Chapter Text

Ranboo awoke to a screeching sound and all he could do was merely sigh and check the time

5:30 am

he had to get up, groaning as he got up  dragged himself to the kitchen where the screeching was coming from "we are gonna get a noise complaint" Ranboo complained to his cat Ender who was sitting screeching next to her food bowl, Ranboo sighed and filled her bowl.

“You could have waited a few minutes like  moose” Ranboo muttered, moving to fill his hairless cat bowl, 

As he finished he left the kitchen to get ready.

Ranboo was dressed and running out the door 

It was 6:50 am and he was late.

Late to the only place hiring that has a good pay.

and so that starts to where we are now

Ranboo’s sat in a hall full of interveiwees and he looked the least best dressed, he wore a two toned jacket with a gray shirt and black cargo pants

everyone around them was wearing suits or dresses or something in between

he got some snickering at him when he sits 

Minutes later a person walked out a room crying with a well dressed worker behind them holding a clipboard

"Ranboo Belovi?" The worker called out
Ranboo stood and walked up

“Your Ranboo?” The worker asked 

“That’s me” he said giving the worker a slight nod 

The worker led him through the door down a long hallway,

Leading him into a room and leaving

Ranboo took a sharp breath in as he saw who was in the room

A man with golden blond hair and blue eyes sitting at the desk
Next to him was a man with pink hair, and blood red eyes looking at Ranboo with a look of distaste
On the other side of the kind looking man was someone who looked about Ranboo’s age with brown hair and yellowish eyes, he held the same look as the pink haired one,

Sitting on the table next to the brown haired teen was someone around Ranboo’s age as well,

He had the same golden hair as the man but his eyes, his eyes where the same color yet..they held a look of...anger.

"Ah..You must be Ranboo! It's a pleasure to meet you, I'm Phil..he/him" Phil said introducing himself, he then stood to shake Ranboo’s hand which he took
"This is Technoblade, he/him, Tubbo, he/they,and Tommy he/him" Phil said motioning to each one corresponding to the names

"I'm Ranboo- well you knew that.. nice to meet you all.." Ranboo replied giving a slight nod

Earning a glare from everyone except from Phil

"You're that dickwads brother aren't you" Tommy spat

Ranboo looked to the floor

He wasn't going to get this job because of his brothers reputation, they didn’t have to ask who the dickwad was they already knew.

"Uhm adopted brother but yes I am.." Ranboo said still looking down

"Tommy calm down. I'm sorry Ranboo for them, they've been on edge round anything to do with your brother lately" Phil explained, Ranboo nodded

“That’s fair, I understand why” Ranboo muttered, fidgeting with his hands, 

Phil looked him up and down making them feel more nervous than he already was

"Hey how about this, as an apology for them, you get the job!" Phil said as he clapped his hands together

"WHAT?!" Tommy screeched, 

Tubbo promptly and swiftly slapping his hand over Tommy’s mouth and whispered something to him,
Ranboo was confused and before he could ask any questions the worker reappeared and escorted him back out to the waiting room.

"Why the hell would you hire him?!" Tommy said turning to his father
"He isn't like him ..trust me I’ve done my research before Phil decided to even let him apply" Techno answered 

“Whatever I was not asking you of all people” Tommy said sticking his tongue out at Techno and promptly flipping him off

Meanwhile 

"C'mon pick up pick up..oh! Hey! Guess what!....no-...No that happened last week...no..yes I swear- .... No but I got the job!...no I'm not lying...Niki I swear to the blade I'm not lying!" Ranboo sounded exasperated trying to convince the person on the other end of the phone he got the job.

"Sooo how was the interview" a short child asked the taller

"I got hired" he responded 

"You sound disappointed..what happened Ranboo" Tubbo asked him

"Well..considering the fact the boss guys kids or something already hate me" Ranboo said flopping down onto the couch

"You don't know that" Tubbo responded handing him a sandwich 

"I do know that, Tubbo I'm dreams little brother for blades sake" Ranboo complained 

Now if you don't know who Dream is well let us tell all of you

Dream is currently number 1 hero 

his ability?

