   Summary

   A continuation and final installment of Having Them Both and Always. The attempt to subdue Snow has failed, and the rebels have retreated to Thirteen, but Peeta alone is captured in the City Circle. In order to avoid further torture and to protect those left in Thirteen, he accepts a bargain from Snow: replace Finnick Odair and sell his body to the Capitol.
