Through time, they had found each other. In each life, in each reincarnation, their souls reconnected, knowing that they belonged together.
Sometimes, their time wasn’t enough. Other times, they were able to grow old together.
But there was something consistent with each reincarnation; a promise to find each other again. In this life, or another, they would be together.
So, when Atsumu saw Shouyou, along with the rest of Karasuno, he knew that his search was done. His heart was filled with joy, and he couldn’t look away.
Atsumu couldn’t believe his luck; and soon, they would be reunited again.