Marionettes the ability to control victims who are either unconscious or dead as if they where a puppet 

He works best with the flame hero Sapnap and the mushroom hero Slumber 

Now you see 

Ranboo and Dream don't look anythung like each other

All the have similar are the somewhat close hair colors of white and the green eyes except 

Ranboo dyed half his hair black and now it won't come out and one of his eyes is red due to his ability 

Whilst Dream

Dream has pure white hair and has vibrant green eyes and freckles littering his face while his little brother has scars littering his

And 

Sbi hates the dream team

And anyone associated with them 

Including Ranboo

Well Philza doesn't

All he sees is a kid who needs to get adopted

"Oh sh-" Tubbo started up 

Stopped 

"OH SHIT- RANBOO" Tubbo yelled causing Ranboo to jump fro n the sudden yell

"WHAT?" Ranboo yelled back

"TOMMY..HES COMING TODAY" Tubbo scambled for his phone 

"WHO IS TOMMY?" Ranboo replied 

Yes their still yelling

"MY FRIEND" Tubbo promplty took his own wallet and ran out the door probably to get snacks and shit

Ranboo fell asleep

Two hours later

"I'M HOME" a familiar voice rung out "you live alone big man why do you need to announce it" a slightly less familiar voice said

Tubbo never told Tommy he had a roommate 

Tubbo went to put the snacks and stuff away and Tommy

Tommy went to go sit on the couch only to see someone laying there with a blanket covering their entire body

"WHAT THE FUCK?!" Tommy yelped hitting the person

"Ow! Tubbo leave me be" Ranboo said sighing and uncovering his face with the blanket

Silence for a whole second

Just one second

The only silence we are going to have for a while

"TUBBO YOU HAVE A INTRUDER" Tommy screeched grabbing a knife from who knows where at pointing it to Ranboo

"an intruder?" Tubbo walked in confused

"Yeah! Dreams little brother." Tommy said very pissed

Tubbo stared at Tommy 

Then started laughing

"Oh-oh nooo- I forgot-...Tommy he isn't a intruder he's my roommate" Tubbo explained in between laughs

Tommy stared at Ranboo "YOU ROOM WITH THIS BITCH?" Tommy yelled pointing to ranboo

"Dude can you stop yelling I don't want to get ANOTHER noise complaint" Ranboo said as he sat up

"Wait..Tommy..blonde..hates me- oh by the blade you're the- you're one..Tubbo three seconds" Ranboo stared out freaking g out but then turnt to Tubbo 

Tubbo fucking booked it 

"Oh for blades sake" Ranboo muttered 

"What" Tommy stood confused 

"What's three seconds" Tommy asked unsure whether to attack Ranboo or not

"Hm...oh three seconds headstart to get to Niki or Puffy" Ranboo said cheerfully "want to come with to meet them? Their our landlords and...my ‘caretakers’.." Ranboo told him as he started walking out the door with Tommy trailing

'Ohhhhh fuck shit shitty shit balls fuck goddam it Tubbo' Ranboos mind was racing with fear 

"RANBOO" a voice rang out

"Either I'm in trouble or they caught Tubbo sneaking" Ranboo explained as they walked faster 

"Hey Aunt Puffy, Niki" Ranboo said like the situation happening was normal

Puffy was standing next Niki who was holding Tubbo up with water

"Ranboo why did- oh! Tommy! What are you doing here?" Niki asked 

"Uhm Tubbo invited me-?" Tommy was very confused very confused 

Now you see it's very funny because Niki works for Tommys dad and Tommy's dad didnt mention he was heading over the the apartment complex

"Yeah and Tubbo didn't tell me anything so guess who woke up being called a intruder and getting called the obvious" Ranboo complained 

