Work Text:
Obito storms into Deidara's workshop, the tip of his tie stuck to his shoulder like a scarf.
"Dei! Have you seen my keys?!"
"No. Where did you leave them yesterday?"
"By the door!" He replies, a panicked look in his eyes.
Deidara watches his husband search around his work table.
"They're not here, hm."
"Where are they then! I cannot unlock my bicycle if-!" Obito shoves his hand into his pocket. "Oh."
"Did you find them?" Deidara asks.
"Y-yeah," He says, blushing a little.
"When do you have to leave?"
"Five minutes ago," Obito replies, leaving the room. "Right. I'm gonna brush my teeth real quick. Can you fill my water bottle for me, please?"
Deidara gets up, staring at his clay stained hands. He wipes them with a paper towel but there's no time to clean them better. He goes to the kitchen and rinses the bottle as he hears the furious scrape of toothbrush against teeth coming from the bathroom.
"Ready," Obito says, entering the kitchen.
Deidara points at his feet.
"Your trousers are tucked inside your sock." Obito bends down to fix it. "And your bottle has fingerprints decoration now."
"I like it so." Obito grabs the bottle and the bento box and gets out of the kitchen. "See you later babe, love you!"
"Love you too!" Deidara replies.
The entrance door closes and Deidara goes back to work. He's about to sit down when he hears the key turn in the lock and Obito's frantic steps across the living room.
"What did you forget?"
Obito enters the room, grabs his cheeks and kisses him hard.
"This," he says.
Deidara watches him leave with a smirk on his face.
