Painfully boring, but adored by everyone he meets because his smiles probably come easy, words slathered with honey and sickly sweet and he’s a good and caring friend.
Phantasm. A lethally smart supervillain who can topple your mind with a murmur and a rippling of horrific hallucinations around you. A supervillain who has stood over heroes with a boot on their back and a smile peering over his scarf. A supervillain who stood by and watched Tommy be thrown around and sliced through by Bloodspill with his hip cocked into the wall and a hungry upturn to his lips.
He's unmasked, now. Raw, exposed, and every suspicion Tommy had is true.
