What he wants from Sam isn’t wrong, not exactly, but it rests at the precipice of wrongness, one gentle nudge might send him over and beyond. He only wants to live their lives ensnared by each other, half-feral as they’ve always been, in want of nothing and no one else and owing nothing to the world.
