Kim Dokja was unexpectedly ambushed by the kids and they were adamant that he can't go until he answers their question. Kim Dokja has a bad feeling about this...
"Hyung–"
"Ahjussi–"
"Who's your favorite child?"
"Ah," Kim Dokja unintelligibly says, rubbing the back of his neck.
"I don't have a favorite child," he answers.
Shin Yuseong and Lee Gilyeong looked to the side where Han Su-Yeong is, nodding.

Kim Dokja starts to sweat.
[It has been determined that your statement is False]
The kids looked back at him again.
"Ah but I really like you both equally,"

'Han Su-Yeong, this witch,'

'Huh?'
"HUH?!" Han Su-Yeong exclaims, "why is it true now?" her brows furrowed.
'Hmm wait a minute...,' she caresses her chin, "Ah I see," she says, looking a bit sad for the two.
'The bastard does have a favorite child but it's true that he loves these two equally. Then the favorite child is Biyoo? Makes sense,'
The two children looks crestfallen.
"Ah wait!" Kim Dokja shouts in a panic.
"I don't have a favorite child okay? I love you two the same as I love Biyoo!" He says as he hugs them. The two is almost afraid to hear the confirmation but they looked at Han Su-Yeong.
'Sigh, these kids really...' she shakes her head in dismay.

"See? I love all of you equally," Kim Dokja said relieved.
Now Han Su-Yeong is so confused but the kids are somewhat mollified.
Soon they were back to looking happy again and inevitably starts arguing about something else. They left bickering.
Han Su-Yeong and Kim Dokja looked on as they go. She crosses her arms and looked at Kim Dokja unimpressed.
"You definitely have a favorite child," she says as Kim Dokja sighs.
"Like I said, I don't have a favorite child," he says helplessly.

They stared at each other.
"Okay maybe I have a favorite child," he says.
"Go on," she urged.
"I don't know who it is,"

"There's only 4 kids here Kim Dokja," she says and then her eyes widen, "Is Jihye your favorite child?"
"What?!" He thinks about his crush on her when he was still a middle schooler, "...no she's not," he said, sweating.

'Aish, when is she going to stop using that?'
[Some constellation wonder who could it be?]
[The constellation 'Secretive Plotter' thinks he knows who it is]
"What? This guy knows?" Han Su-Yeong said in bewilderment.
Kim Dokja didn't say anything.
"Why would this guy know if even you don't know who it is,"
[The constellation 'Secretive Plotter' says he is sure]
"Well okay then, who is it?"
[The constellation 'Secretive Plotter' says constellation 'Demon King of Salvation's favorite is a big baby]
Kim Dokja makes a choked sound, he sputters and is rendered speechless.
"Kim Dokja," the voice of the protagonist suddenly calls out to him.
Kim Dokja suddenly has goosebumps hearing Yu Junghyeok's voice while Han Su-Yeong is busy murmuring to herself to notice Yu Junghyeok's approach.
She whispers to herself, "A big baby? Who the fuck? A giant?"
She turns to Kim Dokja, "Hey your favorite child is–?"
At the same time Kim Dokja says, "Yu Junghyeok,"

"What are you two doing here?" Yu Junghyeok grouches.
There was a beat of silence and then Han Su-Yeong snorts before hollering so loudly and hard she ends up on the floor laughing.
[The constellation 'Secretive Plotter' is stunned speechless]
[The constellation 'Secretive Plotter' said he wasn't serious]
Kim Dokja doesn't know if he should laugh or cry.
Yu Junghyeok was left standing there staring with a confused look on his face.
Han Su-Yeong is still laughing like a madman, coughing in fits and gasping for air.
"H-hey," Han Su-Yeong tried to talk, "did- did you know? You are- bwahahaha! You're Kim Dokja's favorite-"
"AH!" with a panicked shout, Kim Dokja tackled Han Su-Yeong who is already on the ground and slap his hands over her mouth.
"Ah Yu Junghyeok, don't pay attention to her non-sense," he said hurriedly.
Yu Junghyeok stares at him impassively then turns his gaze to Han Su-Yeong who laid there with twinkling eyes like a cat honing on a passing bird.
He stares at her for a second longer before looking back at Kim Dokja's constipated looking face.
The sound of pinging indirect messages and coins being sent his way made him more curious.
He slowly stalks closer, looking down on Kim Dokja. His hand gripped Dokja by his nape and pulled him away Han Su-Yeong.
Kim Dokja made a sound of dismay and betrayal.
As soon as her mouth is uncovered Han Su-Yeong blurts out her piece, "You are Kim Dokja's favorite c-"
"COMPANION!!!" Kim Dokja shouts, dangling from Yu Junghyeok's hold.
"YOU'RE MY FAVORITE COMPANION!!! THERE! I said it so Han Su-Yeong SHUT UP!" Kim Dokja desperately says, glaring at Han Su-Yeong, red in the face from shouting or embarrassment, it isn't known.
Han Su-Yeong looks so satisfied, a cat who got the cream, until she looks at Yu Junghyeok and made a noise of disgust.
To the others, Yu Junghyeok looks nothing different but to Han Su-Yeong the bastard is clearly smug and happy about Kim Dokja's statement.
'If we were in a drama or anime, sparkly flowers will surely float around him,' she thinks in disgust as she fake gags at the direction of the two.
Feigning nonchalance Yu Junghyeok said, "Naturally," as if him being Kim Dokja's favorite is a given.
[The constellation 'Secretive Plotter' disagrees. He says that 'Demon King of Salvation' can definitely do better]
Yu Junghyeok ignores the message and puts Kim Dokja down.
"Is there something you need?" Kim Dokja asks him trying to dismiss and change the topic.
Yu Junghyeok is reminded of his reason for searching for Kim Dokja, "There's a scenario I want to do with you,"
That took Kim Dokja's attention and helped him calm down.
The two started to walk away as they discuss the nature of the scenario, leaving behind Han Su-Yeong who shouts at them to wait for her.

It was only later in the evening when Kim Dokja is lying down on his bed that he mulls about Yu Junghyeok being his favorite child.
"It is certainly impossible. One, he is not a child. Two, I never treated him as a child. Three, it's just not possible." Kim Dokja enumerates.
He sighs, turning on his side.
'It doesn't matter,' he says before closing his eyes and sleep.
