"Speaking."
'Thinking'
Memories/Flashback

Prologue:

Month: December 1987

"What?! No that's impossible!" Ryou Heart said. Ryou is a white-haired teenage boy with pale white skin and big emerald eyes. He is currently at the hospital sitting down on the bed.
"Would you like me to show you Heart-san?" The doctor asked.
"N-no I believe you b-but...how long have I been..." He couldn't say the words.
"Around three to four weeks." The doctor said. "Heart-san are you planning to keep the baby or will yo-"
"No! I'm keeping my child! I wouldn't be able to do that." He whispered out the last part as he hugged his stomach.
"I see. Then I would like to make some appointments with you to discuss this and check up for you and the baby." The doctor said.
After settling their next appointment Ryou walked out of the hospital and walked to his home.
"W-why did I have to do it? Why did I let him do it?! How am I going to tell him?!" He mutters to himself as he wasn't paying attention to where he was going and ended up walking to Marik's house. Marik is a tall tan teenage boy with sandy blond hair and lavender eyes. 'If anyone could help me it's Marik. She can help me out.' Ryou knocked at Marik's door only to find it to be open. He got a bit worried as Marik never left the door open. He walked into the dark home slowly and closes the door behind him.
"H-hello? Marik? Are you here?" Ryou said out loud as he walks to the light switch to turn it on. When he did he almost screamed. The whole living room was trashed and so was the kitchen. In panic Ryou almost missed the sobs coming from the bathroom.
"Marik!" Ryou quickly walked to the bathroom to see Marik crying next to the toilet.
"Marik what's wrong?" Ryou asked as he goes on his knees and hugged Marik.
"R-Ry I'm so disgusted with myself." The tan boy cried in the pale skin boy's arms.
"Why?" He hugged Marik, noticing that there's a bit of vomit on the toilet.
"I've been pregnant for two months and I haven't told anyone until I told Mariku today." He said through his tears. "And he laughed saying that that was I get for being a whore and a slut. He laughed and said it was my problem not his. He didn't care if I kept my baby or not." He sobbed. "It's obvious that we are over but I just don't know what to do. I can't abort my baby but I don't know how to raise a child. How could I be so stupid?" He cried harder in Ryou's arms.
"I'm so sorry Marik." He hugged his friend with a few tears coming from his eyes. "You didn't deserve that."
"I just can't believe he would leave me. I actually thought he loved me. I thought he would care!"
"You don't need him. If he can't be responsible then he isn't worth your tears. He just missed the girl who would have made him happy." He took his friends face in his palms and cleaned his tears. "You shouldn't be disgusted of yourself. You aren't the monster here. Your the good one. Your actually keeping your baby and taking responsibility."
"Ry...thank you." He hugged his friend as Ryou pets his hair. "Ha looks like I over reacted didn't I." He said with a small smile as he saw some stuff thrown in the hall way.
"If I were you, I'd probably do the same." He smiles softly at him.
"Yeah oh why did you stop by today? Usually you call before you come over." He said with small sniffled as they got up. Marik flushed the toilet and they walked to the living room.
"Oh umm well..." Ryou couldn't say it. He couldn't worry Marik more than he already is but he needed someone too.
"Ry? What's wrong?" Marik asked looking into his eyes trying to figure it out.
"I-it's nothing." He held his stomach unconsciously, "I-I umm well uh..." he was never good at lying so he had no clue on what to say.
"Ryou...are you pregnant too?" He asked as he had a feeling that that was the case since he would also wrap his arms around his stomach in a protective way or when he had a stomach ache so he didn't know which Ryou was doing.
Tears fall from Ryou's eyes as his hair covers them. "Yes." He whispered.
"Oh Ryou," he hugged his friend, "how long?"
"Around three to four weeks."
"Are you telling Akefia? Wait that bastard shouldn't get to know!" He yelled a bit.
"Maybe your right. I don't even know how he will react if I just show up and tell him. He made it clear he didn't want to see me." He sighs.
"Hey we are gonna get through this together okay." Marik held Ryou's hand and smiled.
"It's going to be hard you know." He smiled.
"But we'll make it through. If you don't mind though Ryou. I want to tell Ishizu and Rishid about our pregnancy's. They might be a bit mad at first but I know they'll help." Marik said with a reassuring smile.
"I-I wouldn't want to burden them. About me that is."
"Nonsense your family Ry." He hugged him. "Family sticks together."
"Family sticks together." He hugged back.
After they called Ishizu and Rishid, who were mad at first and gave them both a lot of lectures, who supported them and said that they would catch the next flight to Domino since they were in Egypt, they started to clean up Marik's place.
"Hey Ry have you talked to Jonouchi or Yugi lately?" Marik asked.
"No well I've talked to Yugi on the phone a few times and has told me he was fine and so was Jonouchi but I haven't seen them."
"It's weird you know. They both suddenly stop going to school."
"Jonouchi stopped first though remember. He left like three or four months ago I think. Then Yugi left after." He sighed.
"You know what I say we go ask them. I mean we're their friends too so they should tell us what's going on."
"I know but we don't know if their home."
"Well where have you been calling Yugi."
"Well I call the shop sometimes and he's usually there sometime Jonouchi is too."
"Then let's go to the Kame!" Marik said with enthusiasm as he held Ryou's hand and practically ran out of the house.

At the Kame Game Shop, Yugi, a tri-colored star shaped hair teenage boy with amethyst eyes, sat on the couch rubbing his slightly big tummy.
"Jonouchi the show is about to start!" Yugi screamed a bit with a smile.
"I'm coming!" Jonouchi yelled back as he wobbled in with a whole mess of snacks. Jonouchi is a blond haired teenage boy with honey brown eyes.
Yugi had a sweat drop in his forehead as he watched his friend sit next to him with the snacks.
"Didn't you go a bit over board?" He asked cutely.
"Nope. It all looked too good to not eat." He smiled as he opens one of the snacks and snacks on it.
Yugi smiled as he grabbed some chips. Yes he knew they were unhealthy but they smelled good. They watched tv as they ate the snacks.
"Hey Jonouchi."
"Yeah? What's up Yug'?"
"When are we going to tell Ryou and Marik? Ryou's been asking a lot and Marik has been sending me a lot of text."
"I don't know. I want to tell them but how will they react?" Jonouchi rubbed his big belly.
"Yeah but I still think we should tell them. We haven't really been spending time with them either since we left school." He sighs.
"Alright how about we call them in a bit like after this little guy stops kicking." He smiled as he felt his baby kick. Yugi touched his friends tummy as he too wanted to feel the baby kick.
"I swear he's going to do something with kicking." Yugi giggled.
"Yeah. Me kicking his ass if he misbehaves when he's older." He laughed.
"Or maybe he'll do it to someone he doesn't like."
"Most likely." They laughed not noticing two figures walking into the living.
"Your both pregnant!" Ryou and Marik screamed out. They were not expecting that.
Yugi and Jonouchi screamed in fear as they just noticed the other two.
They look at each other waiting for someone to speak until Ryou walked up to both of them and hugged them tight with Marik following right after. The two hugged back as they all started to cry.
"W-why didn't you guys tell us?" Ryou sobbed.
"We thought you would judge us or leave us." Yugi sobbed as well.
"We would never do that. You know that." Marik sobbed.
"We were afraid. When we told the fathers they they" Jonouchi cried, making Yugi cry more.
"What did they do?" Ryou asked.
"Seth wanted to pay me for silence and to make sure that I would stay out of his life." Jonouchi said through her cries.
"Atem wanted me to abort my baby and practically dragged me to one until I manage to get away." Yugi cried more.
"That's horrible." Ryou and Marik hugged them trying to comfort them.
"Don't worry we will always stay together." Marik told them, wiping their tears.
"We will never abandon you guys." Ryou kissed them both on the head.
Yugi and Jonouchi smiled at them as they all cry together.
After a good cry they all watched tv and talked about school, until Jonouchi brought out the beef jerky.
"Oh Ra is that meat!" Marik covered his nose.
"Yeah." Jonouchi said softly.
"Oh Ra I'm going to throw up." Marik ran out of the living room and into the bathroom to throw up.
"Ehh why is he throwing up?! Is he okay?!" Yugi asked with worry.
"Oh we are pregnant too. The smell of jerky must of made him nauseous." Ryou said calmly.
One...Two...Three.
"You guys are pregnant too!" The two screamed as Ryou scratched his head.
"Oh umm well you see Ummm." Ryou tried to explain when they heard a flush and Marik coming back.
"Is the jerky gone?" He asked weakly.
"Yeah it's gone." Jonouchi hid it.
"I'm guessing Ryou told you the news." Marik sat down.
"Yeah but not everything." Yugi said calmly.
"Well I'm sure you two already know who the fathers are." Marik sighed.
"Akefia and Mariku. Do they know? Have you guys told them?" Jonouchi asked as he ate some more snacks.
"I told Mariku today...he took it well..." Tears formed.
Marik explained what happen and in the end Yugi was crying again and Jonouchi looked like he was going to kill someone.
"That bastard! He should die!" Jonouchi yelled out but then his baby kicked hard as he held his belly. "Oww okay okay he won't die! He'll just suffer." He spoke to his baby.
"What about Akefia though Ryou? I mean I know that he did that but have you told him." Yugi asked.
"I barely found out today that I'm pregnant. He doesn't want to know anything about me anyways. He made it clear that night." Tears fell off slowly as he smiled at them.
"Then don't tell him." Jonouchi said.
"Yeah don't. Trust us, it's best he doesn't know." Marik said.
"But what if he wants to take responsibility guys?" Yugi looked at them.
"This is Akefia we are talking about. Mariku and him are alike. If Mariku laughed at me imagine how Akefia will react to Ry." Marik countered.
"He right Yug'" Jonouchi agreed.
"You're right." Yugi said as he passed them some snacks.
"It's fine if he doesn't know. I will love this baby no matter what. My baby will never need a father for I will be both." Ryou hugged his tummy. "My baby will need you guys though as I would need your babies as well."
"Yeah we are all together." Marik smiled.
"We don't need them when we have each other." Jonouchi grinned.
"Always and forever. We are a family." Yugi smiled as they all laugh and spent the rest of the day together.

Chapter Text

Month: February 1989

"Wow he is going to be a kicker." Marik smiled like a cat as he felt Jonouchi's tummy. At the moment they were at Jonouchi's home. Ishizu and Rishid had bought Jonouchi a home since he didn't want to bother Yugi anymore and he didn't want to go to her fathers home so the said two bought Jonouchi a house. The two have supported all of them as they supported them as well. They were family after all.
"I know he is" Jonouchi smiled. This month is the month he was going to give birth to his son. He found out, the same week they all found out they where pregnant, that Jonouchi's, Yugi's, and Marik's babies are going to be male. Ryou still didn't know the gender of his baby but he would love it no matter the gender.
"Hey I'll be going to the store to get some food for us. With the baby coming soon you'll need a lot of it Jou." Ryou smiled.
"Thanks Ry. Man I want to go so badly." Jonouchi pouted.
"Now Jou, your about to give birth any day now. It wouldn't be a good idea for you water to break when your out." Yugi smiled as he wobbled to the couch next to Jonouchi.
"Will you be okay on your own?" Marik asked as he looked at Ryou.
"Yeah I'll be fine don't worry. I'll be back before you know it." Ryou smiled and waved them goodbye as he walked out and head to the market.
Once he was in the market he got a cart and started at the produce section first.
He got many fruits and veggies for Jonouchi. After that Ryou walked through the isles and saw some food for babies.
"Ahh he will need this for the baby." He smiled as he looked at some of the baby food.
"R-Ryou?" A deep voice said his name as he stopped moving.
He turns slowly hoping for it to not be him. 'Oh Ra please don't let it be him.'
But unfortunately Ra wasn't listening to prayers at the moment so it turned out to be the man he wished to never see again.
"Ryou why are you here? In the baby section no less?" Akefia Tozokuo asked while carrying a basket of food. Akeifa has tan skin and is very muscular with a double T scar on his right eye. He has short choppy silvery hair and purplish eyes.
"Umm well I came to uhh well you see." Ryou mumbled as he held his stomach unconsciously. When Akefia saw the action his eyes widen.
"Your pregnant?!" He yelled but then covers his mouth looking around making sure no one heard. No one did.
"Yes I am but this food is for Jonouchi-kun. He's giving birth any day now so I'm stocking up food for him." He sighs as he looked at him.
"Don't tell me it's ours!" He looked at him.
"It is."
"Are you sure?"
"Your the only person I've ever slept with. It's your child." She whispered the last part. "It's our child."
"No. No. No. I don't accept that. Get an abortion or give it away. I don't want a kid around."
"Well tough luck for you." He looked at him with anger. "This baby is mine and I'm keeping it. If you don't want anything to do with MY baby then that's fine. I wouldn't want MY baby to have a father like you." He glared at him.
"Che fine but remember this Ryou." He gets close to him. "I'll always be the one who stole your virginity, stole your love and crushed it. I want this brat to know nothing of me. I want nothing to do with it and if one day you suddenly decide you can't do it anymore. DO NOT leave it to me. I will abandon it. Hell maybe even sell it." He said dark and low for only him to hear as he held his tummy protectively. "Do we understand each other?"
"Yes but only if we make a deal." He says.
"Hmm and what is this deal?" He looked at him amused.
"That you, Atem-san, Seth-san, and Mariku-san give full custody of our children to us. That means no matter what you guys do, you can never have them. Ever." He said with a glare. He didn't know why he said that but he knew that one day they would need it.
"Hmm only if you guys never ask for anything or bring us up." He adds.
"Deal."
"Then it's a deal then." He smirked. "Congrats on having a kid Ryou. I'm sure you'll raise it well." He walked away getting ready to pay for the stuff and head to some houses.

Three days later
"Oh Ra I can't push no more!" Jonouchi screamed as he held Yugi's hand tight.
"You have to. Come on you can do it!" Yugi supported him even though he felt pain in his hand.
After a bit more pushing the room is filled with a baby's cry.
"Congratulations it's a healthy baby boy." The doctor said as the nurse got a towel to clean the baby and wrapped him in a blanket and passed him to Jonouchi.
"Hey little guy." He cried a bit with a smile. "I'm your mommy." The baby opened his eyes to reveal ice blue eyes.
"Wow his eyes are so pretty." Yugi comments.
Jonouchi smiles as he turns his baby to Yugi.
"You see that person. He your aunt Yugi."
"Hey little baby." Yugi smiled as Marik and Ryou come in with a smile.
"And the dark skinned one is your Aunt Marik and the really pale one is your Aunt Ryou." Jonouchi lifts his baby a bit so he could see the said two.
"Wow your such a handsome baby." Ryou smiled.
"His eyes though." Marik said. "They're so blue and beautiful."
"Yeah they're lik-" Yugi covered her mouth.
"They're like Seto's." Jonouchi said with a smile.
"Seto?" They ask.
"Yup Seto. Seto is this little kickers name." Jonouchi laughed and kissed Seto on the head. Seto smiles but then starts to cry.
"I think he's hungry." Ryou smiled.
Jonouchi nodded and started to feed Seto. They all surround Jonouchi and Seto with love and amaze. That day was perfection to them and to think three more are on their way.
A flash can be seen as they look up seeing the nurse take a picture.
"I'm sure you want to treasure this moment." She smiles as she shows them the picture of all of them smiling.
"Oh and Heart-san someone dropped this for you." The nurse said as she hands Ryou an envelope.
"Ahh yes thank you." Ryou smiled as the nurse left.
"What's in the envelope Ry?" Yugi asked as they all look at him.
"Well umm you know three days ago when I went grocery shopping and I said everything went fine." They nod. "Well I umm saw Akefia there."
One…
Two…
Three…
"What?!" They yelled but covered their mouths quickly. "What?" They whispered as they saw that Seto was going to sleep.
"I saw Akefia there and he knows that I'm pregnant and that you guys are too." He muttered out.
"What did he do?" Marik hugged him.
"We had an argument but then we made a deal." Ryou lowered his head.
"What deal?" Yugi looked at the envelope with worry.
"That he, Atem-san, Seth-san, and Mariku-san would give us all full custody of the babies and that no matter what happen they could never get that custody back." He whispered but they heard him.
At first there was silence before Jonouchi spoke up.
"What did we have to do in return?"
"We can't ask them for help and they won't be in our children's lives." Ryou shook with worry.
"Thank you." Jonouchi smiled.
"Huh?" Ryou looked at him.
"Thank you. I was planning on telling Seth that I wanted full custody of Seto anyways. I'm glad you did it for us." He smiled as Ryou hugged him but carefully so he won't hurt or wake up Seto.
"Next time tell us okay." Yugi smiled.
"I will." Ryou giggled as they spend the rest of the day talking and holding Seto when he would awaken and let Jonouchi rest.

Month: April 1989
"Holy Ra! How did you ever manage the pain!" Yugi growled a bit as the contractions had started for him.
"I didn't." Jonouchi laughed a little with a giggling Seto.
"It's okay Yugi it will pass." Ryou walked in bringing a towel for Yugi's head. Yes this month is Yugi's month for his baby to be born.
"Ugh when will it be over!" Yugi yelled out as they heard a chuckle down stairs at the shop.
"Oh it's not funny Jii-chan!" Yugi yelled out only to earn a few more chuckles.
"Do you want to go to the hospital now Yug'. If they're getting painful we should go see the doc." Jonouchi suggests.
"Na it passed now." Yugi smiled as she started eating some strawberries.
"Oh Yugi." Marik laughed. "What are you going to name the baby?"
"Hmm I was thinking of Ken." Yugi pondered. "Or Yami."
"Hmm well I think you should decide when you see the baby." Jonouchi said as Seto cried, wanting to be fed again. "Again?! Your either going to be a tall baby or a fat one."
"If he's like you I doubt he'll be fat." Ryou smiled. "He'll be tall though."
"Hmm I don't know Ry he was a little cubby." Marik laughed out loud.
"I wasn't chubby! I was slim." Jonouchi pouted.
"It's okay Jou we believe you." Yugi giggled until another contraction happened.
"Okay ugh this one is too much." He held his stomach.
"I'm getting Jii-chan to start the car." Ryou said as he walked down to tell Jii-chan.
"Come on Yug' we'll help you up." Jonouchi put Seto down on the baby holder as he and Marik help Yugi up. Marik walked Yugi down the stairs while Jonouchi took Seto and a few things they might need.

