Izuku’s costume got destroyed. Once again. However, he did have some stuff to change about, so it’s not too bad.
As he made his way to the support course, he figured his costume was a bit to...daylight-ish? He wasn't sure. Asking Hatsume seemed like a good idea though. The greenette pushed open the door and went straight for the inventor’s desk.
“Hiya one mill! Need some upgrades?” she inquired. He rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly at that.
“Yeah. Kacchan messed my costume up again, and I’ve also been thinking of adding some sort of quirk suppressors to my costume? Like cuffs or a gun with darts?”
“Hmm. not something super common in daylight heroes.” Hatsume murmured before grabbing some paper.
“But I’m not going daylight?” he said, though it was more of a question. Didn't the support course get their forms?
“Huh? It’s what the file says.” she pushed her office chair towards a file cabinet before rifling through, pulling his file out in no time. She handed it to him and he flipped through, finding the right page.

Quirk: OFA- it gives me super strength and speed!
Hero Type: Daylight!
He stopped reading. This..wasn’t the form he sent in. First off, he called his quirk Superpower, and second, he put much more detail in!
“Uhh...this isn’t my file. Someone must have sent this in instead. I gave mine to All Might on the first day so he’s the only person who could’ve switched them, but why?”
Hatsume looked pensive before finally grabbing something else, a blank file.
“Fill this out. We should probably make you a new costume because everyone knows your costume after your internships. I would say talk to Eraserhead, Midnight, or Nezu about it. It shouldn’t quite look like a hero costume, but should still be enough to be recognized. I’m thinking of a vigilante type of look.” Izuku filled out his file as she rambled on about costumes and tapped her on the shoulder when he finished.

Quirk: Superpower - it gives the user enhanced speed and strength, and the place of usage and power output can be altered. If using it at full power, it will break bones and/or cannot be visibly seen as easily. When using smaller amounts, excess energy creates green lighting across area(s) of quirk usage.
Hero type: Underground.
Izuku’s version of the page was better, in his humble opinion.
“Alright! Why don’t we get started, and I can ask one of my classmates to send that up to Nezu? When he nodded yes, the pinkette yelled for someone named ‘Aiko’ who turned out to be a girl with a quirk that let her turn into a wolf. So. cool! She put it in her backpack and turned into a relatively small grey wolf before running off. Cool .
“Underground heroes need to throw off their opponents. Screw with them.” he said softly, looking over the quick sketched Hatsume made.
“Literally or figuratively?” he choked on air.
“W-WHAT KIND OF...OF A Q-QUESTION I-IS THAT!?”
“Chill! I was joking!” She flashed him a quick grin before handing him a slightly more detailed sketch.
The outfit was a black t-shirt, cropped and fitted, and white camo cargo pants and black combat boots with spikes on the toes. There were fingerless gloves and a gas mask that would cover the lower half of his face, or a strip of cloth to go over his eyes that he could see through, but other people couldn’t.
“Awesome. I think the gas mask is the more practical option. What about contacts that can also identify anybody that’s in a database? And show me their information?”
“Genius!” she said with a cackle before drawing up designs. “What color?”
“Mm...Neon green? Like, burn your eyes out green. Add night vision if you can”
A few hours later and he had most of his new hero outfit made.
“Thanks Hatsume!” Izuku said as he prepared to leave.
“Call me Mei!”
“Then you call me Izuku” he gave her a smile, and she sent one in return. The greenette went to his dorm with a pep in his step and a new friend.

Mei smiled brightly; she finally had a friend . Not just a classmate, a friend! Aiko and Aika gave her a look when they saw her smiling like crazy, but she ignored them.
She promised to herself that she would only work on stuff for Izuku until it was all finished! The inventor wouldn’t let anyone or anything get in the way of her new friendship! Unless it was Izuku dating someone. She’d let that slide. As long as they don’t hurt the green bean. No harm no foul.
It was much less lonely when Izuku came to her lab to hang out with her while she worked, sometimes asking her to teach him some stuff. He liked the chemical stuff more, but she didn’t mind.
It was nice having a friend, and maybe that was because she’d never had one before now, but she didn’t care. She was alone, and that meant everything to her.
And if anyone hurt him? Well it’s a good thing she knows how to kill someone and leave no trace, isn’t it?
