Summary
on hiatus for the time being!
MK has been homeless for as long as he can remember. He stays in a very broken down and abandoned home He finds and takes care of every sick or injured stray or wild animal. He shelters them in the home, caring and nurturing them back to health before letting them go. All the animals really like him and bring him lots of thank you gifts.
But as helpful as he is to the animals he refuses to let anyone else help him. When ever someone tries to talk to or help he runs away terrified. He knows if he let anyone near they will hurt him or put him in The system.
Monkey King gains interest in this kid when he hears from one of his monkeys who went missing weeks ago. MK saved and helped it when it got snatched by a predator bird and carted off towards the city. Monkey King goes to find this kid but every time he finds MK, MK runs and hides. This goes on for a while until finally Monkey King finds his hideout.
