I read this story, then immediately galloped on to the next three. I hardly know how to rec it; mostly I was just blown away by how well the author made these two fandoms intersect, and how well Sara fits with Jim and Blair. As I suspected, for someone who has very little knowledge of the Witchblade universe, this was a perfect introduction to Sara and the Witchblade. As Jim and Blair get to know Sara, the reader does, too; we learn what the blade does and how it affects Sara-- and, through her, Jim and Blair. It's the start of a wonderful series with engrossing stories that are very well done. And it inspired another fanfic cover.
