The trip to the islands was supposed to be ideal. All the NXX members were going for separate personal reasons, but Vyn Richter’s vital reason is… well, Rosa. However, when she reveals on the flight that she and Artem had been dating for the last month. He sinks. Nowhere to go for a week on an island with them?
Vyn knows the psychological devastation of suffering loss. Even if he never had Rosa, even if he was going to ask her on this trip. He was at a loss.What happens when a plucky and odd woman puts his self-induced torture on hold? She’s certifiable. Well, maybe not, but she was odd. Somehow, her disposition was familiar but different all the same. Can this assist in the drowning he wasn’t able to breathe through, or will this just be a distraction for the worse state later?

This was such a good read (I didn't finish it yet and am only on chapter 10), I LOVED THE BUILD-UP AND THE LIKE??? TENSION??? Everything about this spoke perfect and amazing to me. Begging for more even though I cannot fathom actually consuming more and believing it is real.