The hospital
It was barely dark when they left Yugi's place but in the hospital the world looked much darker.
"Yugi you okay?" Jonouchi asked as he rocked Seto to sleep.
"Yeah for now." He sighs. He was ready to give birth but his body wasn't apparently.
"Hey you'll be fine don't worry." Ryou petted Yugi's hair. "Your baby will be here soon."
"Yeah." Yugi turns his head to look outside. "It's so dark out."
"Yeah to think it's spring time and it's like a winter night." Marik commented.
"Yeah haha maybe my baby will be born at night." Yugi giggled as they all laughed. Just then Yugi's body felt like giving birth now. "Oh Ra it's happening!" Yugi puts his hands on his belly.
"Doctor!" Jonouchi ran out to get the doctor.
10 mins later
"Go on Yugi you can push." Marik said in a bit of pain as Yugi is basically crushing his hand.
"Agh Marik!" Yugi successfully crushed Marik's hand as a black out happens.
They hear a cry and then the lights come back.
"Congratulations it's a boy." The doctor passed the baby to Yugi.
Yugi smiled and cried as he holds his baby close.
"Yugi! Marik!" Jonouchi and Ryou, who was holding Seto, came in worried.
"Are you two okay?!" Ryou asked.
"Yes we are and so is this little guy." Yugi smiled as they see the baby in Yugi's arms.
"That's good then." Ryou hugged all of them.
"Wait did you give birth in the dark Yug'?" Jonouchi asked since that was the reason they ran in here.
"I guess I did." Yugi laughed as the babies eyes open showing red eyes.
"His eyes they're so pretty." Marik looked at the baby. The four mothers smiled at the baby making Seto cry.
"Ohh Seto don't be jealous we love you as much as we love umm what's going to be his name?" Jonouchi said as he hold Seto.
Yugi looked at his baby and kissed his forehead.
"Yami. For you where born in the darkness." Yugi hugged Yami as he smiled.
"Look Yami this is Aunt Marik." He lifted Yami up a bit to show him Marik.
"Your Aunt Ryou." He turns him to Ryou.
"And your Aunt Jounouchi with your cousin Seto." He turned Yami to Jonouchi and Seto. Seto looked at Yami and Yami tries to get closer to Seto. Jonouchi noticing this laughed a bit and leaned in so Seto can see Yami.
"This is your little cousin Seto. Say hi to Yami." Jonouchi giggles as Seto tries to reach Yami.
"Looks like someone wants to play with their cousin." Yugi smiled.
"Or kick his ass." Marik commented.
"Marik!" Ryou lectured.
"What he is a kicker." Marik countered as they all laughed.

Month: June 1989
"How in Ra are you not feeling pain?!" Yugi asked as they walked in the park.
"Hehe I'm that awesome." Marik said proudly and his baby kicked him. "Ack!" He held his stomach.
"Are you feeling it now?" Ryou giggled as he held his big tummy.
"Yeah yeah I'm feeling it." Marik growled as they sit him down on a bench.
"Hmm maybe we should call Rishid to bring the car." Jonouchi said.
"No I'll be fine. We came here so the babies can have some air." Marik waved as they sat down on the grass and put a blanket on the ground as they put the babies on it.
As they talked and played with the babies Marik had a feeling he should look up so he did. His eyes widen as he couldn't believe what he saw.
"Marik what's wrong?" Ryou looked at what Marik was seeing as he covers his mouth. "Oh no."
The rest turned and see what none of them ever thought they wanted to see. There, the fathers of their children are with the four girls that hated them the most.
And three of them have babies while one of them is pregnant still.
"No way." Jonouchi's eyes widened.
"That's not possible." Ryou's voice cracked.
"Those traitors." Yugi's eye were filled with tears.
"I knew there was more to them." Marik growled.
"I think we should go." Ryou suggested but it was already to late.
"Hmm you guys are pregnant. Ha the rumors are true then." A peached skinned girl with brown hair and brown eyes says with a screechy high pitch voice. Anzu Misaki is that girl as she holds her baby blond girl Rebecca.
"Yes we are." Yugi said as he picks up Yami and held him close.
"Hmm and who are the fathers Hmm? We all heard they were from out of town." A long baby blue haired girl with pale skin and blue eyes looks at them. She is Kirisa and she holds her baby boy Ryuji.
"You can say that." Jonouchi picked up Seto who giggles and grabbed on his mothers shirt.
"Are they responsible fathers like ours?" A twin ponytail blacked haired girl with fair skin and brown eyes asks them. Her name is Vivian and she held her baby boy Honda.
"So they say." Marik glared as he put a protective hand on his belly. He knew now wasn't a good time for her to give birth but his body wasn't going to last long right now.
"Oh then maybe we can all go out and have a bite together soon." A girl with purple hair and purple eyes as well as having fair pale skin but not as pale as Ryou, suggested. Her name is Miho and she hasn't given birth yet.
"Maybe but we aren't sure as you guys do not like us." Ryou said as he put a hand on his belly.
"Hmmm well you have that right." Kirisa glared as he saw Seto and how he looked a lot like her Seth.
The four guys just stay quiet but two of them look amazed.
Seth had no clue that the son that looks just like him would be the one that Jonouchi has in his arms. Honestly he felt like holding his kid but with Kirisa and his "son" there he couldn't. Yes he had doubts that Ryuji is his son for Ryuji looked nothing like him. Jonouchi's son on the other hand does. Maybe he shouldn't have signed those papers but what's done is done. He doesn't need Jonouchi and her brat.
Atem looked at the baby in Yugi's arms. It amazed him how his and Yugi's child would like that. Yugi's baby looked exactly like himself but had the love and innocence of Yugi. If he noticed this he was positive that Anzu saw the resemblance. He was gonna get a lecture oh well. He also had doubts that Rebecca was his kid. In fact he didn't believed that any of these whores children's where theirs. He knew that Yugi's child was his though, he is seeing the proof.
Marik's eyes widen as she holds her stomach. Worried Ryou leaned to Marik.
"Are you okay?" Ryou asked.
"The baby is coming." Marik whispered as Ryou looked alarmed. "Jonouchi call Rishid."
Jonouchi looked at Ryou confused for a second then he noticed Marik and press the number 5 button on his phone.
Yugi and Ryou help Marik up as he clutched his belly.
Mariku looked shocked. He didn't expect to see Marik here and then see that he was going into labor. He didn't want to be in that baby's life yet here he is with someone else and probably someone else's baby. Somewhere in his heart he wanted to go to Marik and help him. But he made it clear that he only used him to get into her pants. There was no way Marik would allow him to help him.
"As you can see we have to go." Yugi said as he and Ryou put the stuff away and Ryou helped Marik walk away. Yugi and Jonouchi held their babies and the blanket as they walked to street where Rishid would arrive at any moment.

"What the hell are those!" Anzu slapped Atem. Yes she had figured it out once she saw them at the distance but she wanted to make sure.
Atem stays quiet.
"Yes. Explain why they have babies as well." Kirisa glared at Seto.
"We got them knocked up." Akefia said with no remorse as Miho glared at Akefia.
"And why are we just finding out now?!" Vivian yelled.
"It didn't matter. You guys already have us so there's no need to worry about them." Mariku said.
"We want those babies." Anzu said as she shocked the guys.
"What?!" The guys yelled out.
"We want them! You guys can get custody of them." Miho growled.
"Hold up! Hold up! Why do you even want them!" Akefia looked at them in shock. 'Why would they want the kids of the guys they hate the most that made no sense.'
"Because we don't want them happy!" Vivian yelled.
'Ahh yes that makes sense.' The guys thought.
"Well aren't you going to do it." Anzu glared at Atem.
"We can't." Mariku smirked but inside he wanted to go see his baby being born.
"What do you mean you can't?" Miho asked.
"We don't have the custody anymore." Akefia laughed.
"So we can't touch those babies even if we wanted to." Seth smirked but he didn't know why inside it pained him.
"And there's nothing you four can do about it." Atem laughed yet he didn't want to. He wanted to hold his baby, hell he didn't even know his child's name!
"Why would you give up custody?!" Anzu yelled. She hated that her Atem slept with someone and had a baby with someone that wasn't her.
"So we wouldn't be in their lives. We want nothing to do with those brats." Atem looked at her with blankness in his eyes.
"We have business to take care of anyways so we will be off." Seth said as they walked away.

In the hospital
"How dare you fake your labor then actually go into labor Marik!" Ryou yelled at Marik as Marik was holding her hand super hard.
"I'm sorry but we had to get away!" Marik yelled.
"Warn us next time before you make us and Rishid worried like that!" Ryou yelled as Marik pushed.
"Oh Ra get my baby out already!" Marik yelled as he gave a final push before they heard crying.
"Congratulations its a boy!" The doctor said before they cleaned the baby and handed him to Marik.
"My baby. My little little baby." Marik cried as he held his baby close. The baby opened its eyes to show violet teary eyes. "It's okay don't cry anymore my baby. Mommy is here and so is you aunt Ryou."
"Hello little one." Ryou smiled as Jonouchi and Yûgi come in with Seto and Yami.
"That's your aunt Jonouchi and your cousin Seto." Marik turned her baby to Jounouchi and Seto.
"Hey little guy." Jonouchi smiled as Seto tried to grab the baby.
"This is your aunt Yugi and your cousin Yami." He turned his baby to the said two.
"Hello baby what pretty eyes you have." Yugi giggled as Yami looks at the baby with a smile.
"What are you going to name him?" Ryou asked as Marik started to feed his baby.
"I don't know. I thought I would know but I don't. It's in my mind but I can't say it you know." Marik tried to explain.
"Don't worry you'll figure it out." Yugi said with a smiled as they all talked and had fun with the children. After a while Ishizu and Rishid came to visit and they all left for a bit so Marik and the baby could sleep for a bit.
Once Marik was fully asleep the door opens slowly as a tall tan figure with sandy blond hair comes in. The intruder looked at Marik and then the baby. He saw the forms and saw that the baby didn't have a name yet.
"Wow not even a name yet Marik." He chuckled. "Even though I said I didn't care what happened to you or our brat I at least want it to have a name." Mariku kissed Marik's forehead and then he picked up his baby. The baby's eyes open as he looked at Mariku but doesn't start to cry. "You look like your mom. He has some innocence in him like you, Malik." He smiled, liking the name. "Yes Malik will be your name now." He wrote it on the form and then put his baby down. "Even though you won't remember know somewhere that I held you. Maybe not exactly the time you were born but around those hours." He kissed his baby's head before putting him down and looking back at Marik. "Maybe I made a mistake about leaving you but I have to now." He kissed him. "Take care of our brat." He said before he walked out of the room where Seto, Atem, and Akefia smirked at him.
"What?" Mariku growled.
"We saw you kissing her." Akefia smirked with mischief written in his eyes.
"Shut up! I'm never seeing her so I can do what I want." Mariku growled as he walked away to the Kiba Limo.

Month: August 1989
"Ry come on wake up." Marik shook Ryou.
"W-what?" Ryou slowly woke up on his bed. "Hey Marik."
"Don't Hey Marik! I knew I should have stayed!" Marik yelled as he held Malik in his arms.
"What are you talking about?" Ryou looked at him but then remembered what happen earlier. Marik and Malik had stopped by for the day. Marik had to go but he wanted to stay as Ryou was giving birth this month but Ryou convinced her to go that she would be fine.
"I came back because I forgot Malik's teddy and I come in seeing you on the floor!" Marik yelled with little tears threatening to falls. "I thought you where hurt. I was about to call the hospital but you woke up. I should call them!"
"No wait Marik I'm fine." Ryou got up a bit to hug him.
"I was so worried why where you on the floor?!"
"I probably got a dizzy spell. I'm fine now." Ryou smiled as Malik pulled Ryou's hair trying to climb it.
"Maybe I should call Rishid to take us to the hospital." Marik suggested as she took Malik's hands away from Ryou's hair.
"No I'll be fine you go do what you needed to do." Ryou said.
"Oh no I'm not leaving you Nope. I'll just tell Ishizu that she has to do the deal." Marik put Malik's stuff down.
"No look how about this. You go to the deal thing and come back fast. I'll be fine. Please Marik." Ryou gave him puppy eyes.
"No don't look at me like that!" Marik pouted as he knew he was going to give in. Ryou picked up Malik and they both looked at Marik with cute eyes. "Oh no that's cheating!" Marik yelled but then sighed. "Fine."
"Yeah!" Ryou cheered as she bounced Malik who giggled and waved his hands.
Marik smiled and after a while he and Malik left to the meeting. Ryou knew that if Marik found out what he is going to do is bad but he had to get grocery's.

Finish Getting Grocery's
Ryou was only able to carry one bag of creampuffs as he realized that everything would be to heavy. So he decided to buy a bag of creampuffs.
As he wobbled out of the store he bumps into someone.
"Oh I'm so sorry." Ryou said as he looked at the man he bumped into. "Z-Zigfried?"
"Ahh Ryou! What a surprise to see you here and pregnant!" Zigfried is a tall guy with long purple hair and eyes. He and Ryou go to the same flower shop and they've been friends since then, but because of the pregnancy he hasn't been to the store in a long time
"Ahh yes well it's kind of a long story." He said shyly.
"Oh I see well let me escort you home. I couldn't let you walk alone and carrying something heavy while pregnant now can I?" He smiled as he carried the bag of creampuffs for him.
"Oh thank you Zigfried but I'll be fi-" Ryou held him stomach. "Oh no not now." He muttered out.
"What's wrong?" He looked at him with worry.
"My baby is coming." She said as he looked up at him with worry.
"Oh dear we need to get you to the hospital." He marked a number and then led Ryou to a black car.
"This is my car. I'll take you to the hospital." He said as he helped him in.
"Thank you." She said before he screamed a bit. "Oh Ra!"
They never noticed that another car had followed them to the hospital.

Later
"I can't no more!" Ryou panted as he tried to push.
"You have to come on Ry." Jonouchi held Ryou's hand who was squishing it hard.
"No I can't." She panted.
"Well you have to come one just one more." He encourages as Ryou pushed once more then he hears crying.
"Congrats it's a boy!" The doctor said as they clean the baby and handed him to Ryou who cries.
"My baby boy. My sweet baby boy. Hello I'm your mommy. Yes mommy look messy but that's because mommy had to bring you in this world." Ryou smiled as the baby waved it's little hands in the air as if trying to grab his mother.
Jonouchi smiled as Marik and Yugi come in with Seto, Yami, and Malik in their arms. Yugi handed Jonouchi Seto as he and Yami where poking each other a lot.
"This is your Aunt Jonouchi and your big cousin Seto." Ryou turned his baby to the said two.
"Hey little guy." Jonouchi smiled as Seto looks at the baby with wonder.
"This is your Aunt Yugi and your other big cousin Yami." He continued.
"Welcome to the world." Yugi smiled as well as Yami.
"And finally your Aunt Marik and your other older cousin Malik." He finished.
"Hehe your eyes are just like your mommy's." Marik giggled as Malik looked at the baby with a scream of laughter. Why was this baby laughing who knew!
"And Bakura is your name my sweet child." Ryou smiled as he kissed Bakura on the head.
After a while of feeding and talking and resting they never noticed a pair of eyes looking at the white haired teen mom with the baby in his hands.

6 years later ~1995
It's Thanksgiving day in the lives of the mothers. They were going to have a feast and get together at Ryou's house as it is her turn to host. Ryou and Yugi are finishing the sweeties and goodies while Jonouchi and Marik are finishing the main dishes. Yes all four of them are cooking.
The four of their oldest children however are all playing in the living room while the two babies are in their play pen in the living room as it was too cold to go outside.
"Haha and the brave Prince hits the evil villain on the head!" Malik says as he hits Bakura on his head with a pillow. Malik is the second tallest out of the four and is very silly. He has tan skin like his mother and his blond sandy colored hair is like his mothers too but the style was exactly like the man he is suppose to call father. Malik had asked before who was his father but every time he did his mother looked at him with a bit of sadness in her eyes. She told him that his father was once the love of her life but he did something she couldn't forgive. He never asked again once his mommy found her boyfriend, Shadi. When he was four his baby brother, Shada, was born and his mommy and boyfriend got married and now he has his new daddy and baby brother! Shada looks like Shadi in every way but Shada has Marik's lavender eyes.
"Owwww that hurt!" Bakura yells with little tears coming out of his dark emerald eyes. Bakura is the second shortest out of the four. He has pale skin like his mother and short silver-white hair that reaches up to his shoulders. He wanted to grow his hair like his mother so his hair didn't look like the bastard that never loved him. Bakura also asked his mother about his father but her answers were always different. To that he was a good man to he never loved anyone but himself from stories that she would tell him to "lessen the pain" he guessed. It didn't matter to him anymore though. The man made his mother cry almost every night until she got with her boyfriend. And because of that Bakura approved of the man his mother is dating. "Mommy! Malik is being mean!" He cries and runs to his mother and hugs her legs.
"Wahh I didn't mean it!" Malik then starts to cry as he ran after Bakura. He didn't like being in trouble with his aunts, mother, uncles or grandpa.
"What happen this time?" Ryou smiles a little as she bends to their level.
"He hit me!" Bakura points at Malik.
"It was with a pillow! It shouldn't hurt!" Malik cries.
"What have I told you about hitting people Malik?" Marik sighs as she turns to her son.
"Don't." He responds.
"Exactly now say sorry." Marik urges as she goes back to cooking.
"I'm sorry Bakura." Malik kicks his feet back and forth.
"Go on Bakura and forgive him." Ryou urges as well.
"Okay but no more pillow!" Bakura pouts as Malik hugs him. The two smile and run back to the living room to play with the other two.
"So much mischief." Yugi smiles as they continue to work.
"But it's fun." Jonouchi laughs as they're almost finished.
Back in the living room
"Haha Seto is a big teddy!" Yami shouts out as he laughs at Seto for having bear ears on. Yami is the smallest of them all even though he's not the youngest. He looks like his mother except for having different eye and hair color which is purple. Also little lighting bolts go up his star shaped hair. Yami never really asked about his father. He simply didn't need too as his great grandpa is there with them so in some sense he had a father figure. He may have wondered but he never asked as he feared his mother would get really sad and maybe mad at him. Besides his mother was going to marry her boyfriend, Dartz, soon so he was going to have a father. He also has a baby brother name Mahado. He has teal eyes but long purple hair that is styled a bit like Dartz but Mahado smiles a lot like his mother. Also his mommy said that he and Mahado are going to have a new baby brother or sister soon so he's happy that was going to have a bigger family.
Currently Shada and Mahado are playing with each other with their toys.
"I am not a bear I'm a dragon." Seto says with a pout. Seto is the tallest of the four. He is the spitting image of his father except he has the same skin as his mother. His mother made sure that his hair didn't grow to long though so he wouldn't look more like his father. He asked only once and his mother started to cry a bit. He didn't like that at all and he never asked again. Yet he didn't mind because he didn't even like the man. Now his mommy is married to his new dad, Valon. They just got married in June and Seto approved of course. His mom is happy and so is he.
Seto throws a pillow at Yami and smirks. "I win!"
"No fair!" Yami pouted as he threw it back at Seto but ended up hitting the wall as the pillow some how bounced off and hit Malik.
Shada and Mahado giggle since they saw Malik get hit.
"Hey! What did I do?" Malik yells as throws the pillow at Yami.
"Don't throw it at me! Throw it at Seto he started it." Yami catches the pillow.
The two babies laugh again believing there was a show being put on for them.
"Now boys no fighting in the living room." Jonouchi shouts from the kitchen.
"Yes Mom/Auntie." All four say as they look at the giggling babies.
"Hey no laughing at us." Malik pouts as he walks over and pokes Shada's cheek.
"Yeah or else you won't get your toys." Bakura says as he snatches Mahado's teddy who in turn looked like he was about to cry.
"Give that back." Yami snatches it back and gives it to his little brother who smiles with glee. They all smile at the babies who start to play with each other again.
"Hey we still need too finish our present for our mom's." Seto says.
"Oh that's right come on its in the game room." Bakura says as they all run upstairs to the game room.

