    “Curses don’t just leave of their own volition, Jaskier,” Geralt replied. “They’re lifted. And often certain criteria must be fulfilled in order to make that happen. If you don’t know what that criteria is, then it could last…" He paused. "...Well, it could last a lifetime.”

    “Wh-!? Don’t say that, Geralt! I can’t live like this! Nobody would take me seriously ever again!”
