Summary
It was always easy for James to spot the happiness in everything. Just for once, he wishes it was a little more complicated. Maybe if it was harder to get, maybe if he had fought for it, he would have been able to keep it. Regulus knows that no matter how hard you try, happiness isn't in the cards for some people. Still, he says nothing. He lets James keep his hope. Like the coward he is, he takes the sun in his palms and kisses him.
