    Katsuki Bakugou doesn't sleep well in the bunkers of the Japanese Naval ship he's stationed on, which is why he hears the screaming above deck so clearly in the midst of a thunderstorm. He thinks investigating would be a good way to prove his character, but he doesn't expect a strange man from the ocean to be attacking his fellow officers.
