   Summary

   For centuries the lands of Barovia have been the prison of the vampire lord, Strahd Von Zarovich, and the many citizens dwelling there. Strahd has always ruled over Barovia in a cruel and chaotic manner as he searches the lands for his lost lover' however, almost a millennia of isolation has caused him to grow bored and restless. Many adventurers find themselves pulled into Barovia to act as his playthings for amusement, but once he's grown tired of them he destroys them entirely. His latest group of toys has just entered the mists; will they find a way to escape, or join his army of thralls?
