Summary
It always rains in Ame. Power is strong in this country, fuelled by faith and the will of a people who thrive in such conditions. They exist in perfect balance, just so out of each other's eyes, in eternal harmony.
Everyone knows you are not supposed to wander close to the forest to the north of the village. When the lights come for a young child with cornflower blue hair and sunset orange eyes, it follows them, through the village, past the walls and into the heart of the woods only to be changed - forever.
