Chapter Text
"You fucking JUNKIE!"
Roy jumps, his thoughts were fucking with him again.
"why can't you just leave me alone.." Roy cried
"Leave you alone eh? leave you alone to ya drug habits, eh Roy?" Oliver snarled
"Im practically an adult!" Roy yelled
"Well then LEAVE if you're a so called adult" Oliver slammed his hands against the wall, "I want you OUT!" he demanded
"Fine... i'm leaving then.." seventeen year old Roy couldn't fully comprehend the severity of the situation he was in at the moment, he barley was there mentally.
"Don't get Lian killed out there you hear me!"
Roy felt shivers run down his spine
it's been about three years since the whole "oh my god your a drug addict!?" situation went down... that's how Roy remembers the whole thing
He was confused why these flashbacks still played constantly in his head
Well, he was quite frankly lucky it wasn't a flashback of Lian...
Her death always left a cold and bitter taste in Roys mouth
Well of fucking course it did, she was his daughter...
she's dead now
He still remembers her laugh, how she always cheered him up and kept him going
She was his hope that he still had a chance in this shitty city
But now she's gone forever, and he can't bring her back
Roy felt tears build up in his eye, what could he have done different to prevent this?
Roy eyes began to blur, he didn't realize he bumped into another gentlemen wondering the streets at midnight
"Hey watch where ya going jerk!" The voice called out
"Huh?" Roy briskly turned around to face the man
But there he was... no where to be found
Something about that man, his voice
It gave Roy a nostalgic feeling in his gut
He wished he wasn't half on drugs and half on what the fuck mode, because maybe he could generate an answer to his millions of questions
Roy finally made up his hazy mind
"Hey!" He called out, "Come back"
Roy felt his gut turn when the man turned around
"Excuse you?" He questioned in a defensive tone
"Do I know you?" he choked out
