LA, MAC AND RILEY’S HOME...
2 weeks have passed since Mac and Riley left for their honeymoon. The newly married couple have just returned home and are beginning to set in to married life. While setting into married life is nothing new for most couples, it is different for Mac and Riley considering their jobs involve them going to dangerous places and run the risk of getting killed in attempting to save life’s. And for our favourite Phoenix couple, a mission was just about to interrupt the start of them setting into married life...
“You all done back there ?” Riley asked Mac as she went through her phone, texting to her mom to let her know that she and Mac have arrived back home from their honeymoon, while Mac was putting away their suitcases.
“Yep, all done.” Mac replied as he lifted the suitcases and put them where they belong in the bedroom. He quickly joined Riles in the living room, who had just finished texting with her mom and puts her phone away.
“Just let my mom know we’re back home and safe. She kept asking me how was our honeymoon.” Riley says.
“I presume you told her that it was amazing ?” He asked her.
“You presume correctly, Angus.” Riley said, smiling at her husband. Mac couldn’t help but smile back. He also loves it when Riles calls him “Angus”. Honestly, it kinda turns him on...
“You know I love it when you call me Angus. I sometimes swear you do it just to tease me or to seduce me.” Mac tells her. Riley giggles at what her Mac says before she stops and stares at him.
“Well, come here then.” Riley tells him, giving a seductive look under her eye lashes. Mac doesn’t hesitate and immediately walks up to his wife. He wraps his hands around her waist while she wraps her arms around his neck, bringing his forehead closer to hers. Riley immediately presses her lips against his for a passionate kiss. Both of them feel a jolt of electricity inside as they do. Riley can’t help herself as she let’s out a moan as they kiss. They eventually pull back from each other for air, while still holding each other and their foreheads still pressed against each other.
“I love you, Mac.” Riley tells him.
“I love you too, Riley Davis-MacGyver.” Mac replied. Him calling her by her now married name made them both giggle and laugh. The couple were about to kiss again before their phones went off. Mac and Riley sigh at the interruption and let go of each other to look at their phones. They receive a text from Matty.
“Hey, newlyweds. Glad you’re back home but we got a mission. Get your butts to Phoenix now !” The text read. Mac and Riley look at each other after reading the text.
“Great start to married life, huh ?” Riley joked. Mac nods as they leave for the Phoenix.
THE PHOENIX FOUNDATION... LOCATION ? NONE OF YOUR CONCERN...
Mac and Riley enter the war room to see Jack and Matty waiting for them. Jack immediately runs up and group hugs them both, happy to see them. Mac and Riley don’t get a chance to react as Jack pulls them into a hug in a flash.
“I am so happy to have you both back. Mainly to see you guys but also, it has been a nightmare just working with Matty while you’re away.” Jack whispers. He thinks Matty can’t hear him but he is so wrong.
“I can hear you, Dalton.” Matty remarks. Jack lets go of Mac and Riley and turns to see Matty giving him her famous stare. Jack sits down in one of the War room’s chairs in silence as Mac and Riley smile.
“Nice to you have the both of you back.” Matty tells them.
“Good to be back, Matty. So, what you got for us ?” Mac asks. Matty pulls up a debrief of the mission on the screen in front of them.
“This is Issac Martinez. He is a high value slave trader, wanted by the CIA. He’s been known to operate Mexico and Australia. However, whenever the CIA are about to close in on him, he manages to escape the country. We have intel he’s hiding in Hawaii and has set up another slave trading operation there. The CIA wants Phoenix to grab Issac and bring him in. Since Bozer and the others are busy with other ops, the four of us are going. The jet is ready to take us there. Wheels up in 5.” Matty informs them.
HAWAII, OAHU... A NICE PLACE TO VISIT IF YOU’RE NOT HUNTING FOR DANGEROUS PEOPLE...
Mac, Riley, Jack and Matty pull up in their rented car that Jack had to “voluntarily” put in his name after Matty ordered him to and arrive at a house in Oahu that their intel had stated that this was one of many locations that Martinez owns and operates in throughout Hawaii. The team take a good look at their surroundings before they exit the car. The house looks pretty empty as it doesn’t seem like anyone is home but Jack spots a red ferrari in the driveway.
“Got a red ferrari in the driveway. For a guy who is a real asshat, he does have good taste in cars. Always wanted to drive one of those.” Jack admits.
“Focus on the mission, Jack.” Matty tells him.
“I don’t think that red ferrari belongs to Martinez or any of his men.” Mac says.
“What makes you say that, Mac ?” Riles asks him. Mac points to the front door of the house.
“Because I can see that the front door is open from here. It looks like it’s been lock picked. Whoever owns that ferrari is probably still here.” Mac informs them.
“Let’s move.” Matty orders.
All four of them exit the car, with Jack getting his gun ready. They close up on the door, with Jack counting down to three using his fingers. He kicks the door open, heading in first with the others following behind. As soon as they enter the living room, they encounter a man and a woman, who are also armed with guns. They aim their guns at the team, with Jack aiming his gun at them.
“Hold it ! Drop the guns now !” Jack shouts.
“You first.” The woman says. Matty comes up behind Jack, now carrying her own gun and aims at the two people in front of them.
“You were saying ?” Matty asks them, giving her famous stare while aiming at them. The man and woman look at each other and decide to put their guns down.
“Alright, alright. We’re putting our guns down. No need to shoot.” The man says as he and the woman put their guns down and put their hands in the air.
“Who are you guys ?” Mac asks.
“I’m Thomas Magnum and this my partner, Juliet Higgins. We’re private investigators and we’re working a missing persons case.” Magnum tells them.
“Since you now know who we are, care to tell us who you lot are ?” Higgins asks them.
