Daichi was exhausted. The weather had changed from a warm sun and a cool breeze to a humide fire blazing heat in a matter of weeks. Really, he should be used to the seasons changing by now he's lived through 18 years worth of season changes. Well, maybe he shouldn't blame the weather alone he knew it would be hot this time of year but with the added stress of getting into a collage and the responsibility of having to care for a team as chaotic as him, it was wearing down on him.
All he asked was that this Saturday practice would go smoothly and end quik so he could go home and finally relax after a particularly grueling week. Daichi had high hopes his wish would come true and he thought luck was on his side as he sipped water during a break during practice, so far so good he thought.
As he was walking back to the gym to finish the last half hour he stood at the entrance a second to breathe in. How nice, things where going his way after a-
“I’m telling you it’s Tsukishima!”
“NO ITS KAGEYAMA!”
Really Daichi should have known better than the jinxe himself.
“TSUKISHIMA!” Tanka yelled.
“KAGEYAMA!” Nishinoya crammed his neck glaring up at Tanaka.
The rest of his team including himself slowly began to gather around them looking to find out why they were yelling. Neither Tsukishima or Kageyama were back from getting water, he noticed.
”What are you idiots on about now?” Came from Ennoshita.
”What about Tsukki and kageyama?” Asked Yamaguchi standing between Yachi and Hinata.
Tanaka turned to the team, “Me and my bro need help.”
”When don’t you?” Chimed in Narita causing the team to laugh.
”RUDE!” He yelled before being cut off by Noya.
“ANYWAYS! Me and my bro can’t decide on whose top, kags are tsuki?”
The team stared at them a minute before Asahi’s flustered voice broke the silence, “Why are you guys even talking about this!”
“Woooow. Now they're perverts.” Enno shaking his head disapprovingly.
“Never thought you guys would stoop so low.” Added kinoshita as he shook his head along with Narita.
“That’s really none of our business guys.” Daichi tried his best to reprimand.
“Well? Who does?” Unexpectedly the question came from Kiyoko directed towards the first years.
“KIYOKO!” Suga exclaimed.
“What!?I want to know.” She defended.
“Well?!?” Eyes now on the first years.
“Oh uh… I don’t know, tsuki doesn’t talk about those things…” Yams said while Fidgeting with his fingers. “Neither does kags….” Hinata said with a light blush on his cheeks.
“BUT I'M SURE BAKAYAMA WOULDN'T LET THAT SALTY BEANPOLE TOP HIM!” He shouted fist up determinedly.
At this Yamaguchi gaped in disbelief before, “WHAT! TSUKI WOULD TOTALLY TOP KAGS. HE JUST HAS THE VIBES OF A TOP!”
“SEE I TOLD YOU YU!” Exclaimed Tanaka happily.
“That had nothing to do with it, he can have top vibes and be a power bottom!” Huffed noya.
“But don’t they both kind of have top vibes?” Ennoshita had a thoughtful look on his face as if racking his brain for the answer.
“I think it’s kags.” Said Narita “Noooo it’s definitely Tsukishima.” Countered Kinoshita.
“Uhh guys should we be talking about this?” Yachi tried.
“Yes thank you Yachi. No we shouldn’t be because they're not here.”
“Daichi is right guys come on.” Suga helped them. “Besides we all know kags would top so why bother?” There goes his help.
Daichi stared at him appalled, “SUGA!”
“What? You’re going to stand there and tell me I’m wrong!?”
“Lord give me strength!” Daichi pleaded looking at the ceiling.
“I think it’s Tsukishima.” Kiyoko added her take.
“HA!” Tanaka, Kinoshita and Yamaguchi cheered.
“KIYOKO HOW COULD YOU!” Suga yelled, betrayal laced his lips.
“PAIN!” Cried out noya clutching his chest. “Damn.” Narita sighed sadly.
“Why don’t you guys just ask them?” Questioned Asahi.
“Wouldn’t that be a little weird…” once again Yachi being the voice of reason followed by Ennoshita, “Yes it would be.”
“If tsukishima says something to you guys I won’t do anything. You guys are just asking for trouble.” Daichi finally gave up shaking his head.
“It’s going to be tsuki!”
“No kags!”
”TSUKISHIMA”
“KAGEYAMA!”
As soon as the name came out of Noya's lips they heard the guys doors open “Yes?”
There standing now with two filled water bottles was kageyama tobio, with no Tsukishima.
“Where’s tsukishima?” It was Kiyoko who asked.
“He went to the restroom he said he’d be back in a bit.” He told them as he walked up to the team.
“Well… we really only need one?” Kinoshita said.
”What if he lies!” Yamaguchi looked at him doubtingly.
“HE WON'T!” Came from Hinata.
Kageyama stared at them confusion written all over his face.
“Just be happy you guys didn’t get tsukishima.” Ennoshita exclaimed, crossing his arms.
“I’m confused, what’s happening?” Tobio creased he eyebrows together.
“Kageyama who bottoms?” Came from Sugawara. “And he tops” added Kiyoko.
“Bottom? Top?” He was puzzled.
“You know who is on the receiving end?” Narita tried.
“Huh?”
Nishinoya was the first who’s patience ran out, “WHO SHOVES THE PP IN THE BUTT!”