"Oh! oh.. Ranboo-" Puffy started but Ranboo introupted 

"No-it's fine Aunt Puffy..I'm used to it by now" Ranboo said with a weird fake happyness 

Niki leaned over to Tommy whispering "he hates being referred to as Dreams brother, honestly he'd rather be known as George’s brother at this point" 

Tommy was to at the least shocked but Niki continued on "he's nothing like Dream trust me on that..Jack and Sam made sure about that before he even got the approval to move in" Nikimoved away 

Only to see Puffy scolding the both of them 

"Hey Ranboob""that is just not my name" " sorry for yelling at you and being...ugh..being an ass in the office today." Tommy really didn't want to apologize

"HE DOESNT ACCE—MHHM-" Tubbo started to shout but puffy covered his mouth

"As long as I don't get deaths stares at work I accept your apology" Ranboo replied 

"Yeah no promises" Tommy told him flipping the poor guy off

"..what the hell does he think he's doing talking to fucking Dreams brother?!" a beaniened man muttered to himself as he left the walls

"Well well look who decided to show up, Phil's pissed" Techno told his brother who just walked in
"Out with our dear scholar?" Techno asked only to get flipped off

"Oh stop acting like that it's annoying" Wilbur told him

"WILBUR E. SOOT" Phil yelled coming down the stairs "Where in hell where you?! We had a meeting today about your situation!" Phil exclaimed
"Sorry..but- Tommy was with that kid!" Wilbur tried to explain himself
"Tubbo? Of course he's with Tubbo he's always with Tubbo" Phil sighed

"No! Dreams brother!" Wilbur raised his voice
Techno sighed and just

He just fucking walked away

"So what? Ranboo is going to be working with its not like it matters if their friends or not" Phil said disappointed

"Doesn't matter? What if Ranboo finds out and tells dream?!" Wilbur snapped out

"Ranboo doesn't even talk to Dream" a familiar voice butted in

There stood Tommy in the door

"What?"

"Ranboo isn't an ass like you said wil" Tommy stated

"See Wilbur? Even Tommy says he alright!" Phil exclaimed

Wilbur was fuming and left to his room

Tommy follows but went to his own room leaving Phil to his thoughts or so we thought

"This really isn't going to end well is it?" Phil asked seemingly no one

A hum of agreement was heard
"The boys had the same nightmare the night we got that mission..what could it mean?" Philza asked

"Nuthin. I wouldn't put past that they have the same brain" techno responded coming out the shadows

"What about Ranboo? He matches the boys description from their nightmare" Phil stated
Techno shrugged
"Keep an eye on that Ranboo kid for me will you 'mate?" Phil asked
"Babysitting? Again.?" Techno replied sighing
"Sorry tech" Phil said with a chuckle
"It's fine old man" techno said walking away to slee probably
"I'm not that old!" Phil yelled at him

Ranboo layed on the roof waiting

"What's a kid like you doin out here" a man in a monarch outfit asked
"Waiting" was all Ranboo said
"For what? A person? Crime? A opening?" He asked
"Why should I tell you? You're Protesilaus" Ranboo answered
"Ah..you know who I am" Protesilaus replied
"Why wouldn't I?" Ranboo asked him
"True I've been on the news multiple times" Protesilaus sighed
"Yeah.." Ranboo muttered
"What's your name kid?" Protesilaus sat next to our main character
" not saying" was all Ranboo said
"Well how do I know if you're a threat to them or not" Protesilaus asked
"..them?"Rnaboo looked around confused
Protesilaus pointed to where a man with wings, a guy who was transparent and a raccoon avrian thing-
"oh" was Ranboos response when he saw them

"Yeah saw you and thought you where a hero"Protesilaus told him

"..a...hero..?.." Ranboo let out a laugh
"Like hell I am after what those fuckers did to my brother" Ranboo started up but stopped
"..you have a brother?" Protesilaus asked
"..yeah.." Ranboo looked up at the night sky

