Jackalope and I have decided while we deal with some…internal issues of the prison, Milgram will be put under a temporary lockdown. During this time none of you will be permitted to leave your cells.
To ensure you all still have some means of communication we've given each one of you these cellular devices, please use them responsibly.
After today, meals will continue to be served at their allocated times.
