The Sinister 6 High School AU Nobody Asked For

Summary:

*SPIDER-MAN NO WAY HOME SPOILERS AHEAD, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED*

Suddenly, Otto felt as if his body was becoming whole again. He expected to open his eyes to see his familiar apartment, however he was greeted with a familiar voice. "The hell?" Otto's eyes snapped open, glancing around. What he saw were the exact (same?) people from back in that.. Other universe. Only they all looked younger. "Did something go wrong?" Curtis questioned. "By the looks of it, yes." Flint grumbled. "This.. Is not good." Norman stated the obvious. "Who're you guys?" An unknown person asked. "Could be asking you the same thing." Max replied. The unknown person groaned and shot a glare at them all before he began to talk to himself. Looks like Otto is going to be stuck with these guys for a little while longer.

OR:

Doctor Strange's spell goes wrong, and instead of getting back to their original universe, they unknowingly get thrown into an alternate reality where they're all in high school again. Buckle up people, this is gonna get weird.

Chapter Text

Otto felt as if his body was becoming whole again.

"I really don't know what to do or how to feel about.. Well, any of this." Max said, shifting his weight. "I don't think either if us do. All I wanted was to see my daughter again, yet here we are." Flint spoke. Norman nodded in agreement. "I'd like to see Harry again and apologize to him." He agreed quietly. "Uh, this may be off-topic, but Otto, you look exactly how you did in high school." Curtis commented. Otto tilted his head and squinted at Curtis. "You look the same way you did than, too." Otto said. "What, so you think that we went into the past or something?" Unknown person said. Otto shook his head at that. "I doubt it. I still have my actuators and Curt is still missing his arm." The unknown person shrugged at that and began to start mumbling to himself again. "Who are you exactly, again?" Flint asked. "Brock. Eddie Brock." The person- Eddie- replied. Flint blinked and nodded and turned his attention back to the scientists.

"So, what do we think about.. All this, than? Because I have no clue what universe we are in this time." Max remarked. Everybody in their little circle shrugged, only now turning to look around their surroundings. It was midday and everybody was standing on a low hill with a large beech tree atop of it. A little further away, a high school was able to be seen. Beneath the beech tree, there were backpacks. Six, in fact, each one overflowing with books and papers. Norman gaped at the backpacks. "You don't think.." He uttered in disbelief. "Reliving high school? I did not sign up for this." Flint said. "What, do we have to graduate before we're allowed to get back to our universe or something?" Eddie remarked. Max huffed. "Great. Reliving one of the worst parts of my life. And I get to see my mother again, how fun." Max said, shifting his weight.

Everyone else in the circle seemed to stiffen at the mention of parents. "Where is the wizard when you need him.." Otto groaned. "Wait, wizard?" Eddie asked, doubt clear in his voice. "We need to catch you up on the stuff, don't we." Curtis said. With a sigh, he sat down, the rest seating themselves on the grass too. "Might wanna open your ears and stop talking to yourself for a bit, you're gonna want to hear this." Norman mentioned before diving into the story. Everybody was going to be here for a long time, Otto noted in his head.
