Summary
A decade after their short-lived friendship ended, Blaine and Sebastian’s lives couldn’t be any more different. One of them is divorced and has lost all ambition, the other is inexorably climbing the ladder of success. They only seem to have one thing in common: They’re both riddled with regrets.
After Blaine barely escapes a calamity, they reconnect and realize it’s not too late to make up for some missed chances. They decide on a whim to do something they’d dreamed about ten years earlier...spending some time together at the Andersons’ cabin on a remote lake in Northern California.