"Huh...guess I didn't see that coming" protestilaus laughed a monotoned laugh

"WHY ARE YLU LAUGHI-WHO THE FUCK IS THAY" the raccoon avrain yelled gaining the avrain and ghost guys attention and seeing prtedtulaus sitting on the roof with a now sitting up Ranboo

"I should go.." Ranboo muttered getting up

"Not gonna stop us?" Protestilaus asked

"Nah" Ranboo responded

"Bruhhhhh" protestilaus said
"...good luck with whatever you lot are gonna do" Ranboo said moving closer to the edge
"Thanks and Why so close to the edge there kid?" Protestilared siad
"You'll see"
Ranboo told him saluting and falling backwards

"WHAT THE FUCK?/HEY WHAT THE HELL?" Raccoon and ghost guy yelled at the same time
Avrain guy shot up to catch him but shot straight up past where Ranboo was

"Protestilaus who was that?" The avrain man asked "beats me" he responded

"Hey Merc, I got the main here sending my location send someone who can actually fight them ple-AH-" Ranboo yelled gaining the attention of the three across the road

"Well shit-" Ranboo muttered
"Turning us in?" The guy said smugly

The three arrive

All ready to fight

"Just doing my job" Ranboo shrugged
"Yeah well so are we" ghost guy told him
"Sending some backup now expect it in a few minutes" the phone rang out on speaker

"Shit, mate tell them the backup isn't needed" the avrain edged towards Ranboo

"Sorry don't think I will, I have to do my job" Ranboo said blankly
"What IS your job?" One of them asked
"yknow just to scout the area out" A familiar voice rang out

Ranboo booked it
Like hell was he getting involved with purpled and guy

Annnnnddd Protestilaus followed Ranboo

Only to lose him not even a minute later

Ranboo sat on the bus heading over to his new job
Which for some reason has a employee party his first day
ring ring
Ranboo sighed but answered his phone
"What happened?" Ranboo asked
"you forgot your extra sock" the person on the other side probably Tubbo told him
"No I didn't it's right here in my ba- oh.." Ranboo checked through his bag only to find the extra sock wasn't there
"Sucks to suck" Tubbo said then blantly hanging up

"Dang it" Ranboo muttered

"Whatcha forget boobboy" someone asked
"Nothing importa- Tommy?!" Ranboo turnt over to see the loud bloud
"The one and only" he responded with a stupid grin
"Why are you here-?" Ranboo asked skeptic
"Nothing expect that Tubbo asked me to give ya this fucking sock?" Tommy said confused

"Oh wait what?" Ranboo was also confused

"Yeah he said how you forgot this and you need it for your arm? Why do you need a fucking sock?" Tommy questioned
"Oh uhhh well uhm.." Ranboo tried thinking of a excuse not to answer but jsut sighed "it's for my prosthetic, different socks for different types of prostitics" Rambo explain

"UOU HAVE PROSTECICHS?!" Tommy yelled
"SHUT THE FUCK UP" some random guy yelled at him
Tommy flipped him off
"You have a fucking prosthetic?" Tommy asked
"Two actually" Ranboo answered
"How'd it happen?" Tommy pushed

Ranboo stared at him for a second sighing

"Oh shit wait you don't have to answer if you don't want to sorry" Tommy quickly added

The bus stopped

Ranboo stood and motioned Tommy to follow
Once at the bus stop a block away fro mute office
Ranboo gave a small laugh
"It's fine Tommy, I lost it in a mishap a few years ago when that syndicate group attack the heros office and kidnapped that kid" Ranboo explained

"Gods I scared the crap out of Dream that day...I was in and out of the operation room....I was like 10 when it happened" Ranboo continued as they walked

"I'm sorry" Tommy muttered his voice was laced with guilt he ignored the Dream statement
"It's not your fault" Ranboo stated with a smaller laugh as they made it to the office

Ranboo looked round and saw that everyone was dressed up nice
Except him and Tommy
"Tommy!" Wilbur came over to greeting his brother completely ignoring Ranboo

