When Izuku was four, he started to feel something, something like a string. And, in the kindergarten's recess, he raised his hand at a chalk and pulled, thinking he got his mom's quirk. PLUCK
17: Fairy Battle - Summons a bunch of fairies that randomly pop up outside of cities in a flash of bright light to heal the nearest person.
There was a flash of light and it was beautiful. It looked like a swarm of glowing humanoid fairies flying in the air, sprinkling the kindergarten in glowing powder, healing any injuries and illnesses. The fairies then flew off in different directions.
"What the fuck was that!?" Kacchan shouted at the sight while the substitute teacher began choking. It later turned out that his lungs were completely cured of scarring from years of smoking.
Thinking it saw some illusion quirk, Izuku tried to pull the chalk to him again. PLUCK
18: Overprotective Dad - Hisashi Midoriya is now overly protective of his son, especially when it comes to his future dating life.
Nothing but the weird plucking sound but that didn't mean he's not giving up. PLUCK
3: Combat Parkour - For 1 minute, Izuku has expert gymnastics skills.
"Izuku? Are you hearing that plucking noise?"
"N-not now Kacchan, I'm trying to use my quirk." PLUCK
10: Everyone Chasing You - For a day, people will chase after Izuku but only those that has one valid reason to chase after him.
"Are you doing that damn plucking!?"
"I-I don't know? I got the feeling I can pull something so I'm trying to test it out on the chalk over there." PLUCK
5: Gluttonous Pig - For an hour, a wild pig burst into the area and chase after Izuku.
Wild squeals was heard as a large fat pig ran into the field. Izuku screamed as the pig ran after him, chasing him while the teachers call for help and keep everyone else safe. Kacchan tries to stop the pig with his sparks but both Izuku and the pig seem to have the stamina to keep up running.
An hour later, after being caught by a hero and said hero chased after Izuku to try to calm him down, the pig disappeared in a cloud of smoke.
It took awhile before anyone connected the weird happenings at the kindergarten to Izuku Midoriya.
14: The Omniscient Council of Vagueness - For a week, a mysterious council of unknown individuals begins to communicate about Izuku Midoriya's power upon the world.
In the future, Nedzu would look back at that day with suspicion. During one whole week when he was asleep at night he found himself wearing a cloaked hood, a mask, and voice synthesizer in a dark candle lit room with other members of a council all talking about a young boy who's power would change the world and the need to keep an eye on him. The meetings ended after the seventh day but he kept his eye on the child, trying to figure out what made him important and why. He had a hunch that one of the other members of the so-called council was the one who gave everyone the files on young Midoriya and he dismissed it being a dream since he woke up with the dossier file with him. Whoever gathered everyone in their dreams somehow knew the dangers a young child might bring or dangers said child might stop.
5: The Illuminati - For an hour, the Illuminati exists to give details about Izuku to the OCV.
Little did he knew that no one in the council gathered the dossier file on Izuku. It was another mysterious organization that appeared and lasted for an hour before disappearing.
20: Creepily Long Arms - Izuku gains the ability to stretch his arms like rubber. It is disturbing to look at.
20: Newspaper Dating - Newspapers, e-newspapers, online news, and the like all date their publication issues and articles in a more noticeable way.
1: World in the Sky - For a minute, there are floating islands in the sky all over the Earth.
Izuku, on the other hand, kept on trying to pull at small objects. The day Izuku gained the power to stretch his arms and nearly gave his mother a heart attack at the sight was the day Inko called for an appointment to the family quirk doctor. It was also the day the world nearly collapse when gigantic floating rocks appeared in the sky all over the planet. It lasted for a minute before they all vanished into smoke. The social disorder and economic flash crash lasted much longer.
Needless to say, the doctor's appointment was moved two weeks later.
"Now then Izuku, can you tell me what you were trying to do when you got your quirk?" Dr. Tsubasa asked as he held back his fear at Izuku's stretched arms. There was something about them that seemed unnatural and he did plenty of things in his day. He released his held breath when Izuku pulled his arms back to normal length.
"Well, I was trying to pull at small objects like mama does."
Dr. Tsubasa nodded.
"And you ended up stretching your arms in the process. It sounds like a mutation quirk connected to your quirk Mrs. Midoriya."
"There was also the plucking." Izuku added.
"Plucking?"
"Yeah, it happens when I try to pull at stuff."
"Can you show me? Try pulling at the pen on the table."
Izuku nodded as he raised his hand at the pen and pulled. PLUCK
16: Plant Mooks - For 1 week, Izuku has the power to turn small plants into obedient minions.
The potted cactus nearby started to shake and move, gaining a relatively humanoid form before it opened its eyes and stepped out of its pot.
"W-what the?" Dr. Tsubasa muttered at the sight as Inko moved to protect her baby boy from the cactusman. The being just stood there, looking at Izuku. Dr. Tsubasa used this to call for help. "Mrs. Midoriya, stay calm and try to get away. There might be a villain nearby that caused this."
Inko nodded as she lifted Izuku up to run. The cactus, thinking its master was being kidnapped, growled at Inko. The resulting screaming match between it and the Midoriyas made it more certain that its master was in trouble.
Inko screamed as she carried her son while running down the street, chased from a humanoid cactus. Terrified, Izuku wished for a hero to help save him and his mom, resulting in nearby bushes turning into more plant mooks. The resulting chaos needed a small group of heroes lead by Endeavor to save the day. It lasted for a week as the mysterious villain turned more and more plants into humanoid monsters in random areas of the city.
No one knew who caused the Week of Green as it would be known but most people suspected it was the work of an eco-terrorist.
17: Capcom Sequel Stagnation - There exist a recut/edited version of the All Might movie trilogy that is released in movie theaters.
After the insanity of the Week of Green, life began to calm down once more. As an act of good will, or a way to placate the masses, All Might's agency released the rumored recut versions of the original All Might trilogy movies.
Being such an All Might fan, Inko and Mitsuki brought their sons to all three viewings. It was a fun time as Izuku and Katsuki both whisper-argue at the differences in the recut versions from the originals.
17: No Backwards Compatibility in the Future - Said recuts only exist in DvD discs.
Izuku didn't care that the recut versions of the movies was made in practically ancient DvD discs and his mom told him that they won't buy an antique DvD player just to watch the movie. It did took a while but they eventually got the movies online. Izuku still bought the DvD discs with his dad's money since they're a complete collector's item that no self respecting fan shouldn't have.
14: Gospel Choirs Are Just Better - For a week, there's a bout of coincidences that results in periods of great momentous occasion to have gospel music in the background, either from a music player or by an actual group of gospel singers.
"There's that plucking again." Inko said as mother and son sat at a park bench that weekend after buying some ice cream from a stall nearby. Nearby a small group began practicing for an event at the church.
"It sounds nice to me, mama."
Inko chuckled as she gave her son the ice cream cone she was holding. It was a hot day at the park when the singers began to sing.

