(Bill and Legoshi find a shock egg while making ramen).
Legoshi: What the!?
Bill: Shit... here we go again. (Calls Aoba on his cellphone). H-Hey, buddy... funny thing happened just now...
Aoba (from the other line): Lemme guess: another shock egg?
Legoshi: "Another"!? You mean this has happened to you before!?
Bill: Didn't you read past the Murder Arc, mutt? That chapter was one of my highlights!
Aoba: Yet somehow I ended up doing most of the work...
Legoshi: I was kinda busy at the time. Y'know... dropping out of school, finding a new place to live, befriending a suicidal sheep who keeps questioning her life choices, ripping out my fangs so a crazed equine boomer in a position of power wouldn't turn me into literal shit, an--
Bill: Whoa, whoa, whoa! What was the last one!?
Legoshi: Dropping out of school?
Aoba: After that.
Legoshi: Befriending a suicidal sheep who keeps questioning her life choices?
Aoba: Still after.
Legoshi: D-Did I tell you about the time I busted a drug ring operation and got rewarded with rice cakes instead of cash?
Bill: Don't change the subject, mutt. What was that about ripping out your own fangs?
Legoshi: I only did it to save my bacon! (Random Pig walks by). No offense, Rika.
Random Pig: None taken, sweetie. Nice plot armor, by the way. (Leaves).
Legoshi: I grew 'em back when I was fighting that creepy yet strangely sexy hybrid. (Shows Bill his fangs). See? No harm done. Plot armor came through just fine.
Bill: Aoba, buddy? Is Tuesday good?
Aoba: I can swing by right now to check on the chick.
Bill: Well yeah, but... I think our plot armor could use an upgrade.
Aoba: For once I agree.
Bill: Also, give Chosen_undead a ring. Looks like Albumin will be getting a sequel, after all.
Legoshi: What's Albumin? Is it about Melon's dad?
Bill (utterly annoyed): Aoba?
Aoba: I won't dignify that with a response. Be right there, Bill. Hopefully Pina and Riz are free this week... (Hangs up. Bill walks away with the chick).
Legoshi: Was it something I said?