Ignored Wilbur and dragged Ranboo to some person wearing a beanie
"Aimsey, My man" Tommy greeted his friend
"Tommy! Oi who's this tall fella?" Aimsey asked
"I'm uh- I'm Ranboo" Ranboo introduced himself and extended out a hand
Aimsey took it with a smile thay could only mean one thing

They got another for their chaos group

That entire party Aimsey and Tommy dragged Ranboo around causing mass destruction and introducing him to everyone
Not like he'll remember

Meanwhile

"I just don't trust him!" Wilbur complained
"Wil it'll be fine, Tommy even said he's fine" Phil said cheerfully
"Yeah well last time Tommy said 'he's fine ' about soemone they tried killing us" Wilbur snapped
Phil lowered his voice
"We do not talk of that" he wasn't man nor happy

Tommy felt real guilty

After all

The boy who was kidnapped was none other than

Him

Ranboo had fun to say at the least

Besides for the fact that something happened to Aimsey and Tommy dragged them away

Something about her ability acting up again

"Hey uhm Mr.Phil?" Ranboo approached the old man
"Hm? Oh Ranboo hey! How are you?" Phil replied cheerfully
"Good good uh..I uh have to go so I just came over to say bye.." Ranboo quickly said
Phil nodded
And Ranboo left

Not even 20 minutes later Tommy and Aimsey run around panicked trying to find Phil

"PHILL" Tommy yelled as he saw the older man

"Pardon me I have to deal with this really quick" Phil told the person he was talking to and walked over to Tommy and Aimsey
"Now what happened?" Phil asked the duo
"Aimsey had another vision" Tommy explained panicky
"It was about Dream attacking this vigilant-" Aimsey wasn't able to finish because a broadcast was being played on one of the tv's
"ATTENTION PLEASE EVACUATE FROM NIGHTMARE STREET TO EMPIRE ROAD, THE DREAM TEAM IS CURRENTLY APRREANDING A VIGLANTE SUSPECT" the TV blasted out

"Where's Ranboo?" Aimsey asked
"He headed hom-" Phil started but was cut off by Tommy
"Ranboobs way home is ON empire road" Tommy said with quick realization

"Tommy get your brothers we have to help" Phil said quickly as Aimsey nodded away already knowing what to do

Now you see to anyone else
It looked like the dream team was close to catching the vigilante

But in reality the vigilante stood laughing at them

"Oh- oh that's funny-" the vigilante struggled to get out
"I know right?!" The flame hero Sapnap was also laughing
Dream and Slumper where to say at the least pissed at the two
"Who even are you?" Dream asked breaking the joyful scene

"no one important..howeverrr I am going to have to repor-" the vigilante started but got a mushroom bomb thrown at him
Thankfully he dodged

"Slumber! We are trying to have a conversation here" Sapnap complained
He earned a glare from Dream

"You're that powerless vigilante scout aren't you?" Slumber asked
The vigilante scout shrugged

"I've heard about you, you're VoidRunner" Dream said inching forward

"What's it to you homeless guy" VoidRunner replied

"I'm not homele-" Dream started up but got cut off by yelling from below

"FUCK GUYS THERES A ABANDONED BIKE HERE" a loud blond yelled
"SHUT THE FUCK UP INNIT" a ghost looking guy yelled back

"Shit" was all dream said

Prostiltaus motioned to the two avians and pointed to the group on the roof

"Sap keep them distracted down there" Dream commanded
Sapnap said nothing
He went down and engaged in a fight with Zephyrus one of the avians and Vilbur the ghost guy

On the roof was now Slumber Dream Prostilaus VoidRunner and Innit

VoidRunner had gotten to building next to the one he was just on as Slumber and Dream fought Prostilaus and Innit

