about it still wouldn't have changed anything. The only thing he could have done was tell Jungkook to get the surgery, which would surely be a cruel thing to say.
Tell the man who loved him to stop loving him? When at one point, he had loved him back?
Jimin couldn't have been that cruel, even if it was necessary to save Jungkook. And even if he had said that, it wouldn't insure Jungkook's safety. There was still always another way he could die. Jimin had only been partially aware of Jungkook's depression that the younger had been going through before they met, but from what Yoongi said, it was bad. Suicide couldn't be ruled out as something Jungkook wouldn't do.
"I get it. You're right. I'm sorry, I'll do my best to do what Jungkook wanted me to do. Be happy with the man I love."
"Yeah, that's the last thing you can do for him now," Yoongi said, wiping at his eyes to remove the tears. "You don't have to forget him, nor do you have to remember him. Jimin, I can trust you to move on properly from this, right?"
"Of course, hyung. I hope you can do the same, we may all be at fault in some way, so I hope we can still remain friends, maybe not now, but in the future?"
Yoongi looked up, still looking terrible, but he smiled a little.
"One day, in the future, yeah. We can be friends, Jimin."
