Here they were again, with thier second child. Their second baby, Little Solveig. And once again his lover was exhausted. Dazed and tired but happy, Plo lay in the nest. They still had to use the hospital room given the risks but their daughter was born safe and healthy. Minor complications arose and need medication to control but in all his omega was okay.
The little girl was quite happy to be in her father's arms, but she soon would cry for food. Quickly he moved to the bed, settling down next to his lover. Plo, wisely, saved his strength and didn't try to sit up. Instead he placed a hand over the bundle of child in his arms and chittered in a happy tone to their child. Seemingly sensing her mother near tried to move to him. Wolffe placed the squirming girl in her mother's arms, tucking her into Plo's chest. She wiggled around till her was comfortable. He wasn't sure that human newborns were as strong, but he was no longer surprised at his pup's strength. Kel Dor were much stronger than humans and Kel Dor children were no expectation. And like her elder brother, who was now one and a half (1.5), the moment she was comfy she began to wail for food. Plo nudged him trying and failing to push down his top. Wolffe helped him pull the hospital gown down to just below his breast and watched as he guided the little one to his nipple. It took her a minute but soon she latched, content to nurse her little soul to sleep. Wolffe placed his hand on their daughter's back and gently pet Plo with the other. Plo sleepy pushed into the hand but other wise gave no sign of feeling Wolffe there, entrapped in watching their daughter.
Soon the little girl finished and dosed off in her mother's arms. Wolffe had already pulled the hospital cradle closer before Plo could ask and left the girl to sleep. Some time before they dozed off Colt brought in his and Shaak Ti's newborn, a little girl named Astra. After introducing the cousins and Colt left, they curled together in the far to small hospital bed and dozed off, their second child Little Sol next to them.
(They brought Liam in once Plo awoken, he was adorable his baby sister and was very vocal in saying hi much to Plo's head's disliking. After three days the family of four came home and celebrated with the rest of their pack.)