It was going good until

"WHERE TF IS THE PEOPLE AROUND HERE?" Innit yelled

"Asleep" Slumber answered coldly

He raised his hands and mushrooms sprouted

None hit Prostilaus
Innit wasn't so lucky a mushroom hit him

As he tried to recover the roof under him broke and crumbled

Innit tried to fly but as he found his wings weren't working
He was high up and no one could save him

He fell
He died
Don't lie

Or well that's what the others thought as they saw him fall to what they assume to his possible soon death
Sapnap panicked and stopped attacking Zephyrus and Vilbur

Zephyrus shot up to grab Innit but was hit by one of Dreams puppets

No one would reach him

VoidRunner jumped back to the roof where Prostilaus was panicking and Slumber and Dream retreating

And VoidRunner jumped off the building

Everyone froze in shock and horror

The vigilante VoidRunner just took Innit with him to who knows where

With VoidR and Innit

The two fell to the ground VoidRunner struggling to stand as Innit stood with ease

Instead of attacking VoidRunner or killing him
Innit helped him up

"thanks-" VoidRunner mumbled out

"No thank you...you..you got me away from them" Innit muttered
Thankful but displeased

"Innit? What are you talking about?" VR (VoidRunner) asked as dusted himself off
"That incident those years ago when that kid got kidnapped" Innit was obviously pissed
"Yeah? What about it?" VR asked confused

"I was that kid for fucks sake" Innit told as tears fell
"You- but wait what?!" VR was visibly confused

"Those villains took me, Prostilaus has been trying to help me escape but failing sadly" Inniy explained feeling safe around this guy

VoidRunner stood staring at the shorter boy and decided

"Would you like to..to come with me? I can explain everything and anything" VoidRunner told him

"Explain what?" Innit asked

He was calm for once

"I can explain what is going on, why the villains wanted you, why Dream Team shows up wherever you lot are" VoidRunner answered

"I want answers" Innit replied "but where are we going to go? The villains are after me" Innit added
"Well the coast...Me and my brother have a plan to escape this hell hole but there was a slight problem with him getting controlled.." VR told him

"The..coast?" Innit asked softly
VoidRunner nodded his head and patted the smaller boy on the head "We'll take you with us..an area where there is no hero's no vigilantes no villains.. a safe place"VoidRunner told him

Innit hugged the scout crying

With UNKNOWN & UNKNOWNS GROUP

"What the hell was that?! You made us lose my son!" A man said angered

"It wasn't my fault! That stupid Vigilante scout was around and Sapnap wanted to check it out" a younger man hissed out
"Well now him AND MY SON ARE GONE" the man started yelling pissed

"YOU THINK IT WAS MY IDEA FOR THAT TO HAPPEN?!" The younger man snapped out
"If you want to keep your little puppet i would recommend killing that vigilante scout and getting.back.my.SON." The man turnt and left

"Tsk whatever not like I give a care" Thr younger man turnt to the guy next to him "you are useless! Get Bosses kid and kill that scout. Do you understand?!" The younger man ordered him

"I understand" the even younger guy responded

"Good. Get to it then Dream"

Back with VoidRunner and Innit

"So here's the plan, you disappear as a villain" VoidRunner started to explain his plan
"What about me myself? Their gonna know something is up" Innit responded
"Tell them I made a deal with ya or something I have no clue" VR had responded yawing

Ring ring ring

"Well are you going to pick that up?" Innit asked "its fuckin annoying" He added

"Yeaaahhh I will...oh shi-" VR panicked answering the phone
"Hey!....uhm..yeah I got home fine?...oh no no no I didn't take my bike it's in the shop right now...yeah uh I'll see you guys tomorrow..." VR spoke and hanged up
"So what was that?" Innit questioned "my Boss I well  my bike I forgot back over there and he thought it was mine..well it was.. dam it uh he doesn't know I'm a scout" VR struggled to answer
"Where do you work?" Innit asked "now I feel like you are trying to find out who I am" VR retorted
"Fuck" Innit muttered

"Back onto the original subject, who would you like to bring?" VR set down his phone

At that point it already clicked in VoidRunners head

"What? Why the fuck are you staring bitch" Innit asked
VoidRunner stood in shock and or fear

"Tommy?" VoidRunner asked

"How-how did you- what the fuck?!" Tommy/Innit yelled out in fear

" Tommy ?"

