Summary
The prisoner is a lumpy shape against the far wall. It— he?—is lying on the floor, and—
“You guys trying to fuck with my head again?” the prisoner calls out, voice hoarse but defiant. “Come on, do better. Loki is dead. I know that. Thor told us.”
This...is not possible.
Of course it is, you fool.
Loki has to laugh. The man in the cell—Prisoner A-01—is Thor’s friend Captain America.
--------
In which two men out of time decide to join forces to take down the worst version of the Time Variance Authority, and gain a lot more than just victory.
