   Summary

   Dean looks at Cas with tears in his eyes, and for the first time in his life he’s crying because he’s happy. He hadn’t let himself feel much of anything, even after Cas returned, because he’s been so afraid that it would be ripped away from him again. Sure, he gave Cas a big ol’ hug and blabbered on about how much he’d missed him and how happy he was that Cas was back with them, but he hadn’t really let himself enjoy Cas’s presence or believe that any of what Cas had said before he disappeared was real.
