The coldness of the fan swept over Shigaraki’s bare back as he sat with his knees tightly pressed to his chest and his eyes staring out the window in front of him. It wasn’t a relatively hot day so there was really no point in the fan, but Shigaraki turned it on non the less. The whirling of the machine had filled the once quiet room into what seemed like frenzy of metal whirling and air moving.
For him the slight breezes where a gift. It was the only thing it seemed that could touch him and not turn into ash. When the fan would whirl to face his back once more he’d feel the cool air slither across his skin. Each column of air gliding across his skin.
“What are you doing?” A gruff voice asked from behind him.
The city lights shinned into illuminate the man who was laid out behind him. His hair laid in tangles around his head and his clothing was ditched for the floor. The only item that clang to his skin was his boxers, though poorly fitted of you asked Shigaraki.
He looked as though he hadn’t gotten any sleep whats so ever. Which was true. He had barely fell asleep a hour ago and here he was already awoke to see his lover staring out the window at the city below them. The cool air of the van made him want to curl up underneath the blankets.
“Staring,” Shigaraki replied as he turned from look out the window to looking at the god like man that was laid in his bed.
His hair shifted across his back as he turned to look at the man. The marks he had left from early activities laid scattering his chest and his neck. A need to lean forward and press his lips to each little bruise pulled him to shimmy closer. His body turning like the fan did just enough to where he could see more of his love.
A small snort came for Aizawas lips as he sat up more. Tired eyes running over each feature on his face. Shigaraki’s hand began to move without much thought to find its usual spot underneath his chin. The itch to scratch had began to burn into his mind the moment Aizawa had begun to intently examine the poor boy.
Then without a word he felt a hand slide around his to stop him. For a moment the world seemed to slow. His heart quickened at the action and the chemicals in his brain quick fired. He yanked his hand away from the touch immediately. His eyes widening as he awaited to see Aizawa crumble in front of him.
He was only met with a tired gaze that held all of the patience in the world. His once messy hair now floated just slightly off his shoulders as he kept his hand extended.
Shigaraki blinked and then he swallowed the building salvia in his mouth. His eyes shifted from Aizawas to his hand that stayed floating in the air. His fingers spreading out as if to coax him in.
His eyes moved back to Aizawas, who only smiled gently. Without a thought, and as if his body moved in his own, he felt his hand break away from his chest. Slowly reaching out to Aizawas outstretched one.
There wasn’t a word spoken. Just the whirl of the fan as Shigaraki slid a finger across Aizawas palm. His gaze following his finger closely as to make sure nothing would fall away. Soon a second finger joined and then the third, the fourth, and finally with a steady breath he slid his fingers up to meet Aizawas. Their palms laid pressed flat to one another’s.
Shigaraki stared with wide eyes. The feeling of doom slowly leaving his stomach as Aizawa moved to his own fingers to intertwine into Shigaraki’s. He felt his hand being tugged away from his body. His eyes watching as he squeezed his hand tightly, like his life depended on it.
“I’m not gonna disappear,” Aizawa said softly as he squeezed his hand back. His eyes never leaving Shigaraki’s face as he gave a gentle smile and then brought his hand up to his mouth and pressed his knuckles loving to his lips.
Shigaraki could only smile. His lips pressing together in a line as he felt his stomach slowly begin to unwind the knotts that had tied themselves together.