"Now what do you think our children are doing?" Yugi giggles as they hear the kids go upstairs.
"More mischief I tell you!" Marik exclaims.
"Probably. In any case Yugi have you and Dartz decided on the date for the wedding?" Jonouchi asks with a smirk as Yugi blushes.
"Ahh well we were thinking of it being a spring wedding." Yugi says.
"That sounds wonderful Yugi!" Ryou smiles brightly.
"Yeah but when is it is still a surprise." Yugi winks at them.
"Aww come on tell us!" Jonouchi and Marik whine a bit.
"Nope." Yugi giggles and with that said they all finish the food and deserts.
Just then they hear a knock. Ryou smiles and takes off her apron and walks to the door.
"Who is it?" She asks.
"It's us." A woman's voice says and Ryou recognize it. She opens the door to reveal Ishizu, Rishid holding Isis, Ishizu and Rishid baby, and Jii-chan.
Isis is the spitting image of Ishizu but has Rishid's eyes. They had gotten married a year before Isis was born and they've been happy. Besides Marik being Isis actual aunt, the other three mothers treat Isis like their niece just like the Ishizu and Rishid treat all the children like their own nephews.
"Hello come in!" Ryou smiles as she hugs them all and let's them in.
"Mmm something smells good." Jii-chan says as the three mothers come to greet the four guest.
"We just finished cooking." Yugi says with a smile.
"I see and where are my great grandchildren?" Jii-chan asks. Yes he considers all of the kids as his great grandchildren. Just like he accepts the mothers and fathers like grandchildren.
"Shada and Mahado are in the living room while the Malik, Bakura, Yami, and Seto are up stairs. Do you want me to get them?" Marik says as she picks up Isis.
"I'll get them." Jii-chan says as he walks up the stairs.
"Ahh here we bought some wine for later." Rishid says as he shows them the wine.
"Wow thank you!" Ryou smiles as Rishid hands the wine to Ryou to put away. They all head to the living room to talk for a while and put Isis with her two cousins.

Solomon (Jii-chan) walks to the game room and peaks inside to see the kids with paper and glitter and other art supplies.
"Oh and what are you boys doing?" Solomon walks in making the boys stiff for a second as they turn too see it was only their great grandfather.
"Jii-chan!!" The four boys shout as they run up to hug thie great grandfather.
"What are you doing here?" Bakura ask with a huge smile.
"I came to see what you four are up too." The old man responds.
"It's a secret!" Yami smiles as he puts one finger to his lip.
"Ohh you can tell your Jii-chan what it is." Solomon says as the four boys look at each other and nod.
"We're making a turkey picture for our mom's! Look!" Malik says as he point to the weirdly shaped turkey's.
"Did you four make it yourselves?" He asks.
"Yes!!" They smile.
"Well I think it's great. You should show it to your mothers. Oh your Aunt Ishizu, Uncle Rishid and baby cousin Isis are here. Go on and say hi to them." Solomon says as he pats each of them on the head and heads back down stairs.
"Let go show them!" Seto smiles as he picks up the turkey pictures.
"Yeah!" The other three say as they run down the stairs. Once they get down they go to the living room and smile.
"We made something!" They say.
"Oh and what did you make?" Yugi asks as she picks up Mahado .
"Look!" Yami and the rest get their turkey pictures and hold it out for all of them to see.
"Wow so pretty." Ryou smiles as they all comment on the children's pictures.
"We want to put them on the table!" Bakura says with a smile as he gives his picture to his mom.
"Hmm alright but what do you say before you get what you want Bakura?" Ryou smiles.
"Can we please put them on the table?" Bakura smiles as Ryou nods as she and the other mothers put the turkey's on the table.
As they do that the door rings.
"I got it!" Bakura smiles and runs to the door. He forgot that he couldn't reach the nob just yet. Ryou sees this and she goes over to her son and picks him up a bit so he can reach.
Bakura laughs as he thought he grew a bit as he opens the door and sees Zigfried.
"Zigfried!" Bakura smiles as his mother let's go and he hugs the older man.
"Hello Bakura." Zigfried smiles and picks up Bakura with a bag in his hand. "Hello Ryou." He kisses her.
"Hello Zigfried." Ryou smiles as she kisses back.
"Eww." Bakura says as the two grown ups laugh.
"I brought chocolate for you and your cousins Bakura." Zigfried holds up the bag.
"Yeah! Chocolate!" He reaches for them but Ryou beat him to it.
"Oh no you don't. You can eat candy later after you eat." Ryou smiles as Bakura pouts.
"But I want chocolate!" He says as Zigfried just laughs.
"Later baby okay." Ryou kisses Bakura's head and walks to the kitchen to put the chocolate away.
"And that is why I have these since I knew your mother would do that." He shows Bakura some chocolates in a little bag. "But shush about them okay."
"Yeah! I love you! Thank you!" Bakura smiles as he grabs the chocolates and jumps out of the purple haired mans arms and runs to the other children.
"Aww isn't that sweet." Another mans voice says.
Zigfried turns around to see three other men there.
The one who spoke is Shadi. He is tan and is bald but he's really tall and has blue eyes.
The one on his left is Dartz. He's a tall man with long teal hair and a teal and yellow eye.
The last one is a man Valon. He is tall but shorter than the rest with spiked up brown hair and brown eyes.
"Hmm you guys made it." Zigfried greets them as they walk to the living room.
"Yeah we made it!" Valon says as the people in the living room look up to see the new comers.
"Valon! Your here!" Jonouchi smiles as she stands up and walks to her husband. They kiss and hug as Seto runs up to Valon, his now father, to smile and give him a high five.
"Of course I'd be here. I have to be with my beautiful wife and cute son." Valon smiles.
"Shadi baby." Marik smiles while Shada giggles in his mothers arms as Malik runs up to the man as he picks him up. Shadi kisses Marik and then Malik and Shada on the head.
"Marik baby." Shadi smiles as Malik plays with Shadi's shirt.
"Honey." Yugi smiles while Mahado looks at him mom as Dartz kisses his fiancé and ruffles Yami's hair and kisses Mahado on the head. Yami smiles as he hugs Dartz's leg who picks him up so he can hug him
"Hello love." Dartz smiles as he hugs Yami.
Right then and there everything was perfect. That is the perfect family.

Thanksgiving Dinner
"This is so good!" Marik comments as they all eat.
On the left side of the table it's Rishid, Marik holding Shada, Shadi with Malik on his lap, Zigfried with Bakura on his lap, and Ryou. On the right its Ishizu holding Isis, Solomon, Yugi holding Mahado, Dartz with Yami on his lap, Valon with Seto in his lap, and Jonouchi.
"Of course vegetarian turkey is always good." Shadi agrees as he feeds Malik some vegetarian turkey. (A/N: Im not sure if it actually exist but for the sake of the story it does)
"Yes you and Jonouchi made it very well." Rishid says. Since the Ishtar's and Shadi are all vegetarian they had to make a few adjustments here and there but they manage of course as they would always do it for their family.
"Man we couldn't have done it without Ishizu's recipe." Jonouchi smiles as she tries to feed Seto some carrots but he refuses.
"I don't want any." Seto pouts. "They're for bunnies."
"Seto I've told you many times that not only bunnies eat carrots." Jonouchi sighs.
"Here let me have a bite. I know carrots make me big and strong." Valon says as he leans to bite the carrot.
"I want to be big and strong!" Seto says. "Mommy I want carrots!"
"There we go." Valon says as Jonocuhi smiles and feeds Seto some carrots.
"Say Ahhh Bakura." Ryou holds a spoon half full of mash potatoes and gravy.
"Ahhh." Bakura opens wide as he eats what his mother feeds him.
"Aren't you going to feed me Ry?" Zigfried chuckles as Ryou blushes.
"You can feed yourself. Bakura need to eat." She smiles.
"Then I'll feed you." Zigfried smiles as he lifts up a spoon full of corn.
"Papa can I have some of your drink?" Yami asks Dartz as he just smiles since he loves it when Yami calls him papa. It means he would be right in the family.
"I'm sorry little one but this is a grown up drink." Dartz says as he lifts the glass of wine up.
"But I'm a grown up! I can count to ten!" Yami pouts.
"Here drink some of mine." Yugi smiles as she passes her drink to Yami so he can drink it.
"Yay!" Yami drinks a bit and smiles. "Yummy!"
"Yugi?! Why would you give him wine!" Dartz whisper screams.
"It's Apple Cider love." Yugi giggle as she found the face Dartz made funny.
Dartz pouted a bit but then kisses Yugi.
"Can Mahado have some too?" Yami asks as his parents laugh while Mahado giggles.
"I want more!" Malik says as he gobbles down the vegetarian turkey.
"Malik slow down or you'll get a stomach ache." Marik says as she feeds him slowly.
"But I want more!" Malik pouts.
"But if you eat too much you won't be able to eat dessert. Don't you want dessert?" Shadi says as Malik's eyes shine.
"I want dessert! Can I have some now? Pwease!" Malik smile and jumps on Shadi's lap.
"Wait till everyone is finished Malik." Marik smiles as Malik gets some turkey and looks at Shada.
"You look hungry Shada here." Malik tries to feed Shada some turkey.
"Oh no Malik you have to make it smaller since his teeth are still growing." Shadi says as he helps Malik feed Shada.
A while after they started to eat dessert when Ryou looks in the refrigerator to bring out the milk.
"Oh no we are going to run out of milk soon." Ryou sighs as she takes out the milk.
"Want me to get more?" Zigfried asks.
"No I'll get it." Ryou smiles as she goes and gets her coat.
"I want to go!" Bakura runs after his mother.
"But don't you want to eat dessert?" Ryou looks at her son as she knew her baby loved desserts.
"But I want to eat them with mommy. So if I'm not here I won't eat them and then we can eat them together with Zigfried!" Bakura says as pouts.
"Oh okay go on and get your coat." Ryou smiles as she put on her white coat and gets her shoes. Bakura runs to his room and grabs his black coat and shoes. He runs back to his mother who helps him put on his coat and shoes.
"How about we all go?" Zigfried waited at the door with his purple coat and black shoes on.
"Yay! Family trip!" Bakura smiles as Ryou just nods and smiles.
"We'll be back in a bit!" She yells out a bit as they walk out of the house.
"Be safe! And come back quick!" Yûgi shouts as they all start to serve the rest of the family.

"Oh such a nice night to be out right honey." Miho says as she carries her blond daughter Mai and walks with Akefia.
"Yeah I guess." Akefia just responds. The three are walking to the store to buy some chocolate for them. During the six years they've been together, Miho kept asking him when they were getting married. Finally after enough whining Akefia said they would get married soon. Now they are planning it still. Akeifa had thoughts about Mai though. He truly believes that she isn't her daughter. The little girl never liked him either way. He asked Seth to look into it and apparently he was also looking at the rest.
He sometimes wondered, when he was alone, about Ryou and her child. He didn't have the right to see them but he still wondered.
It doesn't matter they're gone and I can't be in their lives. Akefia thinks as they get to the market.
"Akefia go get some milk while we get the chocolate." Miho says as she and Mai go to the chocolate section. Miho has gotten bossier too. Akeifa knew she just wanted him for the money and stuff but sometimes he swears that he would kick them out one day.
"Yeah yeah." Akefia walks to where the milk was but he stopped when he saw three figures.

"Milk!" Bakura shouts a bit as he runs in the grocery store with Ryou and Zigfried close behind.
"Baby don't run!" Ryou says as she smiles.
"Oh let him. He's just a kid." Zigfried laughs as Ryou smiles at him. They all walk to the milk section where Bakura was jumping up and down.
"Can I carry the milk can I?!" Bakura asks as Ryou smiles.
"Oh baby it's too heavy for you." Ryou grabs the milk.
"But I'm a big boy! You said so!" Bakura pouts.
"Oh alright here." Ryou grabs two milk bottles and gives them to her son.
"Ya!" Bakura smiles as Zigfried laughs.
"Come on big boy lets go take the milk home." Zigfried says as he grabs another milk and they walk together.
Akefia's eyes widen when he saw the little boy. "My son." He whispers to himself. He felt a pain in his heart seeing Ryou and HIS son with that man. He remembered him from the day Ryou gave birth. The little family starts walking his direction as he gets an idea. He walks up to them pretending not to see them as he bumps into Ryou.
Ryou actually didn't see who she bumped into.
"Oh I am so sorry." Ryou says apologizing but then she gets a good look at the person she bumped into. "A-Akefia?"
"Yo." Akefia says with no emotion. "I see your doing well."
"Yes I am." She says as Bakura looks at the new man.
"Who's that mommy?" Bakura asks as Ryou's eyes widen a bit. She remembered the deal and she had made sure that Akefia would never be in her son's life.
"He used to go to school with me my baby." Ryou says hoping Bakura wouldn't ask anymore questions.
Akefia frowned a bit at Ryou's comment. Yes it's true they went to school together but he actually thought that maybe Ryou would say she had a crush on him. Or maybe even reveal that he is the father.
"Ohh." Bakura says as he looks at Zigfried who looked a bit angry.
"Well we must go." Zigfried says as he picks up Bakura, who smiles.
"Ahh yeah. See you soon Ryou." Akefia says as he walks pass them to get to the milk.
Ryou shivered at that but she and her family walked to the cash register to pay for the food. She had to act like nothing happen for the sake of her son and her happiness.

Back home
"What?!" Jonouchi, Marik, and Yugi almost scream.
"Look I don't know if he meant it but I have a feeling they're going to come back." Ryou sighs. The three mothers are in the kitchen washing the dishes while everyone else is in the living room. Mahado is currently in the arms of Solomon while Shada is in the arms of Rashid.
"No they can't. They signed the forms. We have a deal." Marik says as she scrubs the plate.
"Maybe he just said that to scare you." Yugi says but she too was drying a bit hard.
"Yeah. But I saw the way he looked at Bakura. I didn't like it." Ryou sighed as she washes the cup in her hand.
"Well if he tries anything we can always get a restraining order." Jonouchi says as she puts a bowl in the cupboards.
"Yeah don't worry Ry." Marik smiles as they all finish the dishes and go to the living room.
After a while Solomon, Dartz, Yugi, Yami and a sleeping Mahado had to go home. Then Valon, Jonouchi, and Seto left for their home. And finally Rishid, Ishizhu, a sleeping Isis, Shadi, Marik and a sleepy Malik and Shada left for their home.
"Bye Bakura!" Malik shouts as he waves from his mothers arms.
"Bye Malik!" Bakura waves from the doorstep as Ryou and Zigfried are right behind Bakura.
"Come on my little baby lets put you to bed." Ryou says as she picks up her son as Zigfried closes the door.
"But I'm not tired." Bakura yawns and rubs his eyes.
"Want a bed time story?" Ryou suggests.
"Yeah!" Bakura smiles. "Zigfried too!"
"Yes me too." Zigfried ruffles Bakura's hair as they walk upstairs to the child's bed room.
After Bakura changes, brushes his teeth and uses the toilet, he gets into bed with his mother on his right side and his mothers boyfriend on the left.
"Now we have three books here. The Jungle Book, Peter Pan, and Robin Hood. Which one do you want us to read to you?" Ryou ask her son who ponders.
"Robin Hood!!" Bakura waves his hands in the air as the two adults laugh.
"Okay here I'll start. Once upon a time..." Zigfried and Ryou started to read to Bakura as he fell asleep in the middle of the story.
"Goodnight my little angel." Ryou kisses Bakura's head and tucks him in nice and good as Zigfried kisses Bakura's head as well.
The whole day all the way to night was perfect.

Marik's Wedding~October 1993 Egypt
It's a week before Marik's wedding and she hasn't decided on the colors of the party. She had planned on making it a simple wedding but then Ishizu just had to say they were making it a huge wedding. Well as huge as it could be.
"I think these colors are fine." Marik says to her sister as she looks at some gold and white colors.
"Yes for the tables but what about-" Ishizu starts to say when Malik runs in the room.
"Mommy! Wook Wook! (Look Look)" Malik jumps up and down with Shadi and Rishid right behind him. Malik is wearing a traditional Egyptian outfit. Ahh did I mention the wedding was going to be Egyptian style. All of their family had flown to Egypt for the wedding. They all came a few weeks early so they can help prepare.
"Well doesn't some one look handsome." Marik smiles as she kisses her baby. "I'm guessing shopping went well with you guys?"
"Yes we got everything ready all we need is your part to be ready." Shadi says as he kisses his soon to be wife.
"Yes but all we need to go shopping for your dress which Ryou, Jonouchi, and Yugi will be here in a bit for." Ishizu says.
"Auntie! Auntie! Can I show Shada and Isis my cwothes?" Malik asks as he smiles.
"Sure if they're not asleep." Ishizu says with a smile. Rishid and Ishizu had Isis in March and they got married last year in February so they've been really happy and Marik is so proud for them.
The two currently own a house here in Egypt and one in Japan as both of them require to travel back and forth.
Ishizu and Rishid take Malik's hand and take him to the nursery room.
"Just a few more days." Shadi says as he sits next to Marik and smiles.
"A few more days." Marik smiles.
"So what have you picked my beautiful fiancé?" Shadi looks at the colors.
"Well I think white and gold would be fine but Ishizu isn't sure haha." Marik laughs.
"I think white and gold is just fine." Shadi kisses Marik. They start to get a bit passionate when they hear a cry.
"Marik it's time to feed Shada." They hear Rishid say.
The soon to be couple smile.
"It's time too feed our baby." Shadi says.
"Yeah come on." Marik smiles as they walk to the nursery.

