Summary
Akira Kurusu, a.k.a Joker, had done it. He had saved the world from the control of Yaldabaoth, the self-imposed "God of Control" and true form of the Holy Grail. In his hands was the true Holy Grail of humanity.
At his feet was the blood of his teammates.
He wished he could save them. He wished he could go back and do it all again, to fix any little thing that caused this outcome to happen.
Akira wasn't expecting the Holy Grail to listen...

Akira sent himself back all the way to 4/7/2016(2017?) by the accidental use of The True Holy Grail's power, the ability to grant the wish of the person who claims it.
Now, he has to go through his entire year of Probation again, this time armed with the knowledge of what events will transpire.
