Months have passed since their fateful encounter at the beginning of the school year, and the two appear to get along well—despite the fact that Hiyori sometimes teases Jun to the point where the dark-haired student becomes clearly irritated, just like a cat when it is being petted a bit too much.
When the two returned to their dorm after finishing school and having no other activities or practices that day, Hiyori gripped the other tightly as if he may vanish if their hold were to slip.
The pastel-green-haired person had a weight in his chest.
Actually, Hiyori was madly in love with Jun. It was a case of falling in love right away.
At first, he brushed it off as "maybe it's because he catches my attention, he has good qualities," but that feeling and thoughts lingered on the green haired's mind like a stain he couldn't get rid of easily. Those feelings grew on him over time, to the point where even thinking about the possibility of his feelings never being heard or Jun being with someone else was... agonizing.
Jun should be his and solely Hiyori's.
Hiyori will succeed in obtaining whatever he desires.
Due to his overthinking, Hiyori could be seen to be shaking a little.
The guy with dark hair asks, "Ohii-san, are you okay?"
The light-haired guy replies cheerfully, "Yea..Just some thoughts Jun-kun.
"Are you sure?""Ohii-san, if you need to talk to someone, feel free to do so. I will listen to anything, even the most random shit possible."
Over the course of an hour, Hiyori rambles and rants about various topics, with Jun patiently listening while on the phone playing a game (bros always on the grind), occasionally responding. The two then start making jokes at each other to cheer each other up, which leads to a turn in the conversation.
"Imagine saying goodnight to your roommate with a kiss", Jun said, "I would haha." Hiyori giggled at the idea.
"Would you return my kiss if I gave it to you?" When Hiyori inquired, Jun mumbled, "I can't refuse the offer so, sure," covering his face as the two chuckled.
"Did you know that kissing burns three calories each minute, would you "exercise," Jun burst out laughing.
Hiyori was crying from laughing so hard, and as the two were making jokes nonstop, one of Hiyori's words unintentionally came out.
"Have you ever given someone a kiss?" said the older one.
"NO??Damn, that was a bold question, but no, I have never kissed anyone. I believe that I am unworthy of love." Jun answered.
"I never even kissed somebody either, to be completely honest. Romance is not really my thing..." Hiyori trying to maintain his composure while extremely nervous. "Can we give it a shot? We can still be friends even after that in case!☆" After saying that, Hiyori chuckled awkwardly.
"Sure, i hope this isn't a joke..." Jun questioned. "Where do i start, then? I have no idea what to do, it's something new..." He put his phone on the table and
Later, he felt a touch on his hand, hiyori was holding his hand.
Hiyori's heart is racing and he cupped his hand over Jun's face as they grew closer to one another. He is desperately trying to resist the urge, but he cannot help it.
Jun asked, "are you sure you really want to kiss me? If so, kiss me.
He could no longer contain himself, he drew closer to Jun, his thoughts slowly emptying of all those distractions. His and Jun's lips began to entwine. It seemed like an eternity, and although Jun's lips were a little firm, he still found them to be very enjoyable. He also noticed the other's soft breathing, which he found to be quite adorable, as he played with his soft, blue mane.
The first to separate from the other and apologize is Jun, who was gasping for air.
"No, no, Jun-kun, it's alright." Hiyori was trying to comfort him. "I found it to be enjoyable,Jun-kun. Your lips are pretty nice☆." When Jun attempted to speak as his face turned crimson with embarrassment, he mistakenly said, "I-i enjoyed it too."
and the two got into a good 20 minutes of laughter and smiling at each other, but also gave Jun a new, unsettling feeling that would later come back to haunt him.
That exact night, his mind was full of thoughts.
What was Ohii-san thinking when he did that?
Does Ohii-san like me? "No, I think he's playing a joke on me."
"There is no way I could find another guy attractive. Am I really falling for him?
"GODDAMN. I think my head is about to explode.
"He's so adorable, kind, and radiant... I'm occasionally still shocked that i was able to embrace that radiance.
And some months passed by. But the feelings didn't.
One day, the blue-haired man was considering his options when an idea suddenly entered his head.
He tries to message Ibara in the hopes that he can help him.