"Why is Shada cwying? Does he want nice clothes too?"
"I don't think so Malik. I'm sure he's just hungry." Rishid says as he rocks Shada. Ishizu is currently feeding Isis since she started to cry as well.
"Which one of my babies is hungry?" Marik says as she and Shadi walks into the room.
"Shada is!" Malik says with glee.
"Thank you brother." Marik says as Rishid passes Shada to Marik.
Marik smiles as he starts to feed Shada.
After a while of feeding Shada gets full and starts to just mess around with his mothers shirt.
Marik smiles as Malik starts to look at his baby brother who looks back.
"Mommy is Shada going to dwess up too?" Malik asks.
"Yes sweetie." Marik says.
"Can I dwess him up?" Malik asks.
"Haha alright my baby." Marik says as she hears a knock. "And those are your cousins."
"Yay!!" Malik yells as he runs to the door.
Ishizu beat him to the door though and as she opens it three other children run inside.
"Auntie Ishizu!!" The three children yell.
"Hello children." Ishizu kisses them on the head.
"Bakuwa! Yami! Seto!" Malik yells as he hugs them all.
"Malik!" The three scream as they all start to roll on the ground.
"Children be good." Ishizu says as the children stop rolling and run into the living room.
"Hello Ishizu." Yugi says as Dartz helps her walk. Normally Yugi isn't suppose to travel since she's going to give birth in a month but Ishizu knows many people in Egypt to help just in case anything happens. Plus a doctor comes to see Yugi everyday to see how she and the baby are.
"Hello Yugi. Dartz. Are you two feeling good?" Ishizu hugs them both.
"We are feeling good and Dartz is too." Yugi giggles as Dartz pouts a bit.
"Not nice Yugi." Dartz kisses Yugi's cheek as they walk in.
"Yo Ishizu!" Jonouchi and Valon walk in next and hug the Egyptian hostess.
"You have a fine home. It's so big. How does it not get hot?" Valon says as Ishizu laughs.
"It's how it's made." Ishizu says as Ryou and Zigfried come in.
"Hello Ishizu." Ryou smiles and hugs her as she hugs them both.
"Hello Ryou. Zigfried. Come in." Ishizu says as she closes the door and follows them to the living room.
"Lovely home but the heat out there, nothing can compare to this heat." Zigfried says as Ishizu and Ryou laugh.
"See they just look and then giggle." Malik says as he, Bakura, Yami, and Seto are looking at Shada and Isis who are in the arms of Marik and Rishid.
"Ohh wow will my baby brother be like that?" Yami asks no one in particular.
"My mommy said that a lot of babies just make noises when they want something." Seto says.
"Weally?" Malik looks at Seto with amazement. Just then Shada makes a weird nosie which catches the attention of the boys.
"Want to play Shada? Isis?" Bakura asks them but the babies just smile and giggle.
"Why don't they talk?" Bakura asks as the rest of the grown ups come in.
Ryou smiles as she had heard her child's question and goes to their level.
"They can't talk yet because they're babies." Ryou says.
"But you call us babies and we can talk." Seto says.
"That's because your our babies." Jonouchi smiles.
"Oh." The children say like that sentence just explained the universe to them.
"Now remember what your going to do today?" Yugi asks as the children.
"We're going to play!" Yami says with glee.
"Your going to behave Yami and your all going to be good with your uncles." Yugi smiles.
"Yes Auntie/Mommy." The children say with a smile.
"Alright let go then." Marik says as she gets up with Shada in her arms.
"Are you sure you don't want to leave Shada with me?" Shadi asks as he kisses his future wife.
"I'm sure. I want you to spend more time with Malik either way." Marik whispers as she kisses Shadi back.
"Alright." Shadi says as he kisses his child and then lifts Malik up.
"Bye bye mommy! Bye bye Shada be good to mommy." Malik says as the grown ups laugh a bit. Malik kisses his mother who does the same and then he kisses his baby brother.
"Bye mommy! Bye baby brother." Yami pats Yugi's stomach as if he was patting his baby brother when suddenly the baby kicked.
"He's kicking! Hehe mommy he's kicking!" Yami gets excited as Yugi and Dartz smile.
"Remember to listen to what Zigfried says okay and also to what your uncles say." Ryou kisses Bakura as she finishes applying sun screen on him.
"Hehe yes mommy!" Bakura hugs his mother and kisses her.
"And here's your dragon." Jonouchi hands Seto his stuffed dragon.
"I don't need it I'm a big boy." Seto pouts.
"Oh so then I should just take it with me?" Jonouchi smiles.
"Blue-Eyes!" Seto yells as he hugs his dragon.
"Thought so." Jonouchi kisses Seto who kisses her back and his dragon kisses her too.
As the mothers and two babies walk out, they have Ishizu drive them to the dress shop.

"Hmm I think this one is best." Ishizu says as Marik comes out with one of the dresses.
"I don't think it feels right." Marik says as she goes back inside the changing room.
The girls sigh as they wait. They've been dress shopping for three hours already to find Marik the perfect dress.
"Hmm want to try on this one?" Ryou asks as holds out a white dress with feather like patterns to the lower part of the dress. With some gold lines around the dress it makes it look like the light is raiding the dress with a dance.
"Alright." Marik smiles as she changes into it. When she walks out the women look at her amazed.
"Wow." They all say as Marik blushes.
Shada and Isis smile and giggle as if they are giving their approval.
"I guess the babies have their approval." Jonouchi says as she is holding Shada while Ishizu is holding Isis.
"Then this one it is." Marik says as she walks to them to pick up Shada and kiss his cheek.

Wedding day
Marik is getting Shada ready in her room as she hears a knock.
"Who is it?" Marik asks.
"Me mommy!" She hears her child's laughter as she opens the door.
Malik is wearing his Egyptian clothes from the day his father and uncle had gone shopping with him. He has some extra jewelry on and some extra kohl to bring out his eyes.
"Well doesn't someone look handsome." Marik says as she picks up Malik and puts him on the bed where Shada is.
"Mama is Shada going to wear a lot of jewaly like me and you and daddy and uncle and auntie?" Malik asks with a cute look.
"Not a lot of jewelry as he's still a baby but some will be put on him." Marik smiles as continues to dress Shada.
"Oh can I help!" Malik ask.
"Hmm you can give me his saddles and underwear."
"Hehe yes mommy!" Malik jumps off the bed and goes to a bag where Shada's saddles and underwear are. He grabs them and takes them to his mother. Marik smiles and takes them as she puts them on Shada.
"Oh Shada looks pretty!" Malik said.
"You both look pretty." Marik's smiles.
"But mommy looks even more pretty." Malik giggles. Ah yes Marik was already ready as she had everything she needed and had everything on.
"Aww thank you baby." Marik picks up Malik and Shada and kisses them both a lot. "My two little angels."
Malik and Shada giggle. Malik gives his mother kisses back while Shada just smiles and babbles.
Then a knock goes on the door.
"Who is it?" Marik asked.
"It's me and Rashid." Ishizu said as she opens the door a bit.
"Ah come in." Marik smiles as they come in.
"Well doesn't someone look gorgeous." Rashid said as they walk in.
"Thank you brother." Marik smiles.
"Are you ready?" Ishizu said.
Marik nodded.
"Then I'll be taking these two out in front first then." Ishizu said as she takes Malik and Shada. "We'll be waiting." Ishizu kisses Marik on the head.
"You look beautiful." She said before she leaves with the babies.
Everyone was waiting in the hall.
The priest was at the alter already with Shadi and the best men.
"You nervous?" Zigfried asked him.
"A bit." Shadi said.
"Don't worry everything will be great." Valon said.
"Don't start to stutter either." Dartz smirked.
Just as Shadi was about comment back when the music started to play.
Everyone stood up and the doors open. First Malik, Bakura, Yami, and Seto came out as they all hold a large pillow together with the rings.
Then Ishizu who carried Isis, Ryou who carried Shada, Yugi, and Jonouchi followed behind as they throw flowers.
Once they finish Rashid and Marik walk in.
Shadi smiled as he saw his bride to be walking beautifully down the path.
Once they got to the foot of the alter Rashid and Marik hugged before Rashid gave Marik's hand to Shadi.
Marik and Shadi smile to each other as they listen to what the priest said.
"We are gathered here today to witness the marriage of Marik Ishtar and Shadi Dasiko." The priest starts as he give a speech and words about marriage. The priest then asks for the rings which Ryou and Zigfried give to the bride and groom. They each put the ring on each other and smile.
"Do you Shadi Dasiko take Marik Ishtar to be your longly wedded wife to forever to hold till death do you part?" The priest asked.
"I do." Shadi said with a smile.
"And do you, Marik Ishtar take Shadi Dasiko to be your longly wedded husband to forever hold till death do you part?" The priest asked.
"I do." Marik said with a smile.
"Does anyone disprove this marriage speak now or forever hold your peace." The priest said as it stayed silent.
"I am glad to now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride." The priest said.
Shadi pulls Marik close and kisses her lovingly as the whole hall goes to claps and cheers.

Jonouchi's Wedding~June 1995 Japan
In Jonouchi's house she is looking around box after box. Marik, Ryou, and Yugi watch as they sat in the living room. The boys were upstairs taking a nap with the babies.
"Jonouchi does it really matter?" Yugi asks as she watches Jonouchi look in a case.
"It is just a song. You have a great music selection already." Marik says as she takes a sip of water.
"Ehh no way! The music has to be right." Jonouchi says as she looks in another case.
"What's so important about this one disc?" Ryou asks.
"Well it's..." Joncouhi blushed a bit as she stops.
"It's?" Yugi says as they look at her.
"Well it's the CD we were listening too when he proposed." Jonouchi looks at them.
They all smile.
"Well why didn't you say so?" Yugi smiles.
"Yeah, now we are going to help." Ryou smiles and goes to her.
"You're going to have that CD." Marik puts her cup down.
Jonouchi smiles. "Thanks you guys."
They start to looking for the CD.
After a few more boxes they sigh.
"Are you sure it's in here? Maybe it's in your car?" Ryou asks.
"I don't know." Jonouchi sighs.
"Come on let's go check." Yugi says as they go outside.
Seto pops his head. "Mom really wants that CD."
"Yeah. Do you know where it is?" Bakura asks.
"Maybe in the play room." Seto says.
"Then let's go check." Yami smiles.
"Yeah." Malik says as they run up stairs.
Seto opens the door as they look around.
Seto looks in the toy box, Bakura looks under the desk, Malik looks on the shelf, and Yami looks in the closet.
"Any luck?" Seto asks as he doesn't find the CD in the toy box.
"No but I found more money." Yami says taking the monopoly money out.
"Maybe we can buy your mom the CD." Bakura says.
"Yeah." Malik says as he held the CD.
"Mal." Seto says.
"Yeah?"
"Is that the CD?" Seto asks.
"I don't know. Maybe." Malik gave it to him.
"Well let's ask." Seto smiles as he and the other boys run out.

The mothers come back in without the CD.
"I give up. I don't know where it is." Jonouchi sighs.
"Maybe we can buy a new one?" Ryou asks as she puts her hand on her shoulder.
"I don't know if we can. It was limited edition and all." Jonouchi sighs.
"We'll we can keep looking." Marik says.
"Yeah." Yugi says.
"Mommy! Mommy!" Seto calls as he runs in with the rest.
"Seto? What's wrong?" Jonouchi asks as she bends down.
"We found it!" Seto smiles happily as he lifts the CD that Jonouchi was looking for.
Jonouchi's eyes widen as she smiles. "Aww boys." Jonouchi hugs them.
Seto, Yami, Bakura, and Malik hug back happily.
"Where did you boys find it?" She asks.
"In the play room." Seto smiles.
"In the play room?" Jonouchi raises an eyebrow.
"Yup! On the shelves." Malik giggles.
"I see." Jonouchi looks at the CD and smiles. "Thank you boys."
"Mommy why do you like this CD?" Seto asks.
"Well Valon gave it to me. So it's special." Jonouchi smiles.
"Like my Blue-Eyes?" Seto asks.
"Yes like your Blue-Eyes." He smiles.
"Auntie can we choose music too?" Bakura asks.
"Sure boys." Jonouchi smiles.
"Ya!" The boys cheer.
"Go on and pick some songs." Jonouchi kisses their heads.
They nod and run to the music sections.
"I thought you wanted the music perfect." Yugi teases.
"Yeah but I want them to have fun too." Jonouchi smiles.
"They're going to choose some cute kid songs." Ryou giggles.
"I can imagine." Marik laughs.
"Well this will be a funny wedding." Yugi smile as they look at the children.
The kids are looking at Seto's children CD's and laughing.
"Yeah but they'll have fun." Jonouchi smiles.
"Mommy mommy!" Seto runs to her.
"Yes dragon." Jonouchi picks him up.
"We pick some songs." Seto smiles happily. "Can we play them now?"
"Sure remember how to use the CD player?"
"Yes mommy." He smiles.
"Alright go on." Jonouchi puts him down. Seto runs back to his friends and takes the CD.
"Which one first?" Seto asks.
"Barney!" Malik raises a Barney CD.
"No no Disney!" Bakura raised a Disney CD.
"Why not Barney first then Disney." Yami says with a smile.
"Yeah!" Bakura and Malik smile and nod.
"Okay give me Barney first." Seto says as Malik gives him the CD.
Seto puts it on and they start to sing and dance.
"Yeah. It's going to be a fun wedding." Jonouchi smiles as she looks at the kids.

Wedding Day
Jonouchi smiles as she puts on her dress. It's a simple white dress that flows down. It has two straps that hold up the dress. She looks and smiles seeing the veil. It has designs on the bottom part while the part that goes on the hair is a flower. She puts on her white shoes. There was no way she was going to wear heals and since her dress is long enough to cover her feet she wears some sneakers. Jonouchi smiles as she hears a knock.
"Come in." Jonouchi says as the door opens. She turns to see Seto.
"Hey dragon." She smiles.
"Mommy." He runs to her and hugs her.
"Hey is something wrong?" She picks him up.
"No." He nuzzles close to her.
"Seto I know something is upsetting you. Tell mommy."
He looks at her as tears fall.
"I lost the CDs." He sniffles. "I'm sorry I don't remember where I left them."
Jonouchi smiles and hugs him. "Its okay baby. It doesn't matter anymore. Today is a happy day."
"But mommy really wanted the CD." He starts to cry.
Jonouchi rocks him. "You know what's better than the CD?"
"What?"
"You and everyone having fun." She kisses his head. "Now how about we pick some music after the ceremony together? You, me, and daddy."
Seto looks down and nods. "Okay."
"I want to see a smile from my brave dragon. Today okay." Jonouchi kissed his cheek.
"Okay mommy." Seto smiles as Jonouchi wipes his face from the tears.
"There perfect. Now let's go." Jonouchi smiles and starts to walk.
"Mommy." Seto says.
"Yes dragon?"
"You look very pretty." Seto smiles.
Jonouchi smiles happily. "Thank you baby."
Seto hugs him happily as they walk out.
On the church doors.
"Ready to walk me down?" Jonouchi asks as she holds Seto in her arms.
Seto pouts. "Why can't I carry you?"
"Because mommy is to big. One day okay." Jonouchi smiles.
"Okay but I get to tell daddy that he can only make you happy."
"Of course Seto." Jonouchi kisses his cheek.
"You're next Jonouchi." One of the workers says.
"Thank you." Jonouchi looks at Seto. "Ready?"
"Yeah!"
"Let's go." Jonouchi smiles as they open the doors. The music starts and Jonouchi walks down.
Everyone stands as Valon looks at them. He smiles.
Marik, Yugi, and Ryou smile as they look at her.
Malik, Yami, and Bakura smile before running to them.
"Kids no." Marik tries to grab them but they run to Jonouchi.
Jonouchi looks and smiles. "Thanks boys." She kisses their cheeks as they walk her to the alter.
Malik, Yami, and Bakura go back to their places and smile.
Jonouchi kissed Seto before putting him down as Seto takes Jonouchi's hand. Seto takes Valon's hand and smiles.
"He's my mommy so no making him sad."
"I promise buddy." Valon smiles.
Seto nods and gives Jonouchi's hand to Valon and went to his friends.
Jonouchi smiles with Valon.
"I love you." Jonouchi whispers.
"I love you too." Valon smiles as the service went on.

Yugi's Wedding~March 1996 Japan

Yugi hummed as she, Ryou, Marik, and Jonouchi were looking over menus. The children were watching a movie in the living room.

"I hated this part of the wedding." Jonouchi said.

"You had a buffet." Marik reminded her.

"Yeah but I had to choose what kind of buffet!" Jonouchi pouted as the girls laughed.

"What kind of food do you want Yugi?" Ryou asked.
"I think we should have different types of food." Yugi said as she looked it over. "I really want burgers though."

"Burgers are so messy." Marik said, "What about finger food?"

"Burgers are finger food. You use your fingers to hold it!" Yugi put her head down on the table as she rubbed her stomach. She was currently pregnant with twins which was something she wasn't expecting.

"What about sushi?" Ryou asked.

"Seafood does sound yummy right now. Actually what sounds really yummy is-"
"Let us guess a burger?" Marik smiled as the other two laughed at the pouting Yugi.

"Not my fault I'm pregnant." Yugi pouted.

"I'll go pick up some burgers then." Marik chuckles.

"Want me to go with you?" Ryou asked.

"Nah we need to make Yugi choose today what he wants to eat so we can choose vendors already." Marik said.

"Fine seafood it is. Sheesh picky much." Yugi pouted, making them laugh.

"Yeah yeah now start calling while I pick up lunch you hormonal mother." Marik said as she left to go buy the food.

"Sheesh love you too." Yugi said as they started to call for a cater.

After about an hour and a half Marik came back.

"I'm so sorry there was traffic and a rush hour in the restaurant. I know you wanted a Burger World burger so sorry for the wait." Marik said as she came in.

"That's fine. We have good news." Yugi smiled.

"Found a cater?" Marik asked as she put the food down.

"Yup but even better." Jonouchi smiled.

"What do you mean?" Marik asked.

"They can also do sliders so the mini burgers!" Ryou smiled.

Marik chuckled and nodded, "Not letting the burgers go huh?"

Yugi smiled, "I really like them."

"Fine fine burgers and seafood it is." Marik said.

"I'll get the boys so we can eat." Ryou got up and headed to the living room. "Boy's lunch time."

They were eating when Yugi got a call from an unknown number. Yugi looked at it confused and excused herself to the other room. She accepted the call.

"Hello?" Yugi asked.

"Hello Yugi." She heard a familiar voice say.

"Who is this?" Yugi asked as she started to feel uneasy.

"The father of your first born." He said.

Yugi's eyes widened as she quickly went to her room. "Atem."

"Now you remember." Atem chuckled.

"What do you want?" Yugi growled.

"I just wanted a talk. I heard you were getting married. I'm a little offended you didn't send me an invitation." Atem said.

"You are not welcome. Don't you even dare try to come." Yugi said.

"You don't love him Yugi. You never did. You like the idea of having him around. Of having someone to be the father of our child. But the fact is that you love me. You never stopped loving me." Atem smiled.

"Ha! Love? You have no idea what that word means. You've never felt it." Yugi sneered at him.

"I have. When I was with you. When I saw my son." Atem said.

"You don't have a son. Remember you wanted to abort him. You dragged me to a clinic and tried to get me to abort MY son." Yugi growled it out.

"I know and I regret that day. But Yugi, I love you. I want us to work out." Atem said.

"You must be out of your mind. You think after all these years I would still be in love with you?" Yugi asked.

"I know you are. Even now you think of the perfect family. That is with me and our son, Yami." Atem said.

Yugi blinked. "How do you know his name?"

"I know a lot of things, Yugi. I know you still live with your grandpa on top of the Kame Game Shop. I know you work with him. I know you went back to school a few years ago. I know what school our son goes to. I know he's doing an excellent job in school." Atem said, "And just like how I know all those things, I know you love me still."

"There's a few things you don't know though." Yugi started to shake.

"What, that you're pregnant with twins?" Atem smirked.

"How? How could you possibly know that?!" Yugi was shocked.

"I know everything when it involves you and our son. Face it Yugi, you love me. You never stopped loving me." Atem chuckled.

