I notice that when Valentino showed AngelDusk his contract it was more reddish/orange at the beginning and more yellow where Angel’s name was signed. It probably just shows how much power Valentino has over Angel as Val’s soul/power is shown to be red in the songs “Addict” and “Poison.”
However, I want Angel Dust safe from Valentino, so this is my interpretation of that scene.
**************OR – Charlie wants Angel Dust safe from Valentino and ask her father for help. So Lucifer summons the overlords for a meeting. A millennium old pact is fulfilled; Two of the Sins interrupt; and some secrets or forgotten knowledge is revealed, including why there seemed to be children in Hell, which I struggled to understand.

Summary
Michael knew he should have said something. Should have stepped forward and pulled some of those judging eyes away from Lucifer, ensured his brother didn't solely take blame that did not fully belong to him. His kind, caring, sunshine bright twin who only ever wanted to make others happy, to laugh and dance and play among the stars that were not even half as radiant as him.
And Michael, stoic, dependable, quiet and steady Michael, knew at his very core that he was the worst sort of coward.
Yes, Lucifer gave Eve the Fruit. Yes, he encouraged her to take a bite.
But it had not been his idea alone.
