Bakugou Katsuki couldn't believe how it all went wrong; it was about a month after the Sludge villain incident and he was furious at that worthless deku Midoriya Izuku feeling the need to intervene and try to save him. As if he ever needed saving since he was going to be the #1 hero! He had found the worthless deku cleaning up garbage at the beach, fitting for him since that is one of the only jobs the Quirkless nobody was good for. He wanted to put off some steam and physically confronted him about what had happened.
A skinny loser tried to get between him but he pushed him off saying to stick his nose into someone else's business and not to mess with the future greatest hero ever. He was ready to really let the deku have it with his quirk when he was stopped by to his shock All Might wondering where he had come from. His trademark smile was not on his face as he calmly told him that he will be keeping him until the authorities came. He was loudly and angrily protesting as the police came and took Bakugou to the station.
His parents and the deku's mother came as All Might told them about how Bakugou was about to assault Izuku with his quirk and after seeing his Quirk on file along with the range, it seemed that Bakugou would have caused some serious injuries not that he cared. Izuku's mother was aghast and Izuku had admitted that Bakugou had used his Quirk on him at school; the elder Midoriya quickly agreed when the officers and All Might said that they could get her into contact with a lawyer to help with filing charges.
He was dragged back home after being told they would be putting on probation and his angry parents basically grounded him with them not taking his vulgar reaction well. The story quickly went on the news and the officers were investigating Aldera Middle School for potential cover ups of incidents of bullying which involved breaking Quirk use laws. The fact that All Might himself had stopped what the Aldera staff considered a future top hero had shut down any hopes of sweeping it over the rug and with the investigation along with the now scrutiny; Bakugou was harshly reprimanded for any slight or talking out of turn. He was basically forced into detention during lunch and had it after school as well; his 'friends' and admirers had steered clear from him to his anger.
Being told that UA had rejected his application so he wouldn't be able to try out was the final straw so he sneaked out of his school and found Izuku who it seemed had grown a spine and just stared him down without offering any apologies; Bakugou blamed him and was furious when Izuku's response was asking why he was acting like a villain if he supposedly wanted to be a hero?
His attempts to show Izuku whose boss with his Quirk stopped when his Quirk failed on him; he was apprehended by the scarf of some underground hero that Izuku recognised as Eraserhead. He was arrested and soon he was sent to a juvenile detention centre.
He hated it there as the staff didn't take his attitude lying down and at best the other juveniles considered his attempts to be top dog laughable, plus with all the Quirk blocking equipment he couldn't do much. On the news much later he heard about the Sports Festival and how the deku was actually competing; he was in the UA's hero course? Has he been holding out on his and pretending to be Quirkless so he could lord over his superiority over him later?
He raged about how unfair and the injustice of it all, later he heard of the retirement of All Might and how he turned out to be the skinny man from before. Served him right for ruining Bakugou's life but now he wanted revenge on the deku. He was busted out by the League of Villains and he was excited but they were more harsh and unforgiving than any authority figure that tried to reel him in before. He was expected to follow orders without question and they bluntly told him that his potential was to be a potential thug with a powerful Quirk and had no capability as a mastermind to his fury.
he escaped after the League's ultimate downfall and had to be a thug for hire underground; years later he was a villain named Dynamight but he soon learned of the ultimate injustice: the news that the deku Izuku had not only became a Pro Hero but had become #1 hero in record time! He had even taken the name Deku to be his official hero name as if to mock him!
He tracked him down and his former friend met him on with no fear and the ensuing fight was so one sided that it wasn't even funny; Izuku had years to train and perfect his powerful Quirk while Bakugou expected his powerful Quirk to be all that he would ever need. Bakugou glared with all his fury and hatred at Izuku who just gave him a look of pity without any words; which insulted Bakugou more than if he made some gloating speech.
Bakugou wanted to be the #1 hero but he couldn't even be the #1 villain.