"No, you're wrong. I will never love you Atem. Lose my number. I will never ever let you near me or my son. You have no rights to him. You have no connection to him. You will never ever be loved by me!" Yugi hung up and blocked the number before Atem could call again. He held himself as he cried softly.

"Mommy?" Yugi heard Yami's voice as he turned around to see him by the door holding a furry brown monster toy that he called Kuriboh. Yami recently turned seven years old.

"Yami. How long have you been standing there?" Yugi went to him as he leaned down and hugged him.

"Your burger was getting cold." Yami held on to Yugi tightly.

"What did you hear?" Yugi asked.

"You were talking to my real daddy huh?" Yami looked down. Yugi sighed as he held him close.

"My sweet sweet baby, Dartz will always be your real daddy. No matter what anyone else says." Yugi cupped his face.

"I know but I have another daddy. He didn't want me." Yami looked at him. "Why didn't he want me?"

Yugi's heart broke into a million pieces. "I'm sorry baby. That man...your birth father, he doesn't know how to love. He wasn't able to love you like how I do. But you don't need him. You have a huge family who loves and cherishes you. They will never ever stop loving you."

"And my new baby brothers will be that too?" Yami asked.

"Of course we will give them all our love." Yugi smiled and kissed him all over. "Come on let's go eat then we can all watch a movie together."

"Yeah!" Yami smiled and kissed Yugi's cheek. "I love you mommy!"

"I love you too, my little darkness."

Wedding Day
Yugi rubbed her belly as she waited in her room. She was dressed in a loose white gown with star shaped glitter around the dress. She was wearing her veil already as she looked out the window to see everyone outside waiting. The memory of Atem calling her was still lingering in her mind.

"I can do this. I love Dartz, not him. I'm not chickening out. I'm having twins with Dartz for Ra's sake." Yugi gulped. She heard a knock and looked over. "Come in."

Solomon came in and smiled. "Look at you. So beautiful. You look just like your mother when she was getting married."

"Aww Jii-chan." Yugi went and hugged him. "Thank you."

"Ready to go down the aisle? Everyone is waiting for you." Solomon asked.

"I'm just nervous. What if something bad happens?" Yugi asked.

"Never. Nothing will ever ruin this day for you." Solomon smiled. "I promise."

Yugi smiled and nodded, "Let's go get me married."

Solomon smiled as they headed down and out to the courtyard.

The music started and everyone stood up. Mahado, Shada, and Isis started to throw flowers. Seto, Yami, Malik, and Bakura took the rings down the aisle. While Jonouchi, Mairk, Ishizu, and Ryou walked down as the bridesmaids. After they were finished Solomon and Yugi walked down. Yugi smiled as he saw Dartz at the altar smiling.

'I'm doing this. I do love Dartz. I love him.' Yugi thinks to herself as Solomon hands her off to Dartz.

"You look so beautiful my love." Dartz smiled at her.

"You look handsome my honey." Yugi smiled at him. 'I love this man.'

Ryou's Wedding~December 1996

Ryou looked outside as she saw the snow falling. Her wedding was coming up in a few days and she wasn't ready. She sighed as she looked over her schedule for the day of the event. Currently Zigfried was on a business trip and wouldn't be back before the day of their wedding. Ryou sighed and got up as she went to the fridge to look for snacks. "I wonder if we still have some creampuffs?" They were out. She went to the staircase and called out for Bakura who was playing up in his room, "Kura baby come on down. We're going shopping!"

"Coming mommy!" She heard Bakura say.
Ryou smiled and went to put on her coat, scarf, and boots. "Maybe a walk will clear my mind. It would do Bakura good to walk in the snow too."

Bakura quickly came down the stairs and ran to Ryou. "What are we shopping for mommy?" Bakura was seven years old and he had grown a bit as his hair reached the back of his waist just like how Ryou's does.

"We're going to by some sweets and maybe we can make some hot chocolate. How does that sound?" Ryou smiles.

"Yeah!" Bakura jumped up and down happily.

"Alright let's get your stuff on." Ryou said as she helped Bakura put on his coat, scarf, boots, mittens, and hat. "Look at you, you're so handsome."

Bakura smiled proudly as he heads to the door and opens it, "Let's go mommy!"

Ryou smiles as she grabs her keys and bag before locking the door behind her. Outside she put on her mittens and hat. They went to their local market and got a shopping cart. 'You know I should really learn how to drive. I'll ask Zigfried to teach me when he gets back.' Ryou thinks to herself.

"Let's go get the cocoa and then the milk." Ryou said as Bakura nodded. They headed to the cocoa as Bakura looked around.

"Mommy can I pick the cocoa?" Bakura asked.

"Do you know which one you want?" Ryou asked.

Bakura nods and points to one with a bunny on it. "I like that one!"

Ryou smiles and gets it as they head to the milk section.

"Mommy can I go order the creampuffs?" Bakura asked.

"We'll go once we get the milk Kura." Ryou said.

"But I wanna pick it. Please mommy, I'm a big boy!" Bakura grabbed his arm and pulled it a bit.

"Well…" She looked around and saw there weren't a lot of people in the store today. She sighs and nods. "Okay but you wait for me right there. Do not move and do not talk to anyone that isn't the bread man, understand?"

"Yes mommy! Thank you!" Bakura hugged him and ran towards the bakery.

Ryou chuckled and quickly went to the milk.

Bakura looked at all the bread and smiled happily. "Bread bread bread!" He went to the counter and looked up at the baker.

"Hello little one." The baker smiled.

"Hi do you have creampuffs?" Bakura asked.

"Why yes we do." He smiled, "Did your mommy send you here to pick some up?"

"Yeah! I'm being a big boy!" Bakura smiled.

"Oh that's a very big boy job. We just finished making them. I'll bring them out so you can choose the best ones for your mommy. How does that sound?" The baker smiled.

"Yes please!" Bakura smiled happily as the baker went to go get the tray of creampuffs.

"Doing an errand for your mommy little boy?" Bakura heard a man say next to him. Bakura turned to see a tall tan man with a double T scar and messy short white hair. Bakura looked away.

"Mommy said I can't talk to anyone but the bread man." Bakura said.

"Oh? How come?" He asked.

"Because stranger danger." Bakura crossed his arms.

"You're a smart kid." He leaned down, "But I'm no stranger. My name is Akefia." He took out his hand so he could shake Bakura's hand.

Bakura looked at him before he shook his hand. "Do I know you Mister?" He had a feeling he met him before but he wasn't sure.

"Yes I met you last year. You were with your mommy and Zigfried buying milk on Thanksgiving." Akefia said.

"Oh your mommy's friend from school!" Bakura smiled as he finally remembered where he'd seen him before.

"That's right. Now where is your mommy?" Akefia asked.

"She's getting the milk. We're gonna make hot chocolate!" Bakura smiled.

"Oh that sounds yummy." Akefia smiled.

"Excuse me sir, do you know this boy?" The baker asked as he had come back with the tray of creampuffs.

"Yeah he's mommy's friend from school!" Bakura smiled.

"Yes, me and the boy's mother went to highschool together." Akefia smiled. "Go on Bakura, pick out which ones you want for your mommy."

Bakura nodded and told the baker which ones he wanted.

"Alright anything else little man?" The baker asked.

Bakura put on a thinking face, "Hmm there's another one mommy likes but I don't remember the name. They have chocolate on top and yummy stuff inside!"

"Eclairs?" Akefia asked.

"That one!" Bakura smiled.

"Alright I'll bring out the tray and you can pick them out." The baker said as he went to put the first tray away.

"I didn't know your mommy liked eclairs." Akefia said.

"Zigfried always brings them when he goes to Europe!" Bakura smiled.

"And where is Zigfried?" Akefia asked.

"In Europe. He's coming home before the wedding! He's gonna be my daddy." Bakura smiled.

"Oh don't you have a daddy already?" Akefia asked.

"Mommy said we don't talk about him." Bakura said.

"Is that so?" Akefia hummed.

"Yeah but that's okay because I have my aunties and uncles and Jii-chan and my cousins!" Bakura smiled.

"Do you want to meet your daddy?" Akefia asked.

"Hmm I don't know. It might make mommy sad and I don't like seeing mommy sad." Bakura said.

"I see." Akefia said as the baker came back with the eclairs.

"Here you go little man, choose which ones you want for your mommy." The baker said as Bakura chose the eclairs. The baker nodded and packed up the treats for Bakura. Bakura smiled as he bounced around.

Akefia chuckled as he watched him, 'My son. In every way he looks like his mother but that energy. He's like me. I won't let you go.'

Bakura took the treats and smiled. "Now to wait for mommy."

"Yes, let's wait for her." Akefia said as he spotted Ryou coming around the corner.

Ryou looked up to see Bakura but her face was in pure shock as she saw Akefia with him. She blinked and started to head over to them.

"Mommy look I got creampuffs and eclairs!" Bakura smiled.

"Is that so. Good job baby." Ryou smiled before she looked at Akefia. "Why are you here?"

"I bumped into Bakura. He was telling all about how he was doing this big errand for his mother." Akefia smirked.

"Yeah!" Bakura went to Ryou and hugged him. "Mommy can Akefia come over for hot chocolate?"
"Oh no baby I'm sure Akefia is busy." Ryou smiled sweetly.

"I'm not." Akefia said as he picked up Bakura.

Ryou gulped as she watched him. She couldn't do anything. 'If I make a scene it will worry Bakura. No, I can't let him know where I live.'

"Yeah! Come on mommy please!" Bakura smiled brightly.

Ryou gulped and nodded, "Well if you're not busy Akefia-"

"Great, let's go." Akefia took the shopping cart and started to walk. Ryou quickly followed, not wanting to let Akefia go far with his son.

After paying, Akefia led them to the parking lot.

"Here we'll go in my car." Akefia said as he took out his keys. He had a black luxury car that looked brand new.

"Oh we couldn't." Ryou said.

"Woah that's so cool!" Bakura looked at it amazed.

"Come on, go in while I put the stuff in the trunk." Akefia said as he put Bakura in the back seat. Bakura was distracted with how much he liked the car.

"Why are you doing this?" Ryou whispered as Akefia closed the door.

"Because I want to. Now get in the car. You don't want to worry our son." Akefia said as he put the groceries in the trunk.

"My son Akefia, he's mine. You gave up your rights years ago." Ryou glared at him.

"Aw sweet Ryou, I always get what I want, remember?" Akefia smirked.

Ryou glared as she got in the car. Ryou started to take off her mittens when she realized something. 'I can call Marik, Yugi, and Jonouchi. If I can get them to come to the house Akefia will be forced to leave.' Ryou took out his phone and started to dial when it was taken away.

"Ah ah ah." Akefia smirked as he was in the driver's seat already, "This is going to be a phone free hangout." He put the phone in his pocket. "You'll be getting it back when I'm gone."

Ryou glared as she put her seatbelt on.

At Ryou's House

Ryou and Akefia were putting the groceries away while Bakura was in the bathroom.

"You should go." Ryou muttered.

"Make me." Akefia cupped his face. "Look at you, still as beautiful as ever."

"I was just an item for you to steal." Ryou glared.

"To be fair you'll always be mine. I stole everything from you. You can never escape me. You will always have me in your heart." Akefia said.

"Mommy I finished!" Bakura yelled from the hallway.

"Go on and pick a movie for us to watch!" Akefia said.

"Okay!" Bakura went to the living room.

"Get out." Ryou pulled her face away when Akefia pulled her into his arms.

"Look at that, a perfect fit." Akefia smirked.

"What do you want from me?" Ryou glared daggers at him.

"Our family." He smacked her butt making Ryou squeak a bit. She covered her mouth as she turned bright red. "Now go on and make the hot chocolate little gem." Akefia chuckled as he went to the living room.

Ryou felt destroyed. 'I can't escape him.'

Akefia sat on the couch as he looked at Bakura. "Find a good movie?"

"I can't decide between The Grinch or Santa Claus." Bakura pouted.

"Hmm Santa Claus is funny." Akefia said.

"Yeah!" He said as he grabbed that one and put it on the tv. He went to the couch and sat next to Akefia.

"So kid do you want to learn who your daddy is?" Akefia asked.

"Do you know him?" Bakura asked.

"Yup. I know him very well. He has white hair and a scar on his face." Akefia said.

Bakura looked at him surprised. "You're my daddy?"

"That's right." Akefia smiled.

Bakura looked down. "You make mommy sad."

"I know. I did a bad thing to your mommy but I want to make it up to her." He cupped his face. "I love your mommy very much. I love you very much."

"You do?" Bakura asked.

"I do." Akefia smiled as he took off a necklace that was hidden under his shirt. "Bakura in our family, the man of the house wears this necklace. This symbolizes that you will always be my son." He puts it on Bakura.

Bakura looks at it amazed. "Really?"

"Of course, you are my son, Bakura Tozokuo-Heart." Akefia said.

Bakura hugged him and snuggled close. "Daddy does that mean you're going to live with us now?"

"Not yet but I will soon. I promise." Akefia smiled.

Ryou came out with a tray where the hot chocolates were. "What's going on?"

"Oh nothing." Akefia smiled as he winked at Bakura who smiled. "Go on and put the movie on Bakura." Akefia smiled as Bakura went to put it on.

Ryou noticed the necklace around Bakura's neck. "That's your family necklace. Why does he have it?" Ryou handed Akefia his drink.

"Because he is my son. My son deserves to have the family necklace." Akefia said.

"You gave up your rights." Ryou glared.

"And I will get them back. Now sit." Akefia glared.

Ryou huffed and was about to sit on the other side of the couch when Akefia pulled her to sit next to him. Ryou glared at the smirking Akefia. Bakura put on the movie and went back to sitting on Akefia's lap. Ryou gave him his hot chocolate as Bakura drank it happily. Akefia smiled as he wrapped his arm around Ryou who tried to ignore him.

'This will be over soon. Then you can call Jonouchi, Yugi, and Marik and they'll see what we can do.'

After some time Bakura finished his drink and had fallen asleep.

"I should put him to bed." Ryou whispered.

"We'll both take him." Akefia said as he carried Bakura. "Where is his room."

"Upstairs." Ryou led the way.

Akefia put Bakura into bed as Ryou tucked him in. Bakura snuggles close to his stuffed bunny that was in his bed.

Ryou grabbed Akefia and pulled him out of Bakura's room. She closed the door and glared at Akefia. "He's gone to sleep now so leave."

"Feisty aren't we?" Akefia grabbed Ryou's hands and pinned them above her head. Ryou struggled against him.

"Let go-" Ryou was interrupted by Akefia kissing her. She struggled and tried to pull away but soon gave in.

Akefia smirked and broke the kiss, "That's my girl. Now listen very closely. You will break off your engagement and break up with Zigfried. I forbid another man raising our son."

"No I love Zigfried." Ryou panted.

"You say that but look at you all flustered. I am the one you will marry, got that?" Akefia kissed her again.

Ryou felt tears fall. She didn't know what to do anymore. She loved Zigfried but deep down she knew she loved Akefia too.

Akefia broke the kiss again. "Will you marry me and only be with me from now on?"

"I do." Ryou panted as she looked up at him.

Akefia smiled and kissed her head. "That's my girl. I knew you'd see it my way."

After a bit of making out Akefia left. Ryou instantly called her friends and told them all that happened. After much talking, her friend's convinced her to continue on with the wedding that they will deal with Akefia when the time comes. Once Zigfried came back Ryou confessed what happened and begged for his forgiveness. Zigfried held Ryou and told her it wasn't her fault. They continued on with the wedding and once married they instantly moved Ryou and Bakura to a new home with Zigfried. Ryou had tried to take the necklace from Bakura but he held onto it dearly. Never letting it go. After the wedding and the move Ryou and Bakura didn't see Akefia for many years.

Chapter Text

Halloween ~1999

It was Sunday afternoon as Ryou hummed in her home. She was changing her month old baby, Leon, who is a very happy baby. He has blue eyes and a little bit of dark pink hair. She finished changing her son’s diaper and put him in a lion onesie. Leon babbled as he yawned. Ryou chuckled and picked him up.

“Sleepy baby, shhh go on to sleepy mommy will hold you.” Ryou rocked him gently.

Just then a barely ten year old Bakura peeks in.

“Mommy is Leon asleep?” Bakura whispers loudly.

Ryou chuckled and motioned Bakura to come in quietly. Bakura nodded and tipped toed in.

“He’s falling asleep. Want to help me sing him a lullaby?” Ryou asked.

Bakura nodded as they went to the rocking chair. Ryou sat and smiled at Bakura who was watching a barely awake Leon.

“Can we do Mordred’s mommy?” Bakura asks. “It’s my favorite.”

“Do you remember it?” Ryou asked.

“Yup!” Bakura smiled as he started to hum.

Ryou chuckled as she started to rock Leon and sang, Hush, child, the darkness will rise from the deep and carry you down into sleep. Child, the darkness will rise from the deep and carry you down into sleep.

Guileless Son, I'll shape your belief and you'll always know that your father's a thief. And you won't understand the cause of your grief but you'll always follow the voices beneath Bakura sang.

Soon Leon fell asleep and Ryou and Bakura finished the song. Ryou laid Leon in his crib as she took Bakura out of the nursery.

“I’m glad you’re getting along with the baby Bakura.” Ryou smiled.

“He’s my baby brother, I love him.” Bakura smiled.

“I’m glad. I know we haven't had a lot of time together. I’m sorry if I made you feel lonely.” Ryou hugged him.

“I was a little lonely cause I couldn’t play with you but dad said it’s cause Leon needed you to rest. So I’m happy cause Leon and mommy are home!” Bakura smiled brightly.

Ryou smiled and kissed his nose, “You have no idea how much I love you.”

“I love mommy more!” Bakura kissed her nose back and giggled.

“Ready to dress up for trick or treat?” Ryou asked.

“Yeah! Can I change now?” Bakura asked.

“Well it’s a bit early but I think your Uncle Shadi, Auntie Marik, and your cousin Malik, Shada, Melvin, and baby Namu should be coming in an hour. So alright you can change but remember our deal Bakura?” Ryou asked.

“That I won’t wear the ring.” Bakura grumbled. “But I really wanna wear it.”

“I know baby but it’s best to keep it in your room when we go out. You don’t want to lose it do you?” Ryou asked.

“No, but I love wearing it.” Bakura looked down.

Ryou sighed, “I know baby. But you’ve almost lost it before and you were crying.”

“I won’t lose it I promise mommy.” Bakura put his hands together as he pleaded.

“Bakura no. End of discussion. I know it means a lot to you,” Ryou cupped his face, “and I know you would be sad if you lost it.”

“I really miss him mommy.” Bakura looked down with sad eyes, “He said we would be a family.”

“I know baby.” Ryou sighed, “Sometimes the gods have other plans for us. Maybe in another life we would have been a family. I know you miss him. I know it hurts not having someone you care about in your life.”

“Like your mommy and auntie Amane?” Bakura asked.

“Yeah like my mother and my little sister.” Ryou smiled, “But I like to remember the good times I had with them. That way I’m not sad.”

Bakura nodded, “Okay mommy!”

