If you’d told Mugsy a few weeks ago that is where she’d be, she would’ve laughed at the absurdity.
But now here she was, letting her brother do her makeup as she sat eyes closed and waiting ever so patiently.
“Almost done,” Cuphead said, as Mugsy felt something brush against her eyelids.
Cuphead was the last person she expected to help with makeup.
She knew her brother hated doing stuff like this, anything that involved having to sit in one place for long periods of time.
The two of them were very different, but one thing they definitely had in common?
That they would do anything for each other, and that included trying each other’s favourite things.
The other day, Mugsy had went with Cuphead on a risky dangerous adventure involving planes.
And so her brother said he’d make it up to her.
She asked him to do her makeup and he had agreed.
“Done! Take a look, Mugsy!”
Cuphead handed her a mirror and she took a look.
“Wow….”
Her eyelashes were beautifully styled, she had some blush on her cheeks and very nice blue eyeshadow on her eyes.
She thought it was perfect.
“Blue is definitely your colour,” Cuphead stated.
Mugsy smiled. “Thanks for doing this, it means a lot.”
“Hey, no problem! You come to me whenever you want me to do it again, honestly.”
Mugsy had the best big brother ever.
“Let’s go on the planes again later,” she said.
“Really!? You mean it!?” Cuphead could barely contain his excitement.
“Yeah, why not?”
She could think of plenty reasons why not, but it was for Cuphead.
That was enough for her to ignore them all.
