TK and Buck had started texting each other since meeting in Texas.
The 126 were eating breakfast in the kitchen.
Buck had texted TK when he had gotten up from the table to get more coffee.
Buck: The team found out I can do a British accent.
TK’s eyes widened at his phone.
TK: For real? That’s so cool.
Buck: For real. Athena needed someone to go undercover with a British accent, cause everyone at her station couldn’t do a convincing one, so she had to resort to us. And I told them I could and they didn’t believe me and then I did it and Eddie thought it was hot and they were so shocked. And then I went undercover for a day and helped catch some bad guys. :D
TK blinked at his phone.
He smirked.
TK: Eddie thought it was hot?
Buck: What. No. I mean, yes. But that’s not the point. Everyone was shocked. I went undercover. Bad guys. No one believes me when I say things sometimes. :(
TK: You’re right. I’m sorry. :( That’s awesome you can do a British accent and I hope they take you more seriously. :)
Buck: Thank you. :)
TK: :)
Marjan chose to walk up beside him to get more coffee and glanced at TK’s phone.
“Buck can do a British accent?” She asked.
TK looked at her.
“Yeah. And he went undercover for a day. Helped catch some bad guys.” TK responded.
“Cool. I can do a pretty good Northern Irish accent.” Marjan said in a Northern Irish accent.
Everyone abruptly stopped eating.
Everyone looked shocked.
“UK accents are hot.” Mateo said.
Everyone looked at Mateo.
“I mean, wow. That was so good!” Mateo exclaimed genuinely.
“Thank you.” Marjan said, pleased, back in her American accent.
“Really good.” Paul said, proudly.
“That was real good, Marjan.” Judd said, impressed.
“Very impressive.” Tommy said, nodding.
“Yeah, definitely.” Nancy said, still slightly in shock.
“I had no idea you could do that. That was impeccable.” Owen said, genuinely.
“That was awesome.” TK said, amazed.
“Thank you.” Marjan said, smiling.
TK: Marjan can do a Northern Irish accent.
Buck: Really? That’s so cool! Tell her I said that’s awesome she can do one!
“Buck thinks it’s awesome you can do a Northern Irish accent.” TK said.
Marjan smiled. “Tell him I said thank you and that it's cool he can do a British accent.”
TK: Marjan says thank you and that's cool that you can do a British accent.
Buck: :)
TK put his phone in his pocket.
“Where’d you learn to do that?” He asked.
Marjan shrugged. “It’s a talent.”
TK smiled.
Marjan and TK sat down at the table with everyone else and continued eating breakfast.