The two listened to the tune, focused more on the harmony than on the lyrics. Mostly due to Izuku too young to learn English and Inko was a bit rusty on the language. But the music was calming and peaceful in its own way.

They didn't noticed a man in a suit walking to them, just outside their vision.

The man sat down next to them. Inko her head and froze. He smiled back at her and patted Izuku on the head.

"It's been too long." Hisashi said as Inko started to cry.

"You should have told me you were coming to visit us." Inko cried as she hugged her husband.

He returned her hug and hugged Izuku, ice cream on his suit be damned.
"It was a surprise dear. I'm not visiting. Finally got my work abroad in order. I'm staying."

"P-papa?" Izuku asked as he looked at the man.

"Yes son, it's me, your papa. It's been too long since I last saw you Izuku."

Izuku dropped his ice cream, cried, and hugged his long absent father.

The three simply hugged and cried at their family finally reunited.

When they stopped crying, the three decided to celebrate as a family at a fancy restaurant.
Hisashi ended up working from home, turning one spare room into a home office as well as becoming a stay home house husband. Because of that, it freed Inko more time to do her thing, taking up college courses she missed for her degree.
Izuku, of course, wanted to show his dad his quirk, as well as the odd plucking sound that happened when he tried to pull without using his hands. PLUCK
15: Trash of the Titans - For a week, the house gets covered in trash that doesn't seem to end despite attempts at cleaning.
A complete avalanche of filth and trash filled the house from the windows. Hisashi grabbed Izuku as they ran out of the house and called the police for illegal quirk use against his property. Izuku was crying the whole time cause now his All Might collection was ruined by the trash that filled up the house. Inko drove back as fast as she could when she heard the news. She was happy to see her family safe.
The house was closed and placed under investigation while the Midoriyas lived with the Bakugous for a while. For one week, it was a mystery at how much the trash seemed to fill back up despite attempts at cleaning. Then, when the week was passed, whatever quirk caused the refilling of trash stopped and it became easier to clean up the mess. The damages still cost a lot to repair, fumigate, and renovate, however.
Hisashi wanted to sue whoever did it but the trail went cold. The investigation went nowhere. And so he took the matter to his own hand.
17: Arrested for Heroism - Hisashi gets arrested for an act of heroism. It is proven without a doubt that it was him.
While in the middle of his investigation for the cause of the colossal trash pile up in the Midoriya home, Hisashi was caught in a robbery. He would had stayed quiet had Izuku didn't enter the store.
Too terrified for his son's safety, Hisashi blew fire at the robbers and tackled at them, inadvertently stopping the robbery.
In the end, he was arrested for illegal quirk use. He comforted his son as he cried. The police allowed them this moment before Hisashi would be sent away. Izuku wanted to pull his dad close for a hug, but he did it while rubbing his eyes from the tears. PLUCK
4: The Reveal - In a minute, Hisashi accidentally takes Izuku's quirk but manages to return it.
Hisashi patted his son's head to calm him down, only to feel the telltale pull of a quirk. He managed to return it in time before he entered the police car while Inko and the Bakugous arrived.
As the police car drove away, Izuku raised his hand at the car. PLUCK
11: A Mind Is a Terrible Thing to Read - For a day, Izuku starts to hear people's thoughts. They're not good thoughts, especially from strangers.
Izuku gripped his head in pain as he started to hear whispers from the crowd around him. All whispering about his dad, at how he's going to prison forever for breaking the law, at how much of a crybaby he is.
"Shut up! Shut up! Shut up! Shut up!" Izuku shouted as he cried. Inko carried him as everyone was getting worried for his health.
