Lucy petnames like a maniac, nearly every person (or spirit) she's close with has been called "babes" "sweetie" or "honey" by her at least once (Loke liked it a little too much and she doesn't call him nice nicknames anymore). Natsu has a couple reserved for him though, most prominently ; "idiot" and "moron" (they're said with love I promise), but occasionally he gets a "hot stuff" or "dragon" which really boosts his ego, lemme tell ya'.
Natsu has experience with nicknames, he fights with Grey almost every day after all and that requires a certain level of nicknamery but he also calls Wendy "kiddo" and Sting and Rouge "kid" all the time. Gajeel gets "freak" and Erza " woman" -under his breath though, so she doesn't hear him, she always does anyway-
When Lucy and Natsu (finally) started dating he caught her petname virus and frequently calls Lucy "doll" . On one occasion, when she was mad at him he risked a "babydoll" and the (kinda meaningless) fight ended there. When he was told of this story Gajeel made a very raunchy joke that this was probably the night -a yet unborn Nashi- was conceived, and Natsu had to hold back a very pregnant Lucy from beating the piercings off him.
