    It’s not an exaggeration to say that Tommy was as dangerous as a teenager can get. His power was “molecular combustion”. Essentially, he was able to make molecules in objects speed up to the point that they exploded. Every single time he’d used his power, it’d usually have been by accident. He never wanted to blow things up, he was just cursed with it.

    That’s why he’d been recruited to be a hero. It was to protect him from himself.

    Or, so he’d been told.

    Tommy is recruited to be a hero, but gets backstabbed by those same heroes and is now a criminal.
    SBI decides to take him in, (with one villain seemingly a little too familiar.)
    But it's not so he can be a villain of course... right?