Ryou kissed his cheek, “Come on let’s both go change yeah?”

“Yeah!” Bakura smiled as he hugged him tightly before running to his room.

Ryou chuckled and went to her room to change.

After a bit of time Ryou came out with a baby blue robe and wings, with one being an angel wing and the other a devil wing. She hummed and headed to the kitchen and saw her husband cooling down the candy apples. Zigfried was wearing an angel outfit. She had a sneaky smile and tiptoed to him before poking his sides.

“Boo!” She yelled a bit making Zigfried jump and turn around.

He gave a sigh of relief when he saw his wife, “Look at you. You almost sent me to heaven.” He chuckled as he wrapped his arms around her waist.

“Hehe sorry babe.” Ryou kissed him. “You just had your guard down and it seemed fun.”

“You’re forgiven love.” Zigfried kissed back and held her. “Ready for tonight?”

“Of course. We have our little party, then take the children trick or treating, then come back for the children to watch movies, and then put them to bed so the grown ups can watch movies.” Ryou smiled.

“That’s right. We’ll have a fun Halloween this year.” Zigfried chuckled, “How’s our little Leon?”

“Sleeping thankfully. It’s been a while since I woke up really late for feeding.” Ryou smiled.

“Yes that’s right, our baby is our second child. It has been a while huh.” Zigfried chuckled, “But this time you have me by your side forever.”

“Forever.” Ryou smiled and leaned on him.

“Speaking of sons, where is our first born?” Zigfried asked.

“He’s changing. He did go in before me. Maybe he’s having some trouble. I should go help.” Ryou said.

“I’m sure he’s fine. He might be playing in his room. I’ll check on him once I finish the candy apples if he isn’t down by then. Go on and check on the preparations.” Zigfried smiled.

“Well alright then.” Ryou smiled as she went to check on the decorations. As he fixed up the living room adding spooky last minute touches she heard the door ring. “Ah that must be Marik. They’re early”

“I got it!” Bakura yelled from the top floor as you could hear him running down the stairs.

“Be careful not to fall Kura.” Ryou called out as she heard her son open the door.

“Bakura what are you wearing?!” Ryou heard Marik yell a bit. Ryou was confused and quickly checked on them.

“What do you mean what is he wearing? You were there when we picked out his cos-” Ryou gasped as she saw Bakura was wearing a tan skirt, a tan robe, and a red robe above the tan one. He also had his ring around his neck.

“Woah Kura you look so cool!” A ten year old Malik smiled. He was wearing a mummy outfit.

“Kura is amazing!” A six year old Shada smiled. He was wearing a snake charmers outfit.

“Kura cool!” A three year old Melvin giggled. He was wearing a skeleton outfit.

Namu yawned as he was held by Marik closely. He wore a fox onesie. Marik and Shadi were wearing a belly dancer’s outfits.

“What’s going on?” Zigfried came out of the kitchen to see what was happening.

“Bakura where did you get that outfit?” Marik asked as she noticed Ryou was still shocked.

Bakura looked down as he played with his fingers.

“Bakura I asked you a question.” Marik gave Shadi Namu as she leaned down to him and grabbed his shoulders. “Bakura.” She said sternly but Bakura didn’t say anything. “Malik did you know about this?” She knew Bakura and Malik told eachother everything.

Malik looked down and kicked his feet a bit. “Maybe.”

“Where did Bakura get this outfit?” Marik asked as she pulled him gently next to Bakura.

“I promised I wouldn’t say.” Malik muttered.

“Malik Ishtar-Dasiko you tell me right now or no trick or treating for you.” Marik said sternly.

Malik looked at Marik before looking at Bakura who gulped. “But mama-”

“Right now Malik.” Marik said.

“I got it in the mail.” Bakura muttered.

“In the mail? And who sent it?” Marik asked.

“Kura’s dad sent it.” Malik muttered.

“His dad?” Marik looked a bit confused before she realized what her son meant. She glanced over at Ryou who was still frozen in place. Marik sighed, “Alright. Bakura Malik up to Bakura’s room now.”

“But auntie-” Bakura started.

“Right now Bakura. Up you two go.” Marik said as Bakura and Malik nodded.

Bakura looked over at Ryou. “Mommy?”

“Bakura up. Now.” Zigfried said as he pulled Ryou close.

Bakura looked down as he sniffled. “Okay.” He and Malik went up to his room.

“Love are you okay?” Zigfried as gently as he rubbed Ryou’s head.

“I-I…” Ryou felt her heart break. Seeing Bakura in that outfit reminded her of Akefia’s family robes.

“Boy’s why don’t you two go to the living room with daddy.” Marik told her two younger children.

“Did Kura and big brother do a bad thing?” Shada asked.

“A little bit. Go on you two.” Marik said as Shada took Melvin’s hand and led him to the living room with Shadi behind them.

“If you want I’ll talk with the boys.” Zigfried said.

“N-n-no.” Ryou gulped. “I have to.”

“Ry it’s okay. I’ll go get Bakura to change.” Marik said. “Take your time.”

Ryou sighed and took a deep breath before letting it out. “Together?”

“Alright.” Marik said.

“Are you sure Ryou?” Zigfried asked.

“Yes. I should have known something like this was gonna happen. He asked me if he could wear the ring today.” Ryou said.

“Alright. I’ll be in the living room with Shadi.” Zigfried said.

“Thank you babe.” Ryou hugged him before she and Marik went upstairs.

Bakura’s room.

Bakura was crying softly as he and Malik sat on his bed.

“Sorry Kura.” Malik leaned and hugged him.

“It’s okay Mal.” Bakura leaned back.

“I still think you look cool.” Malik said.

“You look cool too.” Bakura said. “Mommy was really sad.”

“I don’t get it. It’s just a robe. We wear the same when we go to Egypt to visit Auntie Ishizu and Uncle Rashid and Isis.” Malik said.

“I don’t know.” Bakura sniffled as the door opened showing Marik and Ryou.

Malik and Bakura looked at them before looking down.

“Boys explain to us again how you got that outfit?” Marik asked as she closed the door before they stood in front of them.

“Me and Mal were playing outside when the mailman came.” Bakura said.

“And the mailman asked Kura if he was Kura and Kura said yes.” Malik explained.

“He gave me a box and said it was from my dad. That it was my Halloween costume.” Bakura explained.

“He said to not show it to Auntie that it was a surprise.” Malik said as he went to the closet and got the box out. “There’s something in there for Auntie too.”

Marik grabbed the box from Malik and checked it. It was labeled with the Kaiba Corp icon.

“What did the mailman look like?” Marik asked.

“He was really tall.” Malik said.

“And had blue eyes.” Bakura said.

“With tan skin and longish brown hair?” Marik asked as the two boys nodded.

“It’s Seth.” Ryou whispered as she checked the box. In it was a letter addressed to her with a small box.

“We’ll check it later.” Marik whispered to her as Ryou nodded.

“Boy’s what you did was very dangerous.” Marik said. “When you take packages from strangers it is a bad thing. I’m sure that man didn’t look like the mailman either.”

“When a stranger says that it’s a package for you and to not tell your mommy or aunties that’s a bad sign. You never take it from them.” Ryou said.

“That man you saw is a very dangerous man. If you ever see him again scream for us or your daddy or your uncles.” Marik said.

“We’re sorry.” Bakura and Malik say at the same time.

“Bakura,” Ryou went to him and leaned down, “Why did you keep it a secret?”

“I thought it would make you happy. You like surprises. I thought maybe he would come home.” Bakura sniffled as more tears started to fall. “He’s never going to come back huh?”

Ryou hugged him tightly. “I’m so sorry my sweet angel.”

Bakura cried hard in his mother’s arms.

Malik looked down. “Kura.”

“Malik this is why we don’t keep secrets from mommy or auntie.” Malik leaned down to him. “It hurts us when we see you guys sad.”

“I’m sorry mama. I thought Kura’s dad would come back.” Malik said. “The man said both of our daddies would come back.”

“What?” Marik was shocked. She cupped his face and looked him in the eyes. “What did he say?”

“That our daddies would come back.” Malik said. “But I don’t want my real daddy to come back. I don’t like him. He made you sad.”

“I see. Did the man say anything else?” Marik asked.

Malik went quiet and shook his head.

“Mal.” Bakura sniffled as he looked at him.

“Malik what else did he say?” Marik asked again.

“I got a box too.” Malik said. “But I didn’t want to wear the costume. It was really big.”

“He said Ami and Set got one too.” Bakura sniffled.

“Where is your box Malik?” Marik asked.

“In the closet.” Malik pointed at Bakura’s closet.

“Ami and Set’s boxes are there too.” Bakura said. “They didn’t like their costumes either.”

“I see.” Marik said as she went to get the boxes out. All with the Kaiba Corp icon. “When did they bring these?”

“The man gave it to us to give to them.” Bakura said.

“Set’s box had a card too.” Malik said.

Marik checked Seto’s box to see the card gone. “It’s not here.”

“I think he took it.” Bakura sniffled. “It had a lot of scribbles. It looked like his homework from his computer club.”

“I see.” Marik said.

“Did the man say anything else?” Ryou asked as the boys shook their heads. “Alright. Boys I hope you understand what you all did was dangerous. When Yami and Seto get here we’re all going to talk to you four about this.”

“Yes mommy/auntie.” Bakura and Malik said in union.

“For now Bakura, change into your real costume okay.” Marik said.

“Yes auntie.” Bakura said.

“Baby do you want a picture with your robe?” Ryou asked as Bakura looked at him.

“But it makes mommy sad.” Bakura said.

“I know but there’s a reason why. Right now you’re too little to understand. But I know when you get older you’ll want to know.” Ryou kissed his head. “I will explain one day. I promise.”

Bakura leaned on him. “I want a picture.”

“Okay go wash your face cause it’s puffy while I get the camera.” Ryou smiled.

“Okay mommy.” Bakura hugged him and went.

“Are you sure Ry?” Marik asked.

“I am. It may hurt right now but I know he’ll want to know. I can’t keep that side of him from him forever.” Ryou said. “Besides, he does look cute.”

After a while Yugi’s and Jonouchi’s family came. Yugi and Dartz were wearing a couple magician outfits. Yami was wearing a vampire outfit. Mahado was wearing a ring master’s outfit. The twins, Heba and Yuya were wearing panda outfits. And Solomon was a conductor as his wheelchair was dressed as the train.

Jonouchi and Valon were wearing greaser couple outfits. Seto was wearing a werewolf outfit. Katsuya was wearing a mechanic outfit. And Varon was wearing a puppy onesie. When they got to Ryou’s house they all talked and soon sent the four oldest boys back upstairs with the boxes. Jonouchi and Yugi were very shocked when Ryou and Marik explained what happened.

“They can’t come back. They gave up their rights.” Yugi said.

“In each box there were letters for us and a package. We haven’t opened it yet. We were waiting for you two.” Marik said as she gave them their letters and boxes.

“Damn that Seth.” Jonouchi growled as she opened the letter.

The others opened the letter before they all looked at eachother.

“It’s an appeal.” Ryou gulped.

“They want their rights back.” Marik whispered.

“Oh hell no. They can’t get our children back. Never.” Jonouchi growled.

“Is this legal?” Yugi asked.

“I’m going to find out.” Marik said as she got out her phone. “I’m calling our lawyer.”

“Screw the lawyer. I’m calling Seth.” Jonouchi said as she got out her phone.

“Jonouchi if we confront them now who knows what they’ll try to do.” Yugi said.

“I’m not going to stand by and let them try to take our kids. They wanna fight. I'll give them one.” Jonouchi growled.

“Jonouchi we should check our options first. If you go attack Seth he can try to use it against you.” Ryou said.

“They can’t take our kids. All of our husbands legally adopted our sons.” Jonouchi said. “They have nothing to stand on.” Jonouchi growled as she looked at the box. She opened it before quickly closing it.

“What is it?” Yugi asked.

“That bastard.” Jonouchi punched the table.

“Jono? What in the box?” Yugi asked as she gently opened Jonouchi’s box only to find a key. “A key?”

“A key?” Ryou looked confused.

“It’s a key to Seto’s trust.” Jonouchi growled. “A few years ago I got a message from him, though it was sent from Kaiba Corp. It said that because Seto has Kaiba’s blood running through him that Seto automatically gets a trust fund and shares in the company. Despite Seth giving up his rights to Seto the company’s policy is to always give their blood a set future. I sent this key back saying to never contact us again. He’s using this trust against us. So he can say he can provided for Seto. That he already has it made.”

Yugi looked at her box scared of what her’s would have. “They can’t do this.”

“They won’t get away with it.” Jonouchi glared.

“Let’s see what we have then tell the lawyer everything. Because the boys are ten they might have to testify.” Marik said.

“Court? No Mar we can’t put the boys through that.” Ryou said.

“We’ll see what our options are.” Marik said as he opened his box. He saw that there were two more letters in it. He looked confused before he opened them and gasped.

“What is it?” Ryou asked.

“No no it’s not possible.” Marik felt tears fall as she fell to her knees.

“Mar!” Ryou went to her and pulled her close. She took the papers and read it. “He wants a paternity test for Melvin and Namu?”

“What? That’s crazy. I mean he’s always had a few screws loose but he’s psycho to think Melvin and Namu are his.” Jonouchi said.

Yugi looked at Marik. “Mar, are you meeting up with Mariku?”

Marik looked down. “Only twice. Around the time I got pregnant.” He held himself. “He has a way with words you know. Fuck I fucked up.”

“Oh Mar.” Ryou held him.

“I’m screwed. If the tests say they’re his I have to share custody with him.” Marik whimpered.

“But Shadi is on the birth certificate right?” Jonouchi asked.

“Yes. Shadi’s on them.” Marik said. “Fuck I’m so stupid. I knew better. I fell in his trap like always.”

“We’ll figure this out. No matter what we’ll figure this out.” Ryou rocked her.

“We won’t let him get to Melvin and Namu. That’s out of the question.” Yugi said.

“I can only pray that they’re Shadi’s.” Marik sighed.

“For now let’s see what we have.” Yugi said as he opened his box. He looked confused as he took out another box but that box was made out of gold.

“A box within a box?” Ryou looked at it confused.

Marik looked at it, “Those markings, they’re hieroglyphics.”

“Hieroglyphics huh.” Yugi sighed, “I know what it is. It’s Atem’s family heirloom. It’s a puzzle.” He opened it to show gold puzzle pieces. “It’s in the shape of a pyramid. Apparently only those in Atem’s family can solve it.”

“Come on it’s a puzzle it can’t be that hard.” Jonouchi said.

“It’s really hard Jono. I even tried it once, I could only get it half way done.” Yugi said, “It really is something. Atem finished it in under thirty minutes and it took me days to get it half way done.”

“Why give it to you though? He knows Yami is his son.” Marik said.

“It’s probably the same reason Akefia gave Bakura his family ring. So our sons can get an attachment to them.” Ryou said.

“I’m never showing this to Yami.” Yugi said, “But I’m not sending it back yet. Atem will probably try to give it to Yami in person or pull the mailman stunt on him.”

“What are you going to do about it then?” Jonouchi asked.

“Keep it hidden for now. If we see them in court I’ll see if I can talk to him about taking it back.” Yugi said as he put it away.

Ryou gulped as she looked at her box. “Akefia doesn’t have money like Seth, he already gave his family heirloom to Bakura, and Leon is definitely Zigfried’s son.” She slowly opened the box and gasped. The other three looked in the box and were shocked.

“Jewels? There’s so many.” Yugi looked surprised.

“Did he steal these?” Jonouchi examined them.

“And give them to Ry so she can turn him in? He’s not that dumb.” Marik said.

“They’re his mothers. In their family all the jewelry and stones the mother’s had were passed down to the new partner of the family. That’s why there are so many. He comes from a line of thieves, remember. He showed it to me once. Telling me that each gem had its own story.” She took out a green emerald, “That each mother steals a gem, and that gem is the color of their child’s future partner’s eyes.”

“Is that the one his mom stole?” Yugi asked.

“Yes. Before she died.” Ryou looked down. “I always hated that my eyes look so much like this gem. Back then it had my heart fluttering. I thought I was going to marry him.” Ryou smiled sadly at the gem. “How idiotic I was.” She put it away. “I can’t accept these.”

“For now do what I’m doing and wait. It’s possible he’ll try to give them to Bakura.” Yugi said.

“And we should probably check the legality of these. If the one his mother stole was the most recent who knows how much trouble you can get by having them.” Jonouchi said.

“I know but these have a lot of history for Akefia, I can’t just hand them over to the police.” Ryou said.

“We’ll figure it out.” Marik said, “Let’s talk to our boys first.”

Bakura’s room

“Told you we should have told our moms.” Seto pouted as he touched his fluffy tail.

“But they were for us.” Malik muttered.

“Yeah but now we’re in trouble.” Yami pouted.

“We always get in trouble though.” Bakura crossed his arms.

“You guys always get us in trouble.” Seto said.

“You do too. You just get caught less.” Malik pouted.

“Because we’re smarter.” Yami stuck out his tongue.

“Yami that’s not nice, you’re all smart.” Yugi said as she and the other mom’s entered the room.

“Sorry mom.” Yami looked at him.

“Now boys we talked it over. Yes you four are in big trouble.” Jonouchi said.

“But we also understand why you didn’t tell us.” Yugi said.

“So starting tomorrow you four will be grounded for a week.” Marik said.

“After doing homework you’ll be helping Jii-chan’s shop.” Ryou said.

“And no that doesn’t mean you’ll be playing with the games.” Yugi said.

“You’ll be cleaning and organizing.” Jonouchi said.

“Now you boys understand why we’re angry right?” Marik asked.

“Because we kept a bad secret.” Yami said.

“And we took a box from a stranger.” Bakura said.

“That’s right. Do you have questions for us?” Ryou asked.

“Are they really gonna come back?” Seto asked.

“No. They said that because they’re trying to hurt us.” Jonouchi said. “You don’t have to worry about them anymore.”

“Do we have to keep the stuff in our box?” Yami asked.

“You don’t have to if you don’t want to.” Yugi said.

“Can we go trick or treating now?” Malik asked.

“Yes.” Marik chuckled.

“Come on boys let’s go.” Ryou smiled.

Bakura quickly went to Ryou and held his hand. “Can we have a candy apple mommy?”

“Of course.” Ryou chuckled.

“Me too Auntie!” Marik smiled.

“Me too please!” Seto smiled.

“I want one too please.” Yami smiled.

“Alright come along.” Ryou smiled as they all went down to the kitchen to eat candy apples.

After all the children ate candy apples they all went out to do trick or treating. Laughing and smiling, as if what happened earlier never happened. After they were done collecting candy they went back to Ryou’s house to watch children’s Halloween movies. After they had all fallen asleep the adult’s watched the horror movies. Though not even the movies scared the mother’s as they had already been scared about their ex’s coming back.