Yachi gasped, face going red while Daichi facepalmed. Ennoshita just rolled his eyes. “Sure, just scream it at the top of your lungs, why don’t you?”
“Oh. Well no one?” A bit bewildered.
“HAHA SO IT IS YOU KAGEYAMA WHO BOTTOMS” Tanaka declared.
“HE NEVER SAID THAT!” Sugawara retorted.
“He doesn’t want to answer so it’s Him.” Kinoshita came to the conclusion.
“Nun uh!” Narita battled.
“I always knew it was Tsuki.” Came from yams.
Kageyama was feeling downright confounded at this point. He’s glad Kei had taught him that world cus he could think of anything else. He tried again the tel them, “no we-“
He was cut off by Hinata, “I'M TELLING YOU IT'S NOT GONNA TSUKISHIMA!”
Quickly losing his patience, Tobio was ready to scream at the Boke when he felt a hand on his shoulder as the rest quieted and looked behind him.
“What about me shrimp?” Tsukishima's calm and collected voice broke through the silence that had fallen in the gym.
“And why does my boyfriend look like his brain has short circuited?”
“Uhh..” “well you see…”. Hinata and Yamaguchi tried but were beaten by Yachi.
“They were asking him who bottoms and who tops and he got confused.” Yachi said before putting hand over her mouth.
“YACHI!” Came from the two second years that started it all.
“And they said he bottoms when he told them neither of you bottoms.” Ennoshita then converted his own mouth as well.
“ENNO!” Yelled the other second years.
“We told them it was a bad idea but they kept insisting.” Then Daichi covers his mouth just for the dramatics. While Asahi nodded in agreement.
“TRAITORS!” Suga yelled while Kiyoko looked at them in disbelief.
They all held their breath waiting for Tsukishima to say something as he looked at them with a deadpan stare.
“…first of all it’s none of your guys business. And second, no one bottoms or tops.” Eyes calm but word icy.
“THAT'S WHAT I TRIED TO TELL THEM KEI!” Defend Tobio.

“None of your business”Tsuki said at the same time as Tobio ”We don´t.”
“TOBS!”
“Oops sorry”
“It’s fine I guess.”
“So..” came from Hinata. “You guys…”
“…don’t?” Finished Yamaguchi.
“But you guys have been together for almost a year?” Questioned Suga.
“I know you guys kiss, I've seen it before.” Narita said with a shudder.
“And I’ve see you guys sometimes wake up in the others futons while in training camps??” Accused Kinoshita.
Before the rest of the team could keep exposing them Tsukishima sighed before looking at them. “We’re ace.”
After a second of silence Hinata jumped forward. “NO YOUR NOT! ASAHI IS THE ACE!”
“Hinata…” Yachi tried but didn’t know what to say. Kiyoko sensed this continued after her.
“That means they don’t care for the sextual part of the relationship and focus only on the emotional part.”
Hinata tilted his head confused. “Oh?”
“OH I'M SORRY!” His face beat red after the confusion faded.
The gym was now flooded with voices screaming their apologies at the couple, but one voice rang through the gym.
“YOU DIDN'T TELL ME THIS TSUKI!! WHAT AM I A POTATO??!?”
“It never came up?” Tsuki answered.
This made Yams even more angry. “REALLY SO WHEN I CAME OUT TO YOU AS PAN AND YOU TOLD ME YOU WHERE GAY IT JUST SLIPPED YOUR MIND?!??”
“I had forgotten…” ears turning red and looking away. “Then it never came up again.”
“Haha you're in trouble.” Kageyama laughed at him.
“Someone’s acting like they don’t want me to take them to get curry after practice.”
“Nooo! Bubs I’m sorry!!”
“Well that solves that!” Clapped Ennoshita.
“Not yet.” Tsukishima was now once again glaring at the team. “Who were the idiots that were talking about Tobio and I sexlife without permission again?”
Most of the team froze except for,
“Noya and Tanaka started it.” Daichi,
“Then the rest made it a bigger deal.” Ennoshita,
“And Asahi was the one who suggested we ask you all” Yachi finished.
Before things could get even more heated Daichi clapped his hands loudly.
“Well start cleaning up, practice is over!”
“Come on Kei, let's hurry and leave, I'm hungry!” Tobio said while pushing him towards the net.
“Fine. But you lot better be thankful I’m tired, I won’t be as forgiving on Monday.” With one last glare Kei walked to clean up.
“You all owe me for that. I accepted payments in food.” Kageyama said before strutting off to go help.
Later in the changing room Daichi could swear he could already smell the nice meal his mom was making. The cool air in his room where he would be able to just relax. All he had to do was walk out the school doors and head home.
“I’ll wait for you at the stairs.” Tsukishima said before walking out. “Ok!” Yelled Kageyama while checking he had everything.
Once at the door Kageyama turned to look at the rest of the team. “ Just so you all know I would have totally been the top if we were into that.”
Then he walked out leaving the Team in Once again a screaming match. Checking his watch Daichi grabbed everything and handed the keys to Suga whose turn it was to close.
“Where you going dai?” Asked Suga before he left.
“Home! It’s past six and they aren’t my responsibility anymore!” He sang while swinging the door wide open skipping down the stairs chanting. “IM FREE IM FREE!”