"How-a how did you- what the fuck?!" Tommy/Innit yelped out

"If your Tommy...then that means Phil Wilbur and Techno..are.. oh" VR took a step back trying to understand what he was even saying

"How the actual fuck and what the actual fuck" Tommy said as he took a few steps to get closer to VoidRunner "how the hell do you know who I am?!" Tommy spoke raising his voice

"Tommy it's okay it's uhm" VoidRunner moved to his mask removing it "it's me" was all he said

" RANBOO?!" Tommy screeched in confusion and shock

Tommy stared then started just losing it "imagine that the fuckin intern is a vigilante and saved me" Tommy laughed out his laugh was strained

Ranboo/VR gave out a weak chuckle

"And I jsut unloaded all my trauma on you too damn it" Tommy said sighing

"Yeaah well now you can kinda guess the stump in mine and my brothers plan" Ranboo 

"No actually I can't what's the stump- oh wait Dream" Tommy slowly realized then stopped in his tracks "wait he's being controlled?” he said

“Yeah georges mushr-” ranboo was cut off by the door slamming open

“Hey ran so about that party you went to..tubbo spiked the punch with some truth seru- what.” a blond guy with a purple hoodie walked into the now lit up room “Ranboo why is there a villain in my house?” he added

“Im uh hes uh hes going to be coming with us?’’ ranboo replied unsure

“Cool uh syndicate is hunting ya now by the way ran” the unamed blond said

“Why the fuck are they after ranboob? And who the actual fuck are you?” Tommy said very confused looking between the two

“Purpled the one that shows up where ever the hell ran is” Purpled replied earning a pissed stare from ranboo “ and their after Ran cuz he took off with you” he explained

Ranboo and Tommy stared at purpled then slowly to eachother with one thought

“Hey WHeres ranboo?” Philza asked the short villain “at some friends house” the villain turnt round in his spiny chair “What friend?” Phil questuined “I don’t know I’m not his mom” Tubbo replied going back to his work “he’s moving in with them I’m pretty sure…where’s tommy?” he added

Silence for a moment then tubbo stopped “wheres toms…?” he slowly turnt and stood facing the older man

Even more silence

“Phil. where is tommy” Tubbo asked again fear laced his words

“ he was taken but, we have everyone looking for him” Phil explained with uneasy calmness

Lies

Shut up dont spoil

“What?! Who? Who fucking took Tommy ?!” tubbo practicaly shouted

“VoidRunner, the others are tracking him as we speak” Phil replied to him not a hint of concern traced his words

“That fucker? Didn’t techno threaten that guy last time?” Tubbo asked

 “Im not sure…. Doesnt matter he still took Tommy” Phil responded ignoring the look he was receiving from his sons friend  

Ring ring 

Tubbos phone started buzzing he picked it up 

It was Tommy

Immiedly he answered 

“ where the actual fuck are you” Thbbo questioned

 “uh good question I’m in a house…” silence then a faint “.how am I going to expose where we are if I don’t know where the fuck I am dipshit” Tommy seemed to have been talking to someone near him

 “To-Innit who is that” Tubbo asked putting the speaker mode on so Phil can hear 

“Some bitch” Tommy replied and a offended hey could be heard from his side of the phone

“Innit this is serious who are you with” Phil spoke up

“Uh this VoidRunner bitch and some guy in purple” Tommy responded “you’re with HIM?!” Tubbo freaked saying “You gotta get the hell out of ther-“ he was cut off by Phil 

“ Innit find out what you can i will deal with them.” Phil’s voice was laced malice 

Silence

“I’d perfer for you to not deal with us, also we didn’t kidnap him….okay maybe we did but we had a good reason to” a voice both villains have never heard before emerged from the phone

