It was the first day off Nia had in weeks. Andrea was impressed by her article about Dreamer stopping that armed robbery and thought she deserved a day. In order to keep it that way for her, Brainy offered to take her shift at the tower, to which Nia happily agreed. She kissed Brainy goodbye and as he left, prepared to complete the chores she had been putting off now for weeks. The first chore on her list was to make the bed. Nia walked in to the bedroom and was surprised with it already made. Nia inspected the bed closer and found a note on her pillow with a mint on top.
“Nia, I have made the bed and even found a mint to eat. Love, Brainy. “
Nia smiled. She really did have the best boyfriend. Nia moved on. Next on her list was to wash and repair her super suit. The robbers had ripped her suit pretty bad. As Nia looked in her closet she found her suit completely sewed and it even smelled of detergent. Again she found a note.
“Nia, I saw your suit was damaged so I took the liberty of repairing it. Love, Brainy.
This went on for the next hour. Nia would go to the next thing only to be surprised with a note each with a Love, Brainy on it. Nia was done with her list before it was noon.

As Brainy was walking up to their apartment, the smell of potstickers filled his nose. The smell got stronger as he got closer. As Brainy open the door the smell filled the air of the hallway. When Brainy stepped inside his jaw dropped. There stood Nia, in a beautiful yellow sundress. As Brainy approached her to kiss her, Nia held out a note with a childish grin, wanting Brainy to read it.
“Brainy, I have always loved you. Love, Nia. “ As Brainy finished, Nia jumped forward and pulled Brainy into a kiss. As she parted from his lips she whispered. “Thank you. “ She then dove back in to another kiss. This one much longer in fact, they completely forgot about the food Nia ordered for them.
