“Hah! I got it!” Claire rubbed her hands together menacingly, while Jack and Sam stared at her confused, and Kaia – having already heard the plan – stood behind her looking annoyed.
“Babe, we were supposed to be on vacation.” Kaia said. “You’re letting this consume you for no reason.”
“It’s not for no reason.”
Kaia rolled her eyes, matching Claire’s bitch face. “Ok. For a stupid reason, then.”
“What’s the reason?” Jack asked.
“Nothing!” Claire hissed, before Kaia could say anything incriminating. “Other than proving that Dean is full of it.”
Kaia sighed, and muttered an annoyed Whatever as she joined Eileen on the bed, choosing to fuss over the cuteness of Little Dean playing with his feet, rather than partake in the suicide mission the rest of them were going on. “Ok, what is your idea?” Sam asked.
Claire smiled deviously and reached in her pocket, pulling out a couple bags. One fell out of her hand and before she could grab it Sam saw it was filled with little white pills. “Wha– Claire! We are not roofieing him!”
“Huh??” Claire looked at the bag and laughed. “Dude… these are Mydol. For–”
“I – I know what they're for. Sorry.”
“But this–” She grinned while holding up the other bag.
“We’re not getting him high either.” Sam said flatly.
“Oh, come on! ?” Claire groaned, but Sam crossed his arms and shook his head.
“Hello, hello!” Dean called, bursting into the room. Claire shoved the bags into her pocket and they all tried to look less scheming. “My beautiful family!”
He strutted his way around the room, hugging each of them, the smell of alcohol heavy on his breath and Cas following close behind him making sure he didn’t face plant onto the floor.
“Please sit down, love.” Cas begged, gently pulling Dean towards a chair.
Dean giggled, and stumbled after the angel, roughly falling into the seat with a thud. “Dean–” Sam said, trying to suppress a smirk. “Are you… drunk?”
“No!” Dean answered, then hiccuped, making him giggle harder. “Maybe… a little.”
“More like a lot.” Cas sighed. “The wine from dinner was… strong.”
“It was amazing!” Dean said. “I – I feel amazing. And you–” He turned to Cas and grabbed his face. “You look amazing!” He smiled and pulled Cas to him, pressing their lips together, and quickly escalating it to something much sloppier.
There was a simultaneous cringe as everyone averted their eyes. “Save that for the honeymoon!” Claire cried as Cas finally managed to pry Dean off of him, stepping away to straighten his tie… and the rest of himself. Once the coast was clear Claire looked back at Dean and grinned. “Hey Dean.” She said, and Kaia instantly rolled her eyes. “Can I ask you a question?”
“Hit me, curly Sue.” Dean replied.
“Alright… What are–” Little Dean interrupted her by suddenly beginning to cry. Eileen apologized and scooped him into her arms and began feeding him. “Ok, Dean, what are you–” There was a knock at the door, it was someone from the restaurant returning Dean’s jacket he had forgotten. “What–” Miracle began barking at a squirrel in the tree outside the room's window. “Wha–” Little Dean stopped eating and began loudly – although adorably – laughing at Miracle’s barking. “...” Claire buried her face in her hands in frustration until it finally settled down. “Thank you.” She mumbled under her breath. “De– Are you freaking serious?!?” She cried as she looked up to see Dean… passed out in the chair.
