Valentine creates The Kamikaze Battles.
In this post-apocalyptic world, "beasties" are created by civilians brave (or insane) enough to enter The Battles. Why do they do this? In hopes to have a better life than what they're living. In hopes to be taken under Valentine's wing - evil as he is - but it's more secure than living day-to-day in the depths of society.
Enter Min Yoongi. He never imagined competing in The Battles. But when someone he held dear is brutally murdered, leaving him with a completed beastie under the name Sugar Kane, he's got no choice.
Valentine and his men took everything from him, Yoongi is going to fight his way from the murky bottoms to the luxurious tops until he is against Valentine's beast himself. And Kane is going to be right behind him.