It was during the check up in the hospital that things started to make sense. When the doctor noticed the mention of a plucking sound before he started to hear people's thoughts and asked if Izuku could do it again. He agreed. PLUCK
3: Military Superhero - For a minute, a military trained superhero pops up in the doctor's office.
"Excuse me, but where am I?" a man appeared in what looked like a red, white, and blue hero outfit and spoke in English. A look around and he repeated the same question in accented Japanese.
"A-a hospital in Japan sir," Inko answered, "You appeared in the middle of my son's check up."
"A check up? That is a strange moment to be called-" the man disappeared in a puff of smoke.
"C-can you do pluck again Izuku? I think I have an idea on what your quirk really is." the doctor asked. Izuku nodded. PLUCK
18: No Ontological Inertia - Any damages caused by Izuku's temporary power or summons undo themselves once the time ran out.
"Hmm, nothing. Again?"
PLUCK
8: Face on the Cover - For 1 hour, a collection of vinyl records, album CDs, and the like appear, all with the same 'singer's face on the cover' design.
A bunch of records appeared on the floor, all from around the world and in different periods of history. The Beatles, David Bowie, Gorillaz, and more, all with someone's face on the cover design.
"Again."
PLUCK
6: 555 - For 1 hour, a bunch of US business cards whose numbers start at 555 appears.
Another pile appeared. This time business cards written in English.
"One more, please."
PLUCK
11: Parallel Porn Titles - For 1 day, a bunch of porn merchandise versions of heroes appear.
The next pile that appeared was something Izuku didn't manage to see properly given that his mother covered up his eyes as fast as she could.
"Mama?"
"Uh, it's not something you should see sweetie." Inko quickly replied.
'Who comes up with those titles and cover pictures? Milking the Monster? Fur Against Fang? Disguised in Drag? Wait, is that Hisashi in a dress!? Wait, my son can hear my thoughts!'
"Izuku, sweetie, uh, the third pile is uh, are things only adults can have. Can you close your eyes while the nurses get the stuff out?"
"Okay mama."
There was a sound of things being picked up and placed somewhere else.
"Okay, you can open your eyes now." Inko said and Izuku opened his eyes.
"Well, with that out of the way, I think I have an idea what your son's actual quirk really is." the doctor started.
"His, actual quirk?"
"Yes, it's the plucking sound. From what we saw, Izuku seemed to pull objects from thin air, perhaps even quirks given the stretching arms quirk. It seems to be random as well. He would need to be adaptable given what might get summoned."
"So the plucking is my quirk? C-can I test it?"
"Sweetie, you've been pulling a lot by now."
"Just one more, to prove it."
"As long as it comes out okay. The previous pulls were simple objects." the doctor said.
"I'll be careful." Izuku said as he pulled. PLUCK
8: Creepy Cockroach - For 1 hour, a giant dog sized cockroach is summoned. Said cockroach has an aura of fear around it.
Everyone was screaming at the sight of a giant cockroach that appeared in the doctor's office. The doctor used her quirk at it, killing it with a blast of pesticide from her hand and a good stomping with a standing light for good measure.
Izuku apologized but it was okay. no one could have expected that. The doctor told them to update his quirk record while telling Izuku to pluck less, just in case something bad might happen from it.
That night, the albums, cockroach remains, and the business cards long disappeared into smoke and after Izuku went to bed, Inko went to watch the 21st century movie Disguised in Drag with his husband on the cover. It was hilarious as she ignored the question of how and why it existed and focused on the fact that her husband looked good in a slinky red dress, makeup, and high heels, in a flamboyant gay guy sort of way.
"I am so copying this movie!" she laughed to herself as she watched Hisashi trying to seduce the hard boiled female detective and her male partner with a feathered boa after his lounge singer act.
Hisashi, on the other hand, felt a chill ran up his spine for reasons unknown.
