Pippa was sitting cross-legged on the sofa hoping her daddy or some of her aunts or uncles would come into the media room and watch movies with her, but at least Jarvis was here and he could play the movies for her.
"What would you like to see Miss Pippa?" Jarvis asked.
"I've never seen the one with the red-haired girl in the ocean," Pippa said.
" The Little Mermaid?" Jarvis asked.
"We have that movie?" Tony asked, coming into the media room, sitting next to Pippa and ruffling her curls. "Let's watch Beauty and the Beast instead. "I'll have your Aunt Pepper explain why you don't want to watch The Little Mermaid.
"Is it bad?" Pippa asked.
"Yeah, Uncle Tony," Clint asked, carrying snacks, Natasha in tow, "what's wrong with the movie."
Before Tony could answer, Natasha whispered into Clint's ear.
"Let's watch Beauty and the Beast, Clint said. "Belle reads. She's a good role model."
"Why can't I watch the little red-haired girl?" Pippa asked.
"Do we have anything with Charlie Brown?" Clint asked.
"He's a boy," Pippa said.
"He is," Clint said, "but Peppermint Patty is awesome and Charlie Brown has a crush on The Little Red-Haired Girl."
"Are we watching movies?" Pepper asked, joining the small group on a rare occasion where she wasn't a meeting or traveling on business.
"Aunt Pepper," Pippa said, "Uncle Tony said you'd splain to me why I don't want to watch The Little Mermaid.
"She's a poor excuse for a role model for a young lady," Pepper said.
"Why," Pippa said.
"The women in this household are feminists," Pepper said, Natasha nodding along.
"I give-up," Pippa said. "Jarvis, please show me Belle.
"Good choice, Miss Pippa," Jarvis said. "You weren't going to win this one."
"I know," Pippa said, nodding sagely.
