"I know it's P'Phayu who you are trying to 'seduce' for the lack of a better word, but are you sure you are over your feelings for Ple?"
Rain blinked at him, still looking kinda dazed, if not outright sad, before shaking his head.
"I s-still have feelings for her..."
"Sure, you brushed her touch away." Sky replied. "Before you met P'Phayu, you would have eagerly jumped at the chance to have her touch your arm like that."
"Seriously, just go get lunch with them." his friend pouted. "I wasn't about to talk about my feelings - or lack there of - in front of two people who believe I dislike him..."
Shrugging, the other man stood up to go join the other two for lunch.
"I mean, you didn't try and hide it but, personally, I believe you already liked him back then - you can claim it's 'wanting to make him proud' however much you want, few people would go this far for someone they didn't love..."
"What did you say?" Rain's eyes suddenly widened. Were his seductions and need to please the older man truly a sign of his growing feelings..? "Hold on, you said something about following your heart, didn't you..."
Sky's eyes widened and so he moved to leave before the other could finish what he wanted to say. Just as he reached the classroom door, Rain continued in an oddly calm, clear voice.
"... look, I will be the first to admit that I don't know a thing about feelings - clearly - but I think you have those same feelings for P'Prapai?"
"It doesn't matter." he couldn't know, none of them could know. "I'm not aiming for a relationship right now..."
At that, his friend began to slowly remember all the moments he saw concerning Sky and his not-boyfriend before snorting, giving the other man an unimpressed glance before returning to his work, now with new motivation.
"Right, right... if it helps you sleep at night, Sky. We already went over this kinda, didn't we?"
"Yeah..."
Shaking a bit, Sky waved him goodbye before leaving the room, gently closing the door behind him... Rain couldn't know. P'Phayu couldn't know. And most definitely, the loveable annoyance that was P'Pai couldn't know.
They couldn't know that he was damaged, possibly beyond repair.
With that, he left to join the other two for lunch before they could question where he was, ignoring his heart when it called him out for giving the senior a nickname...
… no, no he didn't. It just took a lot of time to say his full name, that's all.
Besides, it would be fine as long as P'Pai didn't find out about that, too.