1989 - New Years Eve

It was New Years Eve in Domino and Ryou was home getting baby Bakura ready to head over to the Ishtar’s house for the museum's New Years Eve party. Or at least that was Ryou’s plan but he just stood in Bakura’s nursery room watching Bakura sleep soundly in the table changer. Ryou’s heart melted as he didn’t wipe away the silent tears but he did try to hold back his sobbing. It's been about four months since Bakura was born and he couldn’t stop crying anytime he saw his baby do something super cute. ‘The gods have blessed me by allowing me to see my baby look so cute. How can I possibly change his clothes now? He’s so tired he had such a big day.’ Ryou thought before he felt his phone vibrate. He quickly reached in his pocket and answered the phone without looking who it was as he didn’t want the vibrating sounds to wake up Bakura. “Hello?” He whispered.

“Hello Ryou, are you and baby Bakura ready?” Zigfried asked happily.

“Ah hello Zigfried. Umm I haven’t gotten Kura ready yet. He was up a little while ago but when I put him on the changing table he decided to nap. I don’t have the heart to wake him.” Ryou whispered as he moved away from the table to not wake Bakura but close enough to be right as his side if he woke up.

Zigfried laughed as he shook his head, “Of course, can’t wake up your little angel. I’ll let myself in then.”

“Oh you’re here already. I’m so sorry, I’ll get changed quickly.” Ryou apologized quickly.

Zigfried laughed as he got the keys to the house and opened the door. “Take your time, Ryou. Let me head to the nursery and we’ll decide from there.” He said before he hung up and headed to the nursery. He walked in and smiled as he saw Ryou still in some pj’s, a messy ponytail, and holding Bakura’s outfit for the night.

“Hello Zigfried.” Ryou smiled shyly.

“Hello Ryou, here why don’t I carefully change Bakura while you get ready. And do not rush, I’m here for whatever you and Bakura need.” Zigfried smiled as he walked over to Ryou and took Bakura’s clothes.

“Thank you Zigfried. You’re an amazing friend.” Ryou smiled as he hugged him quickly before going over to Ryou and giving him a gentle kiss on the head. He smiled as he headed over to his room to get ready.

Zigfried smiled a bit sadly once Ryou was out of the room. “If only you could see me more than a friend.” He sighed before going to Bakura smiling. “You really look like your mother. I’m sure you’ll just be as sweet as him.” He chuckled to himself. “Now let’s get you all nice and cute so your mommy can cry about how cute you are.” He said as he gently started to dress Bakura.

Once he was done Bakura was in a baby blue dress with some leggings underneath and some white fluffy booties as well as matching baby gloves. While changing baby Bakura, he didn’t fuss in his sleep. Though did almost wake up when he felt a bit cold, but Zigfried had quickly changed him into his warm clothes as he fell right back asleep. “There, such a good baby.”

Ryou soon came in with a red long sleeve dress shirt and black plants. His hair was nice and fluffy after he dried it. He smiled at Zigfried and went to him and Bakura. “How was he?”

“Good, didn’t wake up. Like I said, your angel.” Zigfried chuckled. “Now why don’t we start heading out. Grab your coat and Bakura’s and I’ll get the car seat ready.”

“Thank you Zigfried. For everything.” Ryou smiled. “You didn’t have to come pick me up or help me watch Bakura while I got ready.”

“It’s my pleasure Ryou. I’d do anything for you and Bakura.” Zigfried smiled as he went to fix the car seat, leaving a blushing Ryou in the nursery.

Marik’s place

Marik was grumbling in his room as Ishizu made him change into some warmer clothes. Something about wearing a crop top during the museum's New Year’s party was ‘unacceptable’. “She knows this is my best outfit. I don't know why she complains.” Marik grumbled as he put on a purple knitted sweater and huffed. “This will have to do.” He said as he opened the door only to see Shadi about to knock on the door.

“Ah Shadi, hello.” Marik smiled at him.

“Hello Marik. Ishizu asked me to check up on you.” Shadi chuckled, “Something about you better be wearing something appropriate.”

“Ugh of course she would.” Marik rolled his eyes. “She’s mad because I was wearing my crop top.” He huffed, “she doesn’t get that it’s my best outfit. How else will I look good?”

“I think you look good already.” Shadi chuckled as Marik gave a slight blush. “Well if you’re ready, we should go to the party. Our co-workers have started to arrive.”

“Right.” Marik nodded as he and Shadi started to head back to the party. Ishizu and Rashid pulled some strings at the museum so Marik could start working with them as a consultant. Though Marik has been doing night classes in order to get his GED and go to university for the following year. Shadi is also a consultant at the museum and a friend of Rashid’s. He had relocated to Domino when the museum started making plans for a new exhibit about a mysterious Ancient mystery.

They walked to the living room where Rashid was cooing baby Malik who was laughing, whether it was because of his uncle or not they wouldn’t know.

“Such a giggly baby. Already bringing so much joy in our home.” Rashid chuckled.

“A bundle of joy truly. Was Marik also a giggly baby?” Shadi asked as they walked up to Rashid and Malik.

“Oh yes, maybe not as giggly as our little Malik here but a very happy baby.” Rashid chuckled. “I remember when Marik was born. The loudest baby you ever heard.”

“Hey!” Marik pouted with a blush. “I was not a loud baby.”

“You weren’t a loud baby, you are a loud baby. Marik your voice.” Ishizu came in with a tray of snacks. “And Rashid is right. While I may vaguely remember when you were born, you were a very loud baby.”

Rashid chuckled, “You were about four when he was born so of course you wouldn’t remember much. Though I do remember a bit when you were born.”

“About five years after mother found you, right?” Ishizu sat next to him and gently took Malik in her arms.

“That’s right. Then four years later mother had our little Marik.” Rashid smiled as he looked at Marik. “Our little trouble maker.”

“I didn’t know you were adopted, Rashid.” Shadi stated. “I would have sworn you were blood related. Though that just proves how strong your family bond is.”

“Ah yes, Ishizu and Marik don’t like it when I say I’m the adopted child.” Rashid chuckled. “Our mother found me in the desert back in Egypt. She took me in when it was confirmed I was abandoned. I have never known who my birth givers were and I never want to know. This is my family and I’m very grateful mother found me. Though you have a similar story don’t you Shadi.”

“You were adopted too?” Marik asked as he looked at Shadi.

“Well not me per say. But my younger siblings. I love them dearly. Even when my oldest gives me grief about traveling so often.” Shadi chuckled. “Even if I say we don’t look alike, many people say we do.

“Are they back in Egypt?” Marik asked curiously.

“Yes, my younger two siblings are in middle school and my oldest is a year older than you. So he’s already in university.” Shadi explained.

“You must be very proud of him.” Marik chuckled.

“I am. They’re my world after all.” Shadi smiled before they heard someone knock on the door.

“Ah, guests are starting to arrive. Rashid, are you sure you want to take care of Malik here?” Ishizu asked as she handed baby Malik back to Rashid.

“Yes. I’ll be fine. I am after all the most experienced when it comes to babies.” Rashid chuckled as he went back to cooing Malik who started laughing again.

Marik chuckled, “My giggly baby.” He said as he went to help Ishizu let guests in.

Later in the party Jonouchi held Seto as he sat on the couch. He wasn’t used to being around so many important people but he had to be on his best behavior. He owed a lot to Ishizu and Rashid for helping him out so much. The least he could do is behave his best while at the party. He looked down at Seto who was looking up at him.

“Having fun my little kicker.” Jonouchi smiled as he cooed his baby. He heard the door open and saw two men walking in. He was going to brush it off as them working at the mueseum as well but he noticed one of them was wearing a motorcycle jacket and not dressed as nicely as the other guest. ‘I wonder who that is?’ He asked himself as he saw him and his friend walk over to Ishizu and Marik and then chatting for a bit. He didn’t notice that Yugi sat next to him.

“Jonouchi.” Yugi said before he poked his cheek. “Jonouchi.”

Jonouchi looked over at him, “Hm? Sorry Yug did you say something?”

“Well more like wondering what’s gotten you distracted.” Yugi smiled. “Checking out Valon?”

“Valon?” Jonouchi raised an eyebrow.

“Ah so you weren’t looking at the guy with the motorcycle jacket?” Yugi giggled as he saw Jonoichi blush.

“I don’t know what you’re talking about Yug.” Jonouchi huffed a bit.

“Well he loves motorcycles and even has his own shop. He gets along with Marik well.” Yugi said with a giggle. “I also heard from Dartz that he’s single.”

“Dartz? Wait, how do you know so much?” Jonouchi asked with curiosity.

“The tall guy he came in with. That’s Dartz. He helped find Atlantis and actually has family history with it. He’s talked to me and grandpa a few times about his excavation. Either way Valon is a childhood friend of his which is why he’s here.” Yugi explained.

“I see.” Jonouchi said as he looked down at Seto and shook his head. “I only need one man in my life and he’s right here.” He kissed Seto’s head as Seto smiled at him. “My dragon.”

“Of course, but know that no one will judge you if you start dating at some point.” Yugi smiled as he gently took Seto in his arms. “After all that means Seto can spend some time with his cousin when I babysit. Actually, why don’t we see your cousin? You want to see your cousin, right Seto?” Yugi smiled as Seto laughed a bit.

“Yugi-” Jonouchi was about to argue with him when Yugi got up and walked away. Jonouchi rolled his eyes but laughed a bit. “Sure Yug. Sure.” He got up and went over to the snack table as he looked to see what seemed good to munch on. “Too many options.”

“I know right, but Marik’s sister does make good food.” Valon said as he was suddenly next to Jonouchi.

Jonouchi glanced at him but laughed a bit. “Yeah Ishizu makes good food. Her cooking is the best.”

“How do you know her? Oh wait, do you work at the museum?” Valon asked as he put some fruit on his plate.

“Ah no, I’m friends with Marik.” Jonouchi said as he grabbed some cheese. “I’m assuming by that question though that you also don’t work at the museum?” He glanced at him.

“Yeah, my friend does though. So he drags me to the work parties sometimes. Though I’m glad I came to this one.” Valon smiled at him.

Jonouchi chuckled and shook his head. “Like this amazing food.”

“Right, the food.” Valon laughed. “What do you work in?”

“I’m doing odd jobs right now. Haven’t found anything I want to do.” Jonouchi said. ‘At least not until Seto starts preschool.’ “What about you?”

“I remember that feeling. Just doing whatever you can until you find something. That’s how I started my own motorcycle shop. I didn’t really like any of my jobs until I had to fix my motorcycle and it just clicked.” Valon explained. “You’ll find something you like soon. Jonouchi looked at him before he laugh, “You just offer random people jobs?”

“Hmm not random, but cool looking ones sure why not?” Valon shrugged as they ended up talking about their job experiences and little adventures.

Yugi would glance over toward Jonouchi every once in a while and smiled softly, “I’m glad my plan worked.”

Seto started to fuss in Yugi’s arms as he started to get pouty.

“Aww Seto it’s okay. Come on, I'll go put you down with Yami.” Yugi said as he looked around for Solomon only to see Dartz holding Yami. Confused, he walked over and smiled. “Hello Dartz.”

Dartz looked at him and chuckled, “Hello Yugi, I ran into your grandfather earlier then someone called him over and well I’m here with your baby.”

“I’m sorry. Grandpa should have called me over. I’ll take Yami-” Yugi started to put Seto in one arm but Dartz stopped him.

“Ah it’s alright Yugi. I’m fine holding him if you’re okay with it. Two babies this small might be a lot while standing.” Dartz smiled gently.

“Thank you. Ah, this is Jonouchi’s son, Seto.” Yugi said as he lifted Seto a bit to show Dartz. Seto spotted Yami and tried to reach him.

“Ah he’s attached to him already.” Dartz chuckled as he moved Yami close to Seto.

“He really is. When Yami was born Seto was already trying to reach for him.” Yugi smiled. “I hope they share a bond like me and Jonouchi.”

“I’m sure they will. Bonds are for a lifetime after all.” Dartz chuckled. “Here why don’t we sit so these two can nap closely.” He said as he hand noticed Yami yawning.

“Yes, let's sit down.” Yugi smiled as they went to the living room to see Ryou coming in with Bakura and Zigfried.

“Ah Ryou! You’re finally here.” Yugi smiled as they walked over to them.

“Yeah, sorry. Kura took a nap and I struggled changing him because I didn’t want to wake him up. Then I hadn’t gotten ready yet, thankfully Zigfried helped me.” Ryou smiled as he held the sleeping Bakura.

“Of course I helped. We had to get you two to the party after all.” Zigfried smile.

“Is everyone here already?” Ryou asked as he looked around.

“Yeah, we were about to sit so the boys can nap. Why don’t you leave Bakura to us so you guys can eat.” Yugi suggested.

“Oh I couldn’t. I’ll just join you guys while they sleep.” Ryou smiled.

“Now Ryou, you need a break too. Why don’t we have a few bites to eat then we come and hold Bakura.” Zigfried suggested gently. “Just a few moments we won’t be long.”

“Well…” Ryou looked at Yugi who nodded with a smile as he had his other arm ready for Bakura. “Alright. Just for a moment.” He said as he gently placed Bakura in Yugi’s arm. Bakura snuggled close to Yugi as he stayed asleep.

“We’ll go sit down. Go on and eat.” Yugi smiled as he and Dartz went to sit on the sofa with Rashid who was holding semi-sleepy Malik.

“Maybe I should join them.” Ryou said with worry.

“Now now, you trust Yugi. Besides, Bakura is sleeping so it’s the perfect time to eat something before he wants to eat.” Zigfried chuckled. “We’re just an earshot away.”

“You’re right. I’m just so nervous.” Ryou said as Zigfried led him to the food table. “He’s just…he’s so small. The doctors said his lungs are like mine. They didn’t develop properly so he might have a weak immune system like me.”

“That may be so but you’ve overcome it. And while yes you still use an inhaler, you have the experience to teach Bakura the same. Besides, with your guidance and everyone else’s watch, maybe he won’t even notice it.” Zigfried smiled, “Trust that we will help him in any way we can.”

Ryou nodded and smiled, “thank you for being there for us Zigfried.”

“Of course Ryou. Now let’s feed you so we can return to Bakura.” Zigfried said as they started to eat some food and socialize a bit before returning to the babies.

11:50 pm 

Everyone gathered into the living room as they talked and discussed with each other while waiting for the clock to strike midnight. The mothers were currently sitting with each other and holding their now awake babies. Malik was laughing and moving around in Marik’s arm, Yami was looking around the room seeing the many people there, Seto mostly looked at Jonouchi but occasionally looked for Yami then settled down once he found him, and Bakura was mostly snuggling close to Ryou.

“Such a long night for them.” Yugi smiled as he rubbed Yami’s hair.

“And this one mostly laughs all day. He’s such a giggly baby.” Marik smiled as he kissed Malik, making him smile.

“At least he isn’t kicking everything.” Jonouchi chuckled as he held Seto close.

“But this is nice. Their first New Year's Eve is all together.” Ryou smiled. “I hope they won’t get scared with everyone doing the countdown.”

“They’ll be fine. But if you’re worried we can always go into the nursery and wait for a bit.” Marik suggested.

Ryou shook his head, “let’s be with everyone.”

“Ryou here is some water.” Zigfried said as he came back with some water and he was holding two glasses of champagne.

“Ah thank you Zigfried.” Ryou smiled as he took the water.

“Marik, your sister is getting everyone ready for the countdown. So here is your drink.” Shadi said as he handed Marik a glass as well.

“Thank you Shadi.” Marik took the glass which made Malik stop laughing and try to reach for the glass. “Ah ah ah this is mommy drink.”

Jonouchi laughed, “Oh he’s gonna be a troublemaker when he’s older.” He said as Valon walked up to him and handed him a glass.

“To celebrate the new year.” Valon smiled as Jonouchi nodded and took the glass.

“To celebrate the new year.” Jonouchi smiled.

Dartz walked up to Yugi and handed him his glass. “Ready?”

“Ready.” Yugi smiled as he positioned Yami so he could see better. Yami smiled as he was able to see more people.

“60 seconds everyone!” Solomon called out as everyone looked over at the clock.

Rashid, Ishizu, and Solomon walked over to their family with a glass in their hands as well as they all started to do the count down.

A few days after Halloween.

Jonouchi paced around the kitchen as he looked over the letter again while his mind raced in a million ways. 'Marik said that Malik said Seto had some coding. But it wasn't in the box. So Seto has it. Ra, Seth I'm going to kill you.' He groaned as he put the paper down only to see Seto standing near the kitchen door. "My dragon, sorry I didn't hear you. Are you hungry? Want a snack?" He said as he placed the paper behind him.

"Mommy…is he going to take me away?" Seto looked at Jonouchi with a bit of fear.

Jonouchi's eyes widened before quickly going to him and pulling him close. "No one will ever ever take you away. Never." He kissed his head.

"But he said I don't belong here. He said-"

"Seto, is he talking to you?" Jonouchi cupped his face. "How?"

"In the box…there was some coding. I recognized some of it and put it on the computer. It said that I belong with him. That I will have his company one day so it's best I leave. I don't want a company. I don't want to leave you." Seto said as tears started to fall. "I don't like him, why doesn't he leave us alone."

Jonouchi's eyes widened in horror before he composed herself. "My little dragon, he can never take you and you will never leave me. I would break every bone in his body if he tried to even touch you." He pulled him close. "I wish I could have kept you from him forever. I don't know why he's doing this but I promise I will put an end to it."

"How?" Seto sniffled as he held on to his mother.

"First, we're gonna need to change the computer. Who knows if he put a virus in it. Knowing him he's capable of anything." Jonouchi wiped his tears, "Then mommy is going to go to his lawyer and make sure he never gets near you again."

"I'm sorry for coding what he put. I didn't mean to." Seto looked down with a bit of shame.

"You didn't do anything wrong. Well I mean you should have told me but I know you were curious. And one day I'll be able to explain better to you about all this. For now it's okay. I'm here to protect you, alway."

"What are we going to tell daddy?" Seto asked as he held onto his mother.

"Daddy will understand. Now why not see if Katsuya and Varon are awake from their naps?" Jonouchi kissed his head. "Check on them for me will you?"

"Okay mommy." Seto smiled and headed over to living room.

Jonouchi watched him leave before he sighed. "Time to call the lawyer." He said as he went to get her phone. He walked over to the living room and grabbed her phone before walking over to the computer. "I don't know if you can hear me, but stay away from him Seth." He said before he unplugged the computer.

"What do you mean by that?" Valon said behind him, making Jonouchi jump and look at him.

"Valon, you're home?" Jonouchi looked at him confused but was relieved.

"Katsuya called me with your phone earlier and asked me to come home so we can all play. Said that he doesn't want daddy to be left out." Valon said as he held Jonouchi's hand. "But what were you saying? What's going on?"

"Valon, I'm going to need you to be understanding about this." Jonouchi said gently as he squeezed his hand. "In the box Seth sent to Seto there was some coding in it. Out of curiosity Seto put it in the home computer and well…"

"Did the bastard put in a virus or something? I remember Seto telling me about those things." Valon said.

"That I'm not sure of, but Seth has been talking to him through the computer." Jonouchi said as Valon pulled his hands away. He was quiet before he walked out of the living room. "Valon?" He heard a door open and close before Valon came back in with a bat. "What are you doing?"

