Sneering his upper lip, he places on his jacket and scarf. He straightens up the holder for his sketchpad on his shoulder and pushes in his chair. With a tug, Rohan gives the bothersome red string tied around his pinky a perturbed glance.
How utterly horrendous.
This dreadful attachment to his finger appeared during his research trip and has only remained even after returning back to Morioh. To make things even worse he's nowhere close to discovering who potentially might be at the end of this cursed string.
His determination to know and satisfy his curiosity has driven him positively mad since his return. Countless days and nights he has spent wandering the streets looking for the end to this thread. But is the person he is seeking even in this town? What an absolute burden to now see this thread that is meant to be invisible and not know who might be waiting at the end.
