Summary
Basically I had a few 'what-if' thoughts for this anime and am now going to try making them into a cohesive thing that both will and won't go off the rails. I'm trying to make the characters accurate but I will change a couple things. Katarina is smart -but in all the wrong ways for romance. Oh and Japanese can be magic because I said so but it depends and previous life Katarina did programming, in a very strange way. and she isn't dumb, exam content is just dull. I am aware my personal preferences will be on display here.

Summary
Hawks smiles at him reassuringly, but it does nothing to soothe the panic swelling in his throat. Hesitantly, Deku bows at the reporter, cheeks flushed red with embarrassment.
“Izukun here is in my care for the time being,” Hawks laughs, placing his hands on Deku’s shoulders. “Though, it feels like he takes care of me more often than not.”
The crowd laughs good-naturedly with him, going along with the narrative the young pro weaves. A gentle tap on his back signals Deku to stand up. He does so, awkwardly but swiftly.
“Izukun is very excited to start his journey into hero work! I’m sorry for any trouble he may have caused, and I claim full responsibility!”
Deku sees when Hawks winks at the gathered people and the camera when some of the girls shriek with excitement.
“Well, little Izukun didn’t seem to use a quirk so I suppose it’s fine!” the young woman trying to interview them gushes, twirling a long black lock around her finger.
“Great! We’ll just be on our way then!” Hawks doesn’t wait, he scoops Deku up and flies up.
They’re so dead when they get back to base.Deku was raised by the Commission. He knew exactly how his life was going to play out, until one day he didn’t.