"Are you open to a little conversation, Ibara? It's not so horrible, let's say, but I have a personal issue."
Ibara finally replied."I'll be there in a few hours, sure, Jun. I just hope it won't take me too long."
"Ibara, I thank you."
and a few hours passed.
In the café where they had planned to meet, Jun begins to discuss his issue.
"Ohii-san is the topic." "What's wrong with Your Highness?" the red headed guy mutters while he sighs. "No, no, it's not about him, it's just.. how I feel," the blue haired one replied with a perplexed expression. "My chest feels heavy when I think about Ohii-san, and it started to bother me months ago. I'm about to lose my mind."
Uh...Jun, this is out of my expertise... But I think you're in love with Your Highness.
Jun yelled as his cheeks became red "Eh?? This can't be true, right?"
"You should tell your feelings to him. Just express it directly; it'll be worthwhile to give it a shot."Ibara replied
"Thank you for the time..." Jun was already mentally worn out at that moment.
Jun then started to overthink things.
"If he doesn't like me back, what then?"As jun sighed.
"What if he pulled a joke?" "Come on, I have to direct. Later today, I'll send him a message."
A few hours later, he texts Hiyori.
"Ohii-san? Some of these days, are you free? "Yes, yes Jun-kun ☆" "I'm available tomorrow afternoon or evening,
Jun sighed and said, "See you at the dorm then."
"Perfect timing."
That period of time felt like a blink of an eye.
Hiyori was hiding behind the door since he was preparing to confess as well and was worried that things wouldn't go according to plan while Jun was waiting in the dorm, feeling as if he was about to pass out from the anxiety he had developed over this.
The blue-haired rushed to tightly hug him as soon as the door was opened, and Hiyori responded in shock "You acting in this way is very unusual. What is happening?"
"Can I tell you something, Jun?" he whispers in the other's ear.
"Can I say something first?" Hiyori responds as well. As Hiyori's chest was hurting, he desperately wanted to confess his feelings for him.
Sure, Ohii-san," replies Jun.
Hiyori finally spoke after what felt like an eternity, looking into Jun's eyes, saying,
"Since the day I first saw you, I've always seen something in you, and that was correct: you're someone to cherish and protect, to love; I'm glad to have saved you, please be by my side, I love you, please I want you all for myself Jun, you're so nice, caring, a good person overall, someone like you normally would have a significant other already."
In shock, Jun gives Hiyori a hug and says, "I love you too, Ohii-san...I hope this isn't a joke."
"I'm being absolutely honest, Jun-kun."
Hiyori gave him a kiss in response. Hiyori was feeling Jun's warmth, it felt comforting, his lips felt softer than the first time, it felt like an eternity and as if time had stopped. That pleasant feeling again, that put the two souls in peace, one holding the other tightly and Jun caressing hiyori's hair.
Slowly, he pulls himself away, but Jun stays with him, holding hands, their lips barely holding on but yet strong, eyes opening to the same question that has developed in the depths of their clear eyes.
Jun felt like an emotional explosion and yearned to be connected to the other more and more; his heart was racing so rapidly that he thought it may soon burst from the intensity of his feelings.
It appeared to be a blur, as if he had finally found inner tranquility.
He started crying, which was really unusual for him to do. But despite crying, he was smiling. These are not sad tears.
"We are two souls in one, like you say, right?" the dark haired says.
"Yes, Jun-kun, you now understand fully what I meant." the light haired one replies.
"So we are...dating now, then? We're dating, right??" Jun said as he began to wonder. "i've never dated someone though... argh, show me the way!"
Hiyori giggled "It's new for both of us because i've never dated someone as well either, so it's something new for both of us. fufu~" and the two smiled at eachother
The guy with azure hair laughed and added, "Ohii-san, you're so fucking dumb, it's adorable."
Simply by observing Jun's happiness, Hiyori was truly happy. He noticed the sparkle in his eyes.
Then he gives Jun a tight hug from behind while also comforting Jun with many words.
"I really love you, but Ohii-san, loosen up. You're squeezing me..."
He kissed Jun on the cheek and said, "Oh I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you.
They are two in a single soul, fated to be together as soulmates and support one another whenever it is in their power to do so.
