Work Text:
Sam packed a blanket, some drinks, and food into a bag. He put on his jacket and wait for Ponk at the front door.
"Sam, I can't tie my shoe!"
"Coming!"
Sam sat down the bag he packed and went to the bedroom and helped Ponk tie his shoe.
"Ok, Let's go!" Ponk got up and ran out of the bedroom, picking up the bag and running out the door. Sam follows quickly behind.
"Do you even know where you're going?" Sam asked from behind him.
"Of course, I do! How dare you assume I don't know where my boyfriend works!" Ponk continued, proudly.
"Really? Then why are you going towards L'Sandberg?" Sam pointed out.
Ponk stopped in his place and just stood there for a few seconds then walked back to Sam.
"I know where Las Nevadas is but do YOU know where it is?"
Sam sighed and led the way with Ponk following behind him. he gave the bag back to Sam.
As the two got closer to the country they saw their other boyfriend standing just outside to barrier waiting for them.
"Foosh!"
Ponk ran up and hugged the other very tight.
"Baby, we just saw each other this morning!"Foolish laughed, hugging the other back. "I know but I'm excited!" Ponk grabbed Foolish hand and pulled him over to Sam. He then grabbed Sam's hand, holding them both in one hand, and pulled them both "Let's go!"
The taller two laughed at the smaller.
The three walked together until eventually, they came across a field full of beautiful flowers they had found a week earlier. They had decided that they would go on a date here when they first found it but with Foolish having to be at Las Nevadas and Sam having to work at the prison they never really found the time. But finally, they found a way to clear their schedules' and finally were able to plan a date.
Sam laid out the blanket and the three of them laid down next to each other on it as the sky darkened and the air-cooled. Foolish had laid in the middle of the blanket while Sam and Ponk lay on either side of him.
The sun had set and the stars came out. The sky was completely clear and the stars were bright.
Foolish looked at the two people on either side of him. They were caught up in the beauty of the current state of the sky. He could ask himself how he got so lucky for years but he knew he'd never get an answer and he was ok with that. He loved his boyfriends and he was glad he's able to spend this time with them.
He lent over to each of them, giving them a peek on the cheek, and leaned back, enjoying the cold air.