 “ what was the reason for kidnapping my son?!” Phil was angered 

“Dude this guy is a whole villai-“ the voice was cut off

 “ WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK?” they heard Tommy screech then the phone hung up

Tommy stared at the phone that hung up by its self Purpled stared Ranboo down as he stared at the ground 

“What the fuck?” Tommy was the first to speak breaking the silence

 “why did you scream” Ranboo spoke now staring at Tommy

“Something fucking brushed my side dickhead!” Tommy replied defensively 

Purpled ignored Tommy and Ranboos conversation and turnt fully towards  Ranboo 

“Since when could you actually touch things with your shadows?” Purpled quistioend “since a week ago” Ranboo responded pruple nodded his head acknowledging it 

Tommy stood there very confused 

“Shadows?” He asked very confused

 “yeah  uh my ability is shadows I can do just about anything and everything with shadows” Ranboo answered 

“that’s how he ‘teleports’ “ Purpled added 

Tommy stared flabbergasted 

Ranboo sighs “shadow travel”  Tommy made a noise of confusion as Ranboo tells him he pauses then countinues

 “like how Phil has his wings, there extensions of his body, my ability gives me the ability to use those shadows as extensions” he explained

“Ohhh yeah…yeah no that makes absolutely no fucking sense” Tommy told him 

Ranboo sighing”like this”  Shadows from around the room puddle at his feet and rise to meet his now hovering hand 

“ what the fuck?!” Tommy screeched as the shadows started moving towards him fast “since when could you do that?!” Tommy yelped as the shadows surrounded him

“Since I was like what 12?” Ranboo questioningly answered

 “sometime round 13 dude remember? You accidentally traumatized that one social worker” Purpled budded in 

“Oh don’t remind me of that I feel so bad still” Ranboo whined not wanting to remember that incident 

Tommy stood there confused staring at the two as the shadows around him returned to their respective spots in the room  As the other two conversed it faded into mumbles for Tommy

‘ Ranboo is VoidRunner…the scout we’ve been wary of for months’ Tommy stared intently and Ranboo who honestly doesnt even look like he could be a vigliante in his opinion ‘he has information we need on the fo-’

Thats when it clicked 

‘VR haven’t been out since Merc and Fox’s been gone’ Tommy watched as the two jokenly fought

“You guys are Happy Meal!” Tommy blurted out in a realization

Ranboo visibly cringed at the name Purpled turnt and glared at Tommy “Never. Call us that again.” he said deadtoned then turning back to ranboo wacking his head 

“Hey! Its not my fault you guys got happy meals immiedalty after a fight!” Ranboo said scoffing Purpled sighed moving his attention back to Tommy 

“Uh annnyways Ranboob why where you outfighting dteam arent you like a vigilante scout?” Tommy questioned 

“Well thats a name for what your condemned to do” Purpled snickered earning himself a glare from Ranboo

“I get stabbed once…ONCE and i get condemmed to being the on watch duty” Ranboo muttered 

“Yeah well thats what you get for trying to take on Vilbur” Purpled responded

Ranboo went quiet  “Oh my fucking god Wilbur just changed the beginning letter of his name for his villain name” Ranboo said dumbfounded “We’ve been avoiding him for so long because we couldnt blackmail him of all people and he his name-” Ranboo brought his hands to his head contemplating  “I hate your brother” Ranboo told Tommy “actually no i despise him and I'm going to punch him in the face when i see him” he added

“Do it It'll be funny” Tommy replied smiling

“Ran he can easily beat you in a fight” Purpled told them sighing In response Ranboo gasped in offence Tommy stared at them with a fond look on his face he felt as if he belonged but his expression fell slowly

‘ Ranboos a vigilante…’ he stared at the two conversing with him ‘ hes my a vigilante’

Ranboo tapped Tommy on the shoulder motioning for him to follow “ c’mon let me show you round the house” he said smiling  Tommy followed with Purpled close behind