"Destroying the computer! I'm not letting that asshole talk to our son!" Valon yelled a bit as he raised the bat to start swinging.

"No no no no no, Valon we need it as evidence!" Jonouchi yelled as he grabbed onto Valon's arms. "The lawyer needs it as evidence!"

"Evidence? For what? I'm gonna go down to KaibaCorp and settle this! He has no reason to talk to our son!"

"Daddy home!" Katsuya screamed happily as he ran into the living room and hugged Valon's leg.

"Daddy." Seto said as he stood near the living room entrance while holding an awake Varon who was just looking at everyone. He was surprised to see the scene in front of him but he had a feeling he knew what it was about.

Valon and Jonouchi looked at their children before Valon gave Jonouchi the bat and then leaned down to pick up Katsuya. "Hey my little boy. I'm home." He kissed his cheek before he walked over to Seto. He went to his knees and pulled him in close for a hug. "My sweet boy. We're here. You're okay now." He kissed his forehead as Seto felt a tear fall.

Seto sniffled as he leaned into Valon.

Varon however didn't want to be squished and started to fuss around.

Valon chuckled as gently took Varon into his arms. "Yes yes we love you very much Varon." Valon kissed his nose making the baby laugh.

Katsuya giggled, "Daddy can we play now? Can we? Can we? Big brother, it's play time right?" He said as he started to get excited.

Jonouchi chuckled as he went over to them, "Now Katsuya let's give your daddy a few minutes to get settled. And we need to have a little talk about using mommy's cellphone to call daddy when he's at work."

Katsuya blushed in embarrassment for getting caught. "But I don't want daddy being away for play time. Daddy will get sad." Katsuya pouted.

Valon chuckled, "Of course. Daddy is very sad that he doesn't play with you guys a lot. Daddy would love to play now though. But I am curious, Katsuya. How did you know how to call me if you can't read yet?"

Katsuya smiled proudly at the question, "Big brother is teaching me! He said when I'm big I can help him play on the computer!"

"Is that so?" Valon chuckled. "What very smart boys we have, you get that from your mommy. But Katsuya you have to understand, I can't always come home from work to play. Understand?"

Katsuya smiled and nodded. "Okay daddy!" He giggled. "Play time now?"

"Alright let's play…how about we go outside and play?" Valon suggested as he didn't want to be in the living room with the computer.

"Yay!" Katsuya smiled as he grabbed Seto's hand. "Let's hide!"

Seto smiled and nodded as they ran out to go hide outside.

Jonouchi smiled a bit, "They'll be safe. We've kept them safe so far."

"What are we going to do about Seth though?" Valon asked as he held Varon close.

"I'm going to call the lawyer. We'll come up with a plan. One that will keep them away forever." Jonouchi said as he kissed Valon's cheek. "So please at least for now don't destroy the computer and don't do anything to Seth. I can't have you in jail."

"Right, alright." Valon said as he took a few deep breaths. "I'm sorry I got the bat."

"You're okay. It's understandable that you were worried about Seto." Jonouchi smiled, "Now go play with our boys." He said as he pulled out his phone. "I'm going to solve this problem."

Marik laid in bed as he held his pillow. He confessed to Shadi after Halloween about he cheating. He was now sleeping in the guest room as he was furious but also hurt by him. Marik sniffled but stopped when he heard a knock on his door.

"Yes?" Marik called out.

"Mama, can we come in?" Malik called out as he stood outside carrying Namu while Shada and Melvin were next to him.

"Of course babies." Marik said as he quickly sat up and wiped his tears before Malik opened the door and they walked in. "Is mama still feeling sick?"

"Are we sick too?" Shada asked.

"Dada sick." Melvin looked down sadly.

"No, no no you guys aren't sick and neither is dada. Mama just…mama did a bad thing, and mama has to fix it now." Marik said as he patted on the bed.

They walked over as Marik took Namu and helped the boys climb the bed.

"Mama can do bad?" Shada looked sad. "But mama good."

"Yeah mama is good!" Malik said as he hugged him.

"Sometimes even good people do bad things. But that's why we do what we can to do the right things." Marik explained as he held Namu close who looked up at Marik. Marik looked at Namu closely to see if he had any traces of Shadi or Mariku but Namu was the spitting image of Marik that he couldn't tell who the father was.

"Is dada mad?" Melvin asked which snapped Marik back from examining his youngest.

"What do you mean baby?" Marik asked.

"Dada looks angry sometimes." Malik whispered out.

Marik sighed and pulled the children close to him. "Dada…your dada is a good man and he will always be your dada. Sometimes dada's can get angry but never at you guys." Marik explained.

"That's right boys." Shadi said as he walked in.

"Shadi…" Marik looks at him with sadness in his eyes.

"Mar." Shadi went over and kissed his forehead before taking Namu in his arms. "Sorry that I was angry my boys. Dada had a rough work day." He kissed them all and smiled. "Why don't we let mama rest and you guys can put a movie on and make a pillowfort while I take care of mama?"

"Yeah! Movie!" Shada and Melvin cheered in the bed.

Malik looked over to Marik and leaned on him. "I wanna stay with mama."

"It's okay Mal, go build a pillowfort with your brothers." Marik kissed his head. "Maybe later I'll make some koshary for dinner alright?"

Malik looked down a bit but nodded, "Okay." He said as he got off the bed and headed to the living room.

"Let's go Melvin." Shada said as the two quickly followed their older brother.

Shadi looked down at Namu and held him close. "We have a lot to talk about Marik."

Marik looked down at his hands as he nodded. "I know."

"I treat Malik as my own because that is how I view him. We both know very well blood doesn't mean much. I never treated him differently. To me, he is my son." Shadi said as he rubbed Namu's cheek. "My world is our family. I did everything right. Sure we fought, but every couple fights. I thought we had everything handled."

"You didn't do anything wrong. You're a great father and a great husband Shadi." Marik said as he felt tears wanting to fall. "I was the one who swayed. I am the one in the wrong."

"Why did you do it?" Shadi asked with hurt in his voice.

Marik was quiet for a while as he looked down. "He found me one day about four years ago. I don't know how he knew exactly which motorcycle club I was in but you know you can only get in by knowing someone so I don't think he knew I was there. When I realized he was there I didn't know what to do. I thought about talking to the owner and explaining the situation but Malik didn't talk to me. He kind of avoided me actually, the whole time we were in the club he acted like he didn't know me. It wasn't until we left the club that he approached me. I wasn't sure why I didn't just leave when everyone else did. I thought being the last to leave was best. I wish I had left earlier. He asked me how I was. I just argued with him like a jealous ex, asking how he just ignored me at the club but now he was talking to me. I felt like I was in highschool again, all hot headed and irrational. I think I even started crying." He laughed dryly. "I don't know what possessed him or me, but he just kissed me. It would have been easier to just say he forced me or that I resisted him, but it wouldn't be true. I don't know why I didn't push him away. If it was just that day I would have said it must have been some trauma response or something to justify it to myself."

"But you saw him again. How many times? How long?" Shadi asked.

Marik gulped as he couldn't look at him. "I don't remember. Maybe a few months and only when we had club meetings. But when I found I was pregnant with Melvin, I stopped seeing him. I think that's when the guilt started to hit me. I wanted to tell you. I wanted to come clean. It wasnt fair to you that I did this. But when I told you I was pregnant, you were so happy. I couldn't break your heart and since we had also been having sex more I thought there was still the possibility that Melivn could be yours."

Shadi sighed as he sat on the bed. "With Melvin I had a feeling something happened. Since he looks a lot like Malik and while some things I had justified to myself, like how we're both Egyptian and how Malik also has your features, I thought Melvin just happened to look a lot like Malik. Luck of genetics and all that. I thought maybe I was being paranoid." He said as he looked at Namu closely. "I can accept that Melvin might not be mine biologically. He is still my little Melvin. But Namu…"

Marik looked at him with pure sadness. "I'm so sorry Shadi. I want them both to be yours. I see them in you. Melvin loves to learn, he loves going the museum with you and is always by your side when you tell stories of our ancestors. When I look at our boys I see you." Marik felt his tears fall. I will never forgive myself for causing you this pain."

Shadi chuckled sadly. "I see you in them. Namu is the exact spitting image of you. Even Rashid said that he felt like he was seeing you as a baby again. I always had a sense of pride that Namu looked exactly like you, because I thought I helped create him. Ishizu even told me how seeing Namu brought back memories for her from when you were a baby. He brought so much joy to us all. Malik was excited to have so many siblings, Shada was ready to be a big brother again, and Melvin was ready to have someone to play with. Our family and friends we're excited to have Namu come into our lives. I thought our family was complete."

Malik felt his heart break into a million pieces after hearing that. He knew he hurt his husband but he nver thought it was this much. "I will do as you say. I will quit the club. I will do anything you ask me to. I will quit my jobs and just focus on you and the boys. I should have done this when you asked me to marry you. I should have listened when you gave me the option to stay with our boys. I can't change the past, but can only work towards our future. And if you decide that it is best to co-parent…I will follow your lead." Marik said as he closed his eyes. "But if you let me stay by your side, I will do my best to be a better partner to you."

"It wasn't just a one time thing Marik. You cheated and had me believing I fathered both of our youngest. The only reason I believe that Shada is mine because he looks exactly like me, or else I'd be wondering if any of our children are mine." Shadi sighed. "You have hurt me dearly. It will take a long time before we go back to how we were. But one thing is for certain, there will be some new rules for you, which includes cutting off everything of Mariku. This will be your only and last chance. If anything like this happens again, I will leave."

Marik nodded as he looked at him. "Yes Shadi. Thank you, for giving me a chance. I won't betray you ever again."

"I have a dig in Cairo for a few months, how will I be able to trust that you'll be loyal?" Shadi asked.

"I'd say I'd go with you but Malik and Shada have school. I can bring the boys to Cairo once they go on break." Marik offered.

"Why don't I have Diva move in while I'm gone? He can watch over you and I'd have peace of mind." Shadi suggested as he moved to sit next to Marik. He held Namu close to his chest as Namu started to yawn.

Marik looked at Namu and nodded. "Yes Shadi."

"Good, now why don't we start the process to move forward with making sure Mariku can't access the kids again." Shadi said as he wrapped his arm around Marik.

"I'll call the lawyer to ask if he's made any progress." Marik said as he leaned on Shadi as he held him close. None of them noticing some spikey blonde hair poking out in the hallway.

Yugi looked over at his children who were playing in the yard. He smiled as He saw them running around playing tag with one another.

"Yugi my love." Dartz walked over to him and gave him a warm drink. "Feeling better?"

"Ah yes I am. Thank you." Yugi smiled as he took the drink. "The lawyer said he's going to send a letter stating to stop trying to get in contact with the children. Though he says that he will try to get us to meet before taking actions with the court. He says we might have a better chance negotiating with each other than having the judge give a ruling. Especially since we don't know if Melvin and Namu are Shadi's or Mariku's."

"I don't know how I feel about you seeing Atem again. Maybe it's best if I go in your place?" Dartz suggested.

"That's sweet but no. I know Atem. He's going to want to talk to me and if I'm not there he might try to contact me or get to Yami." Yugi sighed.

"I feel so helpless." Dartz wrapped his arms around him. "I'm your husband. I should be able to protect you from him."

"And you have. You make me smile everyday. You help raise our children. And you accepted Yami as if he was yours by blood. You don't know how much you protected me. Thank you my love." Yugi smiled and kissed him.

"Mommy and daddy sitting in a tree!" Mahad giggled out.

"K-I….Umm Ami, what's after I?" Heba said as he tried to remember.

"S." Yami giggled.

"Yeah! S-S!" Heba smiled proudly.

"I-N-G!" Yuya giggled.

Yugi smiled, "Now now when did you learn that song?"

"Ami." The three younger all pointed to their older brother who looked betrayed.

"Hey no telling." Yami pouted and poked their cheeks.

"When did you learn that song, Yami?" Dartz chuckled.

"I think I heard it on the tv." Yami smiled. "Then again at school."

"Alright, are you guys ready to go inside?" Yugi asked them.

"Nope!" The kids smiled before running off to play again.

"Such playful children." Yugi smiled.

"How about an hour more of play? I know Yami has a test this week so he should study a bit before dinner." Dartz suggested.

"What should we have for dinner?"

"Hmm how about some meat with macaroni. I remember the twins wanted some pasta this week." Dartz suggested.

"I think we still have macaroni. I have to check because the twins used some of it for their art." Yugi smiled.

"I'll check and if not I'll run over to the store. We need some veggies anyways." Dartz said.

"Oh don't get mushrooms. The twins don't like it anymore." Yugi said.

"When did they stop liking mushrooms?" Dartz looked at him curiously.

"They were watching tv and it showed that mushrooms were grown from the ground. Apparently they didn't like that." Yugi chuckled.

"We better not let them know how the rest of the veggies are grown." Dartz laughed before he went inside.

Yugi smiled as he watched the children play. He looked over at Yami who was giving out "orders" as they played. 'You're my son. Not his.' He thought before he felt his phone vibrate.

Ryou sighed as he looked at the note Bakura brought home. "Really Kura? Again?"

"But I didn't steal this time! Even Mal, Set, and Ami told the teacher I didn't but she didn't believe them." Bakura explained as he pouted. "I didn't steal but she doesn't believe me."

Ryou sighed and knelt down to Bakura's height. "Okay I believe you. But I need to hear what happened okay? Can you tell me what happened?"

"We were playing in recess and I forgot my inhaler so I went back to class to get it. I saw an earring on the floor of the class and picked it up. That's when the teacher came in and asked what I was doing. She didn't even let me get my inhaler! She just grabbed my hand and took me to the office." Bakura looked down in frustration. "I didn't steal it, I swear mommy."

"What did the principal say?" Ryou asked.

"That I shouldn't be stealing, that he doesn't get why I keep doing it. But I'm not stealing! Why does everyone believe I'm stealing?!" Bakura started to let tears out.

Ryou pulled him close, "I don't know my love but I believe in you. I know you didn't steal. So tomorrow we're going to school together okay. I'll talk to your teacher and principal and make sure they understand that you didn't steal. I know you my angel. You're not a thief, well except when you stole my heart." Ryou kissed his nose making Bakura giggle a bit.

"You say that to Leon too." Bakura smiled a bit.

"Of course, you both have my heart and I have yours. That's why I know you didn't steal." Ryou poked his chest. "I know your heart."

Bakura smiled and hugged Ryou. "Thank you mommy. I know mommy always believes in me."

"Of course. Now how about we wait for daddy and Leon to wake up from their nap and we make some hot chocolate."

"Okay!"

"Good, go put your backpack in your room. And quietly Kura."

"Yes mommy!" Bakura said as he tiptoed to his room.

Ryou smiled before heading into the kitchen. 'Kura I'm sorry. I don't know how to tell you that your birth father is a thief. I know thief blood runs in his blood but my blood also runs in him. I know Kura doesn't want to steal. But I'm afraid of the day that he finds out about Akefia's title. That will hurt him even more.' Ryou sighed before his phone vibrated. He looked and saw it was the lawyer calling.

"Hello, Fubiki-san." Ryou smiled.

"Hello Ryou-san. I have on the line, Yugi-san, Jonouchi-san, and Marik-san." Fubiki said.

"Hey Ry." Marik said.

"Hello everyone." Ryou said.

"Now that I have you all, I have some good and bad news." Fubiki said.

"Hit us with the bad news." Jonouchi said.

"Bad news is that their lawyer has said they will fight us in court if we don't meet with them for a meeting with the children." Fubiki said.

"Ha, if they think we're letting them see the children they can go to the crazy house." Jonouchi said.

"What's the good news though?" Yugi asked.

"They are willing to meet up with you four first. There in that meeting we can negotiate and show them that since they gave up parental rights and for years didn't have contact with the children that they don't have a right to see them." Fubiki explained.

"That will only work for the older children. How will it stop Mariku from wanting a paternity test for Melvin and Namu?" Marik asked.

"We can try to argue that because of Mariku's time in the mental hospital that he's not safe to be around the kids." Fubiki stated. "And no Marik, there isn't a way for us to not bring that up. That's the best case we have against him and it's a way to catch them off guard too."

"I just want to bring up the hospital only if he doesn't agree to drop the test." Marik sighed.

"What about the jewels?" Ryou asked.

"We can argue to Akefia that we will turn them over to the police but are willing to not do that if he takes them back and stays away from you and Bakura." Fubiki said.

"What about the coding he gave to Seto?" Jonouchi asked.

"I will have someone examine the computer and if there is a virus we can say we will charge him for trying to hack the computer but won't if he stays away from you and Seto." Fubiki explained.

"What happened to the computer?" Yugi asked.

"Seto imputed some coding that Seth sent and contacted him through there. For now I have the computer unplugged. I had to stop Valon from destroying it." Jonouchi sighed.

"Shouldn't that be like a breach of privacy or something?" Ryou asked.

"We can argue that as well." Fubiki said. "All in all, when will you guys like the meeting in order to set it up?"

"As soon as possible." Yugi said.

"Maybe when the kids are in school. That way we know that they're safe at school." Marik suggested.

"What about the babies?" Ryou asked.

"And Katsuya, Heba, Yuya, and Melvin aren't in school yet." Jonouchi said.

"I'd suggest grandpa but I don't think he can care for the babies as much anymore." Yugi said. "He would be able to watch our 3 year olds. Maybe."

"Should we really leave grandpa with four 3 year olds? Scratch that, should we leave grandpa with four active 3 year olds?" Jonouchi questions.

"He watches the twins sometimes." Yugi sighed, "But to be fair four kids might be a lot, especially since he's using the wheelchair more."

"Depending on the day maybe Ishizu can watch them with Shadi?" Marik said.

"I can set up a meeting with them for tomorrow." Fubiki said.

"So soon?" Ryou was a bit surprised.

"The faster we deal with this the faster they're out of our lives. Marik ask Ishizu and Shadi if they can watch the kids." Jonouchi said.

"Can it be a little after we drop the kids off of school. I have to talk to the teacher and principal." Ryou said.

"Bakura got in trouble again?" Yugi asked.

"Apparently he was "stealing", but I don't believe it. I believe in Bakura's version." Ryou said.

"We'll go in with you then. No one calls our nephew a thief and gets away with it." Marik said.

"That's right. It shouldn't take long if all four of us go. Alright have it be an hour after we drop the kids off." Jonouchi said.

"Tomorrow at 9 it is then." Fubiki said as he wrote a few things down. "I'll send you all a message when they confirm. We'll have it here in our firm."

"Perfect. We'll see you tomorrow. Thank you for setting this up." Jonouchi said as they hung up.

Ryou looked at his phone and sighed. "Tomorrow I get to see him. I haven't seen him in years. Am I ready?" He closed his eyes as she remembered when they first met.

"Your eyes, they're like an emerald." "Umm thank you?" "I'm Akefia." "Ryou." "How about dinner, my place?" "You're crazy!"

Ryou laughed a bit at the memory before shaking his head. "I was such a fool back then. But not anymore."
