    Between the moment Merlin plunges the sword in her gut and pulls it out again, a glance is shared between Merlin and Morgana. And within that glance, Merlin shows Morgana all that she lost and all that she forged and all that he saw and knew. When Merlin and Arthur walked away, Morgana still had not yet given her last breath. So she cast a spell and went to her brother. No mortal blade could fell her. As such, a magical one, though it would have its way, would have a difficult time as well. It gave her all the time she needed.
    She goes back in time to have a little talk with her brother.
